Projects on health-saving technologies at school. Pedagogical project "The use of health-saving technologies in elementary school"

Project "Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions"

Health-saving technologies is a system of measures that includes the interconnection and interaction of all factors of the educational environment aimed at maintaining the health of a child at all stages of his education and development.

Wellness technologies also include finger gymnastics, which I want to tell you about, which I use before each lesson:

Fingertips - there is a second brain. In the life of a person, the hand plays an important role throughout his life.

Touching something with a hand, a person immediately recognizes what kind of thing it is. The work of the fingers is indeed infinitely diverse and important for every person. You can touch, take, stroke, pinch with your fingers... It is impossible to list all the verbs that describe everything that can be done with our hands, fingers.

Systematic exercises for training finger movements, along with a stimulating effect on the development of speech, are a powerful means of increasing the efficiency of the brain. Formation verbal speech the child begins when the movements of the fingers reach sufficient accuracy. The development of finger motor skills prepares the ground for the subsequent formation of speech. Since there is a close relationship and interdependence of speech and motor activity, in the presence of a speech defect in a child, special attention should be paid to training his fingers.

Thus, the role of a stimulus for the development of the central nervous system, all mental processes, and in particular speech, is played by the formation and improvement of fine motor skills of the hand and fingers. Exercises with younger preschoolers must be performed in slow pace 3 to 5 times, first with one hand, then with the other, and finally with both hands together. Instructions to the child should be calm, friendly and clear.

In music classes, finger games are most often held to the music - like singing, songs, accompanied by illustrations, finger or shadow theater. Special place occupy "Finger Tales" - familiar to preschoolers - "Mitten" , "Teremok", "Kolobok", etc. are adapted to be shown by hand movements and most often have a poetic form.

Regular inclusion of musical finger games and fairy tales in the course of the lesson:

  • stimulates the action of the speech zones of the cerebral cortex of children;
  • improves attention and memory;
  • forms associative-figurative thinking;
  • makes it easier for future students to learn writing skills.

Finger gymnastics with trihedral pencils.

To perform the exercises, you need unsharpened trihedral pencils, a roller.

Exercise #1 "Stilts"

Using two pencils, depict how they move on stilts:

The man is not bored

Walking along the path

He went to the swamp

And he went through all the bumps.

(you can offer a drawn path. See below)

Exercise #2 "Intercepts"

Intercept the pencil with bent index fingers of the left and right hands

Like clever bugs

Fingers like hooks

Let's grab a pencil.

Exercise #3 "pipe"

Take a pencil with your thumb and forefinger and, without helping yourself with the other hand, intercept it with your thumb and middle fingers, thumb and ring finger, etc.

Fingers don't rest

The pencil is sorted out

How to play the flute.

Exercise #4 "Warm your hands"

Squeeze the roller between the palms while counting from 1 to 5, then, counting from 6 to 10, relax your hands while holding the roller; at the expense of 1, strongly squeeze the roller between the palms, at the expense of 2, relax your hands, holding the roller. Repeat several times.

Roll a roller or pencil:

on the table with palms;

on the table with fingertips;

between palms:

Pencil, roll in hand

And warm your hands.

We ride very fast

We never freeze.

The pressure and the rate of rotation should be gradually increased.

Exercise #5 "Gathering logs"

Pick up a pencil or counting stick from the table: thumb and forefinger, thumb and middle finger, thumb and ring finger, thumb and little finger

Target:

Strengthen the health of children and develop their physical qualities.

Tasks:

To promote the development and functional improvement of the respiratory and circulatory organs, the cardiovascular and nervous systems of the body, and the musculoskeletal system.

Form the correct posture and strengthen the muscular corset.

Develop flexibility, plasticity, grace and grace in movements.

Harden the body.

Promote the creative expression of children.

it is clear that most children today preschool age there are problems associated with health, and most often with motor development.

In recent years, the number of weakened newborns has noticeably increased due to injuries of the sixth, lumbar region, there are practically no, as well as craniocerebral injuries received during childbirth. In addition, their muscle load decreases due to objective reasons: children practically do not have the opportunity to play outdoor games while walking, and some parents are very fond of the intellectual development of the child (computer games, attending various circles for preparing for school). That is why posture is disturbed in preschool children.

The system of physical education in kindergarten allows you to increase interest in physical activities and stimulate their motor activity without compromising health.

