    INTRODUCTION

    The required quality of construction of buildings and structures should be ensured by construction organizations through effective control at all stages of the creation of construction products.

    Production quality control of construction and installation works should include:

    Input quality control project documentation, building materials, products and equipment;

    Operational control of individual construction processes or production operations;

    Acceptance control of work performed.

    More than 80% of defects in the construction of facilities are associated with deviations from projects and SNiP in the performance of work on construction site. Therefore, operational quality control is the main type production control. With the systematic implementation of control during the execution of operations, foremen and foremen can identify and eliminate defects in a timely manner, and take measures to prevent them.

    The main tasks of operational quality control:

    Ensuring compliance of construction and installation works performed with the project and the requirements of regulatory documents;

    Timely detection of defects and their causes, taking measures to eliminate them;

    Increasing the responsibility of direct executors (workers, units, teams, line specialists) for the quality of their work.

    The quality of the construction and installation works to a large extent depends on the knowledge of the performers of the work and the persons controlling the quality of their performance, the basic requirements for the quality of work and the allowable deviations.

    Operational control is assigned to foremen and foremen who manage the construction of buildings and structures. In necessary cases, construction laboratories and geodetic services may be involved. The results of operational control should be recorded in the work log.

    The main documents for operational quality control are building codes and regulations (SNiP) "Organization, production and acceptance of work", technological maps and operational quality control schemes (QQCS).

    SOCC should be developed for all construction and assembly processes by construction organizations or by their order by scientific organizations. The widespread use of standard SOCCs is recommended. Before the start of work, the management of the construction organization must transfer to the immediate supervisor of the construction of the facility (foreman, foreman) a set of SOCC as part of the project for the production of works (PPR) and technological maps.

    The organization of operational quality control and the establishment of supervision over its implementation is assigned to the chief engineers construction organizations.

    Superintendents and foremen are obliged to require teams to present completed operations to check the quality of their implementation before starting the next ones. All defects identified during the inspection must be eliminated.

    The brigades themselves must control the quality of their work in accordance with the SOCC, i.e. exercise self-control.

    The developed real maps-schemes of operational quality control consist of four parts:

    1. Composition of operations and means of control (list of controlled operations, method and scope of control, who exercises control).

    2. Technical requirements to the quality of the work (sketches of structures indicating the permissible deviations according to SNiP).

    3. Requirements for the quality of materials used, products according to regulatory documents (GOST, TU).

    4. Instructions for the production of work (requirements for SNiP).

    The developed materials are intended primarily for specialists directly involved in the field of quality control of work, technical and author's supervision, the State Construction Supervision authorities, as well as for workers, foremen performing work, specialists from construction organizations; can be used in the training of specialists.
