I also have two plants at first quietly coexisting in one pot. But then the leaves began to turn yellow, so the seedlings had to be planted urgently. Persimmons need regular watering and spraying. Therefore, we carefully monitor the soil, avoiding either overdrying or overflow.

Experienced persimmon growers advise twice a month to feed the plant with fertilizers (mineral and organic alternately). As soon as the "tree" grows to 20-30 cm, you can begin to form it by pinching. In summer, it is better to take the persimmon outside or onto the balcony, gradually accustoming it to the sun. But she needs to provide a cool wintering (+5 ... + 10 ° C): for example, in the basement. If a tree lives at home from November to March, sooner or later it will die.

AT room conditions persimmon grows up to only one and a half meters. If a tree is grafted (by a cutting into a split in winter or by a bud at the end of summer), then it can bear fruit in 3-4 years. Otherwise, the harvest will have to wait for the same amount (and not the fact that it will be).

I always loved dried dates, but last year these guys surprised me: I didn’t know that something could grow out of them.

Having decided to grow mango from the stone, be prepared for the fact that you will have to wait for flowering for 5 or even 10 years at best. If this does not stop you, keep in mind that the seeds for planting should be taken from a ripe and soft fruit (it will ripen perfectly in a warm place). Small seeds should be carefully washed from the pulp and dried. Sowing should be carried out superficially, without deepening (you can mix the seeds with sand).

1. Citrus

2. Avocado

You can land in another way: lower the bone with the blunt end down into a container of water so that it is half immersed in the liquid. Secure the bone with a thread or toothpick, place the container on the windowsill and add water as needed.

The bone should hatch after 3-12 weeks. Germination time depends on many factors: proper watering, seed maturity, etc.

When the stone cracks and a sprout appears from the crack, plant it in a small pot with any fertile soil, deepening it by half. Water the plant in time - and after 3 months it will grow up to half a meter high.

3. Feijoa

Growing feijoa from the stone at home is also not difficult. Separate the seeds of a mature fruit from the pulp, rinse in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, dry and sow in a medium-sized pot with a mixture of leafy soil, peat and river sand in a ratio of 2: 2: 1 to a depth of no more than 0.5 cm. It is best to do this in February.

6. Pepino

Do not forget that the date palm does not tolerate excess moisture, but it also does not like completely dry soil. The date does not like transplants and quickly dies if the roots are damaged, so it is better to immediately sow the seeds in a container of sufficient volume.

8. Kiwi

Rinse the seeds thoroughly with water several times, dry on a napkin, and then place in a glass of water at room temperature. Put it in a warm place (for example, on a windowsill located above the battery).

After 7-10 days, when the seeds open, spread them on wet gauze, place on a saucer and cover with polyethylene. When the seeds hatch (usually after 2-3 days), sow them in separate containers with a pre-moistened mixture of black soil, peat and sand.

Kiwi fruit should grow in constantly moist soil, but it is important not to let the water stand still. Therefore, drainage (expanded clay) should be placed at the bottom of the container and the seedlings should be sprayed from the spray gun. It is better to choose a warm and sunny place for the plant: a window sill located on the south side is suitable.

Daily moistening is also necessary, and in summer watering several times a day, in winter only after the soil dries out. In order for the fruits to be sweet from April to September, you need to actively feed the tree. But, the fruits depend not only on this. After four years of life, the first fruits usually appear on the tangerine, but they are sour, as they are wild. To get sweet and tasty tangerines, you will have to be vaccinated from an already fruiting tangerine.

Banana is not particularly whimsical to care for, the main thing for its growth is a large amount of light (but indirect sunlight), abundant watering and frequent spraying, because bananas often grow in tropical forests. In addition, it is important that the air temperature does not fall below 20 degrees.

Three years later, when a large number of leaves appear on the tree (from twelve), the tree can begin to bloom and even bear fruit. The fruits may not be very tasty, but quite tolerable, as for a home tree.