Currently, due to the alarming trend in the deterioration of children's health, there is a need for the successful integration of preventive and health technologies into the educational process of preschool educational institutions.

One of the most important problems of physical culture and health-improving work of preschool educational institutions is the introduction and use in the process physical development children innovative technologies. The severity of the problem lies in the fact that many children need special technologies for physical development, in which the whole complex of systematic and intellectual problems must be taken into account.

A large load of physical development falls on physical education. But despite this, physical education is sometimes not enough to develop the physical qualities of children more deeply. Therefore, it was decided to create a circle of physical development "Dragonfly" . Pedagogical technology was taken as the basis for organizing and conducting work. "Theater of physical education and rehabilitation of children of preschool and primary school age" N.N. Efimenko. The key positions are strict adherence to the laws of nature and a comprehensive game method.

The work program presents an unconventional form of work to improve the health of children.

Horizontal plastic ballet is new system physical education, sports training, correction, health improvement and creative self-expression of children. Working style has a huge positive physical, mental and emotional impact on children. Performing the program of horizontal-plastic ballet, the trainees seem to be immersed in a special world of movements, music, images that give rise to the corresponding associations.

The novelty of this physical culture and health program lies in complete solution health tasks. The program provides for the construction educational process based on the integration of educational areas

(physical culture, health, socialization, communication, knowledge, art, music) as one of the most important principles for organizing work with preschoolers in accordance with federal state requirements for the structure of the main educational program preschool education.

Application in sports and education the work of the preschool educational institution The methods of horizontal plastic ballet guarantee children the correct development of the functional systems of the body, a beautiful posture, an easy gait, it is the prevention of postural disorders.

The technique of this technology lies in the fact that all exercises are performed in recumbent - horizontal poses. (exercises in the supine position, on the stomach, crawling on the bellies, on medium and high all fours, exercises in the sitting position, on low and high knees). Movement in a standing position is not excluded. Thus, in this form of work, the accents are transferred from traditional dance and health-improving movements to a horizontal, four-point vector, a relatively slow, smooth style of movements to the music. In horizontal plastic ballet, the natural beauty of movements, grace, completeness, expressiveness. All exercises are accompanied by a fairy tale text, which allows you to train the body, develop the intellect and form the necessary spiritual qualities in children. The essence of this program is that the teacher, together with the children, with the help of movements, their drawings show the world around us.

The program provides for the involvement of parents in the educational process through participation in open classes, physical culture holidays, photo reporting organizations.

Relevance:

Family and kindergarten - this is the microclimate in which a child of preschool age lives. This is the environment in which he draws the necessary information and adapts to life in society. At any time, teachers worked with the family of their pupil, seeking support and understanding of the child's problems for the comprehensive development of a harmoniously developed and healthy personality. At one time, V. A. Sukhomlinsky said: “Caring for health is the most important work of an educator. Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, the strength of knowledge, faith in one's own strength.

Crisis phenomena in society contributed to a change in the motivation for educational activities in children of different ages, reduced their creative activity, slowed down their physical and mental development, and caused deviations in social behavior. For these reasons, the problems of maintaining the health of adults and children are becoming especially relevant in all spheres of human activity.

For both the individual and society as a whole, the most precious wealth is health. Many scientists note that the basis of health is the body's ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions.

The foundation of health and body formation is laid in preschool age.

Caring for the health of preschool children consists of creating conditions conducive to the favorable functioning and development of various organs and systems, as well as measures aimed at activating and improving physical abilities pupils. It is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.

“Health care is the most important work of a teacher.

Project relevance

Health is an invaluable asset not only for each person, but for the whole society. Recently, the catastrophic deterioration in the health of students has become more obvious. Along with unfavorable social and environmental factors, the negative impact of school on children's health is also recognized as a reason.

A person spends many years within the walls of educational institutions, and therefore value attitude to health cannot be formed without the participation of teachers. For a long time, our education did not pay due attention to the preservation, strengthening and development of health, moved away from assessing the impact of the pedagogical process on the mental state of students, and did not consider educational technologies from the point of view of a health-saving orientation. AT best case it all boiled down to sports activities and wellness during the holidays.

With the introduction of Federal State Educational Standards

the idea of protecting students' health has acquired the status of a priority direction, this is a red thread national project"Education", the presidential initiative "Our new school".

