For example, I used Akimov's 1994 collection. I took as a basis table 15-14 (function code E15-14.1) - lining ceramic tiles on polymer cement. According to my calculation, the basement area in the second option is 64m * 0.36m = 23m2. Separately, the facing of the corners should be considered.