Problem

Numerous studies recent years show that about 25 - 30% of children coming to the 1st grade have certain deviations in their health. But the “school factor” is the most significant factor in terms of impact and duration that affects the health of children. At present, the earlier start of systematic education, a significant intensification of the educational process, have led to an increase in the educational load on the functional capabilities of the children's body.

During the period of schooling, the number of healthy children decreases by 4 times, the number of myopic children increases from 1st grade to graduation from 3.9% to 12.3%, with neuropsychiatric disorders - from 5.6% to 16.4%, postural disorders from 1.9% to 16.8%. One of the most frequent pathologies schoolchildren have impaired visual acuity.

Practice has revealed: judging by the statistics, only a small part of school graduates are among the healthy. Thus, each teacher must take into account that a child present at a lesson in a regular school is usually not healthy.

The main goal of health-saving technologies is the preservation and strengthening of the health of students, as the most important factor in the performance and development of the child's body.

Preparation for a healthy lifestyle of a child based on health-saving technologies should become a priority in the activities of a teacher working with children of primary school age.

The main problem, in my opinion, is that children do not move much. 3 hours of physical education lessons do not save students from low physical activity in other lessons. Eye fatigue, strain on vision, resulting in headache and dizziness.

After analyzing the causes of school illnesses, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to solve these problems in the field of health protection in a comprehensive manner.

Target : creating conditions for maintaining and strengthening the health of students during the period of increasing psychological and physical stress on the child's body.

From this arise the main tasks , which I put in my work:

  • provide the student with the opportunity to maintain health for the period of study at school;
  • reduce the incidence of morbidity among students;
  • keep students working in the classroom;
  • to form students' knowledge, skills and habits on a healthy lifestyle.

Expected results

  • positive dynamics of the state of health of younger schoolchildren, a decrease in morbidity;
  • increased interest in sports activities, motivation for motor activity;
  • valeological enlightenment of students;
  • increase in the number of students involved in sports sections;
  • increasing the level of independence and activity of schoolchildren;
  • increasing the priority of a healthy lifestyle.

Resources

AT project implementation attract teacher of physical culture, paramedic FAP. Children annually undergo a medical examination at school. In my classes, I follow the recommendations of doctors. I conduct classes in the classroom, school gym, on the school sports ground. In the course of classes I use balls, jump ropes and other sport equipment. In the classroom and extracurricular activities I use an interactive whiteboard, laptops, multimedia resources.

Project participants

By number of participants: 10 students, primary school teacher,

Parents of students, teacher of physical culture, paramedic FAP

Project Implementation Plan

Organizational stage

To achieve the goal and solve the tasks set, I studied the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", the Concept of Spiritual and Moral Development and Education of the Personality of a Russian Citizen, the main issues in health-saving areas:

  • Organization of a lesson in the conditions of health-saving technology.
  • Game health technologies.
  • Funny physical minutes at the lessons in elementary school.
  • Work on the prevention of eye fatigue in the classroom.
  • Breathing exercises.
  • Formation of healthy lifestyle habits.
  • The role of the family in the formation of a healthy lifestyle among junior schoolchildren.
  • The relationship of indicators of morbidity of students with the organization of their learning activities in the context of health-saving pedagogy.

main stage

Working on the task of creating a health-saving environment in the classroom, I came to the need to increase the physical activity of children. To accomplish this task, the following sports and recreational activities were introduced. (Appendix 1)

1. Morning work-out.At the beginning of each school week, before classes, we learn a set of morning exercises. It is carried out with musical accompaniment, which contributes to the creation Have a good mood, to develop a desire to enjoy the exercises.

2. Game changes.It has been noticed that if, after a lesson, junior students run out of the classroom in a crowd, this means that they are very tired. Overfatigue in junior schoolchildren is manifested in motor activity. Dynamic changes help relieve fatigue in a few minutes between lessons. We conduct outdoor games with low and medium mobility right in the corridor in front of the primary school classrooms. In such games, the emotional coloring of the game plays an important role. Children have a rest not only physically, but also receive a charge of positive emotions. (Annex 2)

3. health days, which I do once a month. I select different topics that are relevant for students of this class, the main goal of which is the comprehensive development of the personality against the background of the level of personal physical culture available at this age elementary school student. For example, “Moidodyr came to us!”, “If you want to be healthy” and others. Children learn poems, participate in quizzes, get acquainted or develop the rules of a healthy lifestyle themselves. As a result, children develop a positive motivation to comply with these rules.

An important role in the prevention of a number of diseases is played by the inculcation of personal hygiene skills in schoolchildren. I work systematically to instill these skills in my students. Orderlies work in the classroom, who every morning before classes check the condition of children's hands and nails. Each student has a separate towel rack, soap, toilet paper, and shoes for the dance club in a plastic bag. Before lunch, children wash their hands with soap. The drinking regime is also observed. Everyone has their own mug. Children drink chilled, boiled water.

The protection of the student's vision should be aimed not only at preventing myopia, but also at curbing its progression.

Medical workers are our frequent guests. They conduct conversations with students on various topics. For example, when an extra-curricular event “Take care of your eyes” was held, the paramedic Lobina V.N. was invited, who conducted a conversation on the topic “How to maintain good vision?”.

The next, in my opinion, important component of health-saving work is the rational organization of the lesson. An indicator of the rational organization of the educational process are:

  • The volume of the study load - the number of lessons and their duration, including the time spent on homework;
  • The burden of extra classes at school;
  • Classes of an active-motor nature: dynamic pauses, physical education lessons, sports events.

I build my lessons taking into account the individual abilities and abilities of the student, using tasks of different levels.

In August 2012, our school received an educational and laboratory

and computer equipment according to the programImplementation of a set of measures to modernize basic general education for the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard in primary grades. This equipment was installed in my classroom. I took a course on the use of ICT equipment in the classroom, I have a certificate. Lessons began to be conducted using ICT. This is work with an interactive whiteboard, a modular system of experiments PROLog, a system for controlling and monitoring the quality of knowledge PROClass. The kids are learning how to use laptops. The lessons became more interesting, and the children became more independent, more inquisitive and more active. But the use of ICT equipment puts a lot of strain on the eyes, so I comply with SanPiN norms. We work with an interactive whiteboard or laptops in the lesson for 15 minutes, be sure to perform gymnastics for the eyes.

The functional state of schoolchildren in the process of educational activity mainly depends on the observance of hygienic and psychological-pedagogical conditions for conducting a lesson. (Annex 3)

To improve the mental performance of children, prevent premature fatigue and relieve them of muscle static tension, I spend physical education in the classroom. I spend physical education minutes, taking into account the specifics of the subject, often to music and other means that help restore operational performance. (Annex 4)

In the composition of exercises for physical education, I include:

  • posture exercises,
  • strengthening vision,
  • strengthening the muscles of the hands,
  • spine rest,
  • leg exercises,
  • relaxation exercises for facial expressions,
  • sipping
  • exercises aimed at developing rational breathing

Most elementary school students do not know how to breathe properly

during the performance of a muscular load, walking, running, as well as in conditions of relative muscle rest. Improper breathing leads to disruption of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, a decrease in blood oxygen saturation, and metabolic disorders. Therefore, I introduce exercises to develop deep breathing, increasing exhalation, combined with various movements of the trunk and limbs. I also involve physical education teachers in this work.

The exercises performed give a load to the muscles that were not loaded during the current activity, and also help to relax the muscles.

In addition, I determine and fix the psychological climate in the lesson, conduct emotional relaxation, strictly monitor the students' compliance with the correct posture, posture, its correspondence to the type of work and alternation during the lesson.

However, it is not only important to know and understand what the teacher should do in the classroom in order to maintain the mental health of students. I realized that the health-saving orientation of the work requires a deeper and more complex study and concluded that health-saving education is aimed primarily at ensuring the mental health of students. If possible, I often encourage children with a look, a smile, a word, an assessment. Children are not afraid to speak their minds out loud. I strictly follow that the child gets pleasure from the information received in the lesson. The state of mind of a child is determined by his facial expression and walk when he walks home.

Health-saving education leads to the prevention of tiredness and fatigue; increasing motivation for learning activities; increase in academic achievement.

It is impossible not to mention that I involve and parents. These are collaborative activities. Among them, sports and recreation competitions and relay races can be distinguished: “Dad, Mom, Me, Sports Family”, “Meeting with Parents: Comic Fun Starts Between Boys and Dads” and others. At parent-teacher meetings, she conducted a course of conversations “Health-saving technologies in school and family”, where we also invited paramedic Vera Nikolaevna. Topics such as "About the daily routine of a child in the family", "Personal hygiene", "For parents about the health of a schoolchild" were touched upon. Conducted parent surveys on:

  • "Are you in good shape?"
  • "Is your lifestyle considered healthy?"
  • "Does stress happen often in your daily life?"
  • “Do you know how to protect your life and health?”

Observations show that the use of health-saving technologies in the educational process allows students to more successfully adapt in the educational and social space.

A healthy lifestyle does not yet take first place among human values in our country. But if we demonstrate a healthy lifestyle by personal example, then only in this case we can hope that future generations will be healthier and developed not only personally, intellectually, spiritually, but also physically. If earlier it was said: “A healthy mind is in a healthy body”, then those who say that without the spiritual one cannot be healthy will not be mistaken.

Proper organization of education makes it possible to prevent overload and fatigue in schoolchildren, and also helps children to realize the importance of maintaining health.

In conclusion, following the great humanist and teacher J.-J. Russo, I want to say:“To make a child smart and reasonable, make him strong and healthy.”

The final stage

Working with this problem, studying and putting into practice health-saving technologies, one can make conclusion . The introduction of health-saving technologies into the educational process allowed me to achieve positive changes in the health of my students.

A certain system of using health-saving technologies in work has developed. The results of the activity are as follows. From the attendance of lessons by students, the dynamics of morbidity showed that there is no increase in acute respiratory infections compared to last year. 70% of students never got sick. There were no cases of other diseases. The results of intermediate diagnostics are shown in the diagram.

Questionnaire "My health"

Project theme: HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES

Completed by: Silinskaya Svetlana Vladimirovna - teacher of the GS (K) OU of boarding school No. 4
GOAL:
To develop the content of correctional and pedagogical work on the use of health-saving technologies in educational activities with students 8-9 years old with visual impairment.

Tasks:
1. Develop activities that reduce the incidence rate
students reduce the risk of chronic diseases
2. Promotion of a healthy lifestyle, to form students' knowledge, skills and abilities in a healthy lifestyle.
3. Help each child to realize their abilities, create conditions for further development and adaptation of students in society
4. Contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the child's health, implement a personality-oriented approach in teaching and educating
5. Make adjustments to the content as needed
The purpose of health-saving technologies aimed at correcting and normalizing impaired functions.
The problems of preserving the health of students have become especially relevant at present stage. Health is the most important factor in the performance and development of the child's body. Preparing a child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-saving technologies should become a priority in the activities of an educator working with children of primary school age. The relevance is due to the need of a person, society and the state in health-saving education. For a long time, our education did not pay due attention to the preservation, strengthening and development of health, moved away from assessing the impact of the pedagogical process on the mental state of students, did not consider educational technologies from the point of view of a health-saving orientation. involves not only the achievement of didactic goals, but also the development of students with the maximum preserved health. There is a need to solve these problems in the field of health saving in a comprehensive manner, based on the principles of health saving.
Principles and system of health-saving technologies:
*Use of monitoring data on the health status of students conducted by health workers, and their own observations in the process of implementing technologies, its correction in accordance with the available data.
* Taking into account the peculiarities of the age development of schoolchildren and the development of an educational strategy corresponding to the characteristics of memory, thinking, working capacity, activity of this age group
*Creation of a favorable emotional and psychological climate in the process of technology implementation
* The use of various types of health-saving activities aimed at maintaining and increasing health reserves and working capacity.
Health-saving technologies are such an organization of educational and upbringing space at all levels, in which high-quality education, development, and education of students is not accompanied by damage to their health. The following targets are used:
* Stimulate in children the desire to live, be healthy;
* Teach them to feel the joy of every day they live;
*Show them that life is beautiful;

*Give them positive self-esteem.
In educational activities, it is recommended to use the following means of health-saving technologies:
-means of motor orientation (physical minutes, physical exercises, outdoor games, dance classes)
-healing forces of nature (solar and air baths on the basis of walks in the air, water procedures based on classes in the pool, vitamin therapy)
- hygiene factors (implementation of sanitary hygiene requirements, ventilation and wet cleaning premises, compliance with the general regime of the day)
The most popular definition given by the World Health Organization is: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Based on this definition, the following components of health are distinguished: physical health, mental health, social health and moral health. Our goal is to take care of the health of students, not forgetting what components it consists of.
Everything is created in our school the necessary conditions for health-saving activities.
1. Air-thermal the mode, illumination of places of employment, observance of the sizes of furniture correspond to certain requirements.
2. For holding sports activities there are two gyms, sports ground.
3. Organized six meals a day.
4. Much attention is paid to the organization of physical culture and health work. This includes conducting physical education lessons, conducting physical exercises, school sports holidays, talking about health with students and their parents, designing classroom and school “Health Corners”, using health-saving technologies in the classroom, and extracurricular activities.
5. Carrying out thematic work with parents aimed at creating health-saving conditions in their families, a healthy lifestyle and the prevention of bad habits.
The purpose of all these events is to develop healthy lifestyle habits.
In order to effectively implement health-saving technology in educational activities, we use some educational technologies in their health-saving orientation.
Assessment of these areas:
Personally-oriented, where we put the personality of the child at the center of the educational system, we try to provide comfortable conditions its development and realization of natural opportunities. The personality of the child turns into a priority subject, becomes the goal of the educational system. Within this group, as independent areas, we single out several groups that use a different approach to protecting health, and, accordingly, different methods and forms of work.
Health-saving technologies:
1. Medico-hygienic technologies. These include monitoring and assistance in ensuring hygienic conditions, organizing and conducting vaccinations for students, providing advisory and emergency care, prevention and treatment of eye diseases,.
2. Physical culture and health technologies. They are aimed at the development of coordination movements and are implemented during sports and recreation activities and in the work of sports sections.
3. Ecological health-saving technologies. They are aimed at a harmonious relationship with nature. These are walks around the school grounds, and caring for plants in the classroom, and participation in environmental activities: “Earth Day”, “Take care of nature”.
3. Technologies for ensuring life safety. They are implemented during events on the topic “SDA”, “Health Week”, compliance with and implementation of the recommendations of an ophthalmologist for the protection of vision.

4.Health-saving educational technologies:
* organizational - pedagogical technologies and psychological - pedagogical technologies that help prevent the state of overwork, physical inactivity (physical minutes, communicative games, self-massage).
* educational and educational technologies: include programs for teaching competent care of their health and the formation of a culture of students' health, motivating them to lead a healthy lifestyle, and prevent bad habits. These are class hours and conversations on the topics:
“Cleanliness is the key to health”, “Bad habits”, sports competitions,
instilling cultural and hygienic skills.
* socially - adapting and personality - developing technologies that ensure the formation and strengthening of the psychological health of students, increase the resources of psychological adaptation of the individual. This is the conduct of psychological trainings, games, conversations with parents.
The work involves specialists who perform certain functions:
Psychologist:
training confident behavior
Development of mental processes
mental exercises
Speech therapist:
Correction of defective sounds
Practical mastery of the skills of word formation and word substitution.
Educator:
Development of fine motor skills
Development cognitive activity
Work to eliminate a secondary defect

The relevance of the project "If you want to be healthy"

The protection of life and the strengthening of the physical and mental health of children is one of the main tasks of preschool education. Well-being depends on the health of children modern society. In recent years, there has been a trend towards the deterioration of the health of the child population around the world. Ecological problems, a variety of negative household factors, chemical additives in food, poor quality water, accumulating irritations in society associated with an unsatisfactory economic situation, low motor activity and physical activity of children, insufficient attention of the family to strengthening the physical and mental health of children, indifferent attitude of parents to physical education and sports are factors that aggressively affect the health of children. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly remember that now there are very few healthy children.

Against the background of ecological and social tension in the country, against the backdrop of a huge increase in the diseases of "civilization", in order to be healthy, you need to master the art of preserving and strengthening it. This art should be given as much attention as possible in a preschool. During this period, the child develops basic health skills, this is the most favorable time for developing the right habits, which, combined with teaching preschoolers how to improve and maintain health, will lead to positive results. It is at this age that a closer connection between the child and the family and the teacher is noted than during the school period, which helps to most effectively influence not only the child, but also his family members. Moreover, studies of domestic and foreign scientists have long established that human health is only 7-8% dependent on the success of health care and 50% on lifestyle.

Based on the foregoing, the kindergarten team annually faces tasks related to the health and safety of preschool children.

Based on the foregoing, a long-term project for the health of pupils “If you want to be healthy” was developed for 2 years.

Objective of the project: formation conscious attitude children to your health.

Project objects:

pupils educational organization(from 3 to 7 years);

families of pupils;

pedagogical team.

4. Project objectives:

Work with children:

Working with parents:

Working with the teaching staff:

Instilling persistent cultural and hygienic skills;
- development of ideas about the structure of one's own body, the appointment of organs;
- training in caring for one's body, skills in providing basic assistance;

Formation of ideas about what is good and what is bad for health;
- formation elementary representations about the environment;
- formation of habits for daily physical exercises;

Formation of the need for a healthy lifestyle.

Increasing the competence of parents in the use of health-saving opportunities at home.

Formation of the needs of the family (parents) of the child in a healthy lifestyle.

Experience exchange;

Organization of interaction with narrow specialists

5. Principles:

The principle of scientific character is the reinforcement of all ongoing activities aimed at improving health with scientifically based and practically tested methods.

The principle of activity and consciousness is the search for new, effective methods and purposeful activities for the health protection of children.

The principle of complexity and integrativity is the solution of health-saving and preventive tasks in the system of the entire educational process and all types of activities.

The principle of addressing and continuity - maintaining links between age categories, taking into account the development of different levels and different ages and the state of health.

The principle of effectiveness and assurance is the realization of the rights and needs of children to receive the necessary medical, psychological and pedagogical assistance and support, a guarantee of a positive result, regardless of the age category of children and their level of physical development.

6. Main steps:

Stage 1 - organizational:

The study of psychological and pedagogical experience in the health protection of children;

Drawing up schemes of interaction with narrow specialists;

Systematized material:

"Conversations about healthy lifestyle",

"Finger Games"

"Game massage"

"Articulation gymnastics"

"Elements breathing exercises»,

"Games with elements of psycho-gymnastics", visual material.

Stage 2 - the main (practical).

At the second stage, the health-saving orientation of the educational process was implemented: the use of health-saving technologies: in the course of organized educational activities (GCD, entertainment, individual work, subgroup work):

"Conversations about healthy lifestyle"

"games with elements of psycho-gymnastics"

"finger games"

"articulation gymnastics"

"game massage";

elements of breathing exercises.

Health-saving technologies:

When conducting regime moments: outdoor games for a walk, game massage when waking up;

The development of general motor skills - in the organization of the motor regime.

Together with the music director, a motor mode is organized in music classes, articulation gymnastics is used.

Together with the teacher-psychologist, games with elements of psycho-gymnastics are held.

Stage 3 is the final one.

At the end of each year, the results are summarized:

Knowledge about healthy lifestyle;

Development of the motor sphere, general and fine motor skills

The stability of the emotional well-being of children.

Stability of physical and mental performance.

To achieve the goals of health-saving technologies at preschool age, the following groups of funds are recommended:

1. Outdoor games for a walk, in the gym.

Movable and sport games- as part of a physical education lesson, on a walk, in a group room - low, medium and high degree of mobility.

G.A. Speransky wrote: “A day spent by a child without a walk is lost to his health.” A preschool child should be outside for at least 3 hours every day. With children, it is necessary to be in the fresh air as much as possible.

2. Physical education minutes and dynamic pauses.

Dynamic pauses - during classes, 2-5 minutes, as children get tired. Recommended for all children as a prevention of fatigue. May include elements of gymnastics for the eyes, breathing exercises and others, depending on the type of activity.

3. Finger gymnastics.

Gymnastics is carried out from a young age individually or with a subgroup daily. Recommended for all children, especially those with speech problems. Conducted at any convenient time.

4. Breathing exercises.

- "Find and show the nose";

- “Help the nose get ready for a walk” (cleansing the nose with a napkin or handkerchief).

- “The nose is walking” - inhale and exhale through the nose.

- “The nose indulges” - inhale through the nose with resistance.

- “The nose smells a pleasant smell” - 10 breaths and exhalations through the right and left nostrils alternately.

- “The nose sings a song” - tap on the exhale index finger along the wings of the nose and pronounce "ba - bo - bu".

- "Warm up the nose" - massage the nose with index fingers.

5. Gymnastics for the eyes- daily for 3-5 minutes. at any free time, depending on the intensity of the visual load from a young age. It is recommended to use visual material, showing the teacher.

Eye massage - performed during morning exercises and in the classroom. Massage helps children relieve fatigue, tension, improves metabolism in the tissues of the eye. Visual gymnastics - allows the eye to cope with a significant visual load. Use gymnastics in drawing classes, looking at pictures, with prolonged observation. Training exercises for the eyes, use several times a day, depending on the activity that causes tension. Visual landmarks (spots) - relieve eye fatigue and increase motor activity during the day.

"Sun"

"The sun rolls in the sky -

Like a yellow ball.

That will hide behind a cloud,

That jumps on the trees.

Walked, circled

And rolled behind a cloud."

6. Hardening.

Hardening is an important link in the system of physical education of children. It provides training of the body's defenses, increasing its resistance to the effects of constantly changing environmental conditions. Hardening gives a healing effect only if it is properly implemented and the following principles are strictly observed:

  • tempering activities harmoniously fit into all regime moments;
  • are carried out systematically against the background of the optimal thermal state of children, against the background of their positive emotional mood;
  • are carried out taking into account the individual, age characteristics of children, the state of health, the level of hardening;
  • the strength of the impact and the duration of the hardening procedures increase gradually.

7. Gymnastics after sleep.

In our time, gymnastics has firmly entered the system of physical education of children and occupies an important place in it. Gymnastics after daytime sleep is a set of activities that facilitate the transition from sleep to wakefulness, which, when the right direction health character.

The transition from the state of sleep to the state of wakefulness occurs gradually. Immediately after awakening, the predominance of inhibitory processes in the nervous system remains, the child has reduced mental and physical performance, almost all types of sensitivity, and the speed of reactions is significantly reduced. The inhibited state of the central nervous system can persist for several tens of minutes or even several hours. This largely depends on the quality of sleep and the degree of general fatigue of the body.
Such a long transition from the state of sleep to the state of wakefulness is not only not convenient, but also harmful to the health of the child's body, which, after waking up, is subjected to mental and intellectual stress, when the nervous system is not yet ready to perceive them.

Therefore, activities that help facilitate the transition to a state of wakefulness after daytime sleep are extremely important. The speed of transition from a state of rest to a state of active wakefulness can be significantly influenced. This process is most effectively accelerated by those influences that stimulate the processes of excitation in the nervous system. In turn, the processes of excitation in the central nervous system are stimulated by a variety of external signals entering the nervous system, both from environment and from various organs of the body. The more of these signals and the more intense they are, the more the activity of the nervous system increases.
The processes of excitation in the nervous system stimulate:

  • beeps (such as music)
  • visual cues (eg, bright light, especially sunlight)
  • impulses from various organs of the body (skeletal muscles, skin and others, for example, when performing exercise, when massaged or when the skin is exposed to cold).

8. Self-massage.

Along with the traditional forms of work, do self-massage for colds with children (author A.I. Umanskaya). Everyone knows that a person has special points on the body that regulate the activity of internal organs. Massaging these points increases the body's defenses as a whole. Self-massage is easy to do. Children lightly press on the point and make circular motions 9 times clockwise and 9 times counterclockwise. Massage 1-2 times a day.

9. Orthopedic gymnastics- in various forms of physical culture and health-improving work. It is recommended for children with flat feet and as a prevention of diseases of the supporting arch of the foot.

10. Relaxation.

Children's mental health requires a balance of positive and negative emotions to maintain peace of mind and life-affirming behavior. Our task is not to suppress or eradicate emotions, but to teach children to feel their emotions, control their behavior, listen to their bodies. For this purpose, specially selected exercises are used to relax certain parts of the body and the whole organism. Held in any suitable premises. Depending on the condition of the children and the goals, the intensity of the technology is determined. Calm classical music (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff), sounds of nature are used for work. Children really like doing such exercises, because they have an element of the game. They quickly learn this difficult ability to relax.

Use the moments of rest more often:

Let's sit silently with our eyes closed; sit and admire the burning candle; - lie on your back and relax, as if we are rag dolls; - let's dream under this beautiful music.

11. Aromatherapy.

"Aromotherapy" has a great healing effect - the process of breathing aromas. It has a positive effect on the nervous system and brain. Smells of pine - cleanse the respiratory system, increase tone. The smell of birch - improves the functioning of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The smell of spruce and poplar - cleanses digestive tract.The smell of nettle destroys bacilli.Bouquets of branches of birch, pine, cedar, juniper to cleanse the room.(Bouquets and in dry form purify the air).
