TECHNOELAST is a rolled roofing material of the "PREMIUM" class

TECHNOELAST refers to polymer-bitumen materials. In the production of this material, modifier polymers are used, which make the material more elastic and resistant to both low and high temperatures. In the production of technoelast, an SBS modifier (styrene-butadiene-styrene) is used, which is sometimes referred to as "artificial rubber". This polymeric additive makes the material frost-resistant (it can be laid at temperatures down to -250C) and heat-resistant (the material does not “drip” from the roof, i.e. retains its shape even on a small slope during prolonged heat).

TECHNOELAST is used both for waterproofing and for the installation of the lower and upper layers of the roofing carpet of buildings and structures. Thanks to its excellent physical and mechanical characteristics, it meets all the requirements for increased reliability and can be used in all climatic regions. For the production of the upper layer of technoelast, a coarse-grained dressing (shale) is used, which protects the material from ultraviolet rays.

Technoelast is laid by fusing with a gas burner. The surface must first be primed with a primer for better adhesion to the surface. The top layer of material (with dressing), as a rule, is laid on the pre-laid bottom layer of the roofing carpet (when installing a two-layer roof).

TECHNOELAST is produced on two types of substrates: polyester canvas (EKP-5.0/EPP-4.0) and fiberglass (TKP-5.0).

Types and brands, specifications

The insulator has several versions, depending on the conditions and application. Abbreviation:

Durable bio-resistant material, designed for waterproofing building elements (including roofs) and reinforced concrete deck (roadway) of bridges. It consists of a polyester base, bitumen mixed with a polymer modifier, mineral filler (dolomite, talc, etc.) and an outer coating made of fine sand and a polymer film. It has a low level of water absorption.

Technoelast TKP (fabric + crumb + film)

Designed for hydro- and gas protection of underground elements of building structures. Feature of this insulating material is the presence in its composition of metal foil, which protects underground premises from dangerous inert gases - radioactive radon, methane.

Technoelast Alpha consists of several layers. The inner part is made of polyester and an aluminum gas barrier, followed by double-sided application of a bitumen-polymer composition, filler and protective film from polymers. Technoelast Barrier (BO)

Waterproofing material with self-adhesive surface. It is intended for protection of internal and external elements of buildings. Consists of 1.5 mm polymer film coated with bitumen and thermoplastic. The upper part is a silicone coating that can be easily removed.

BO means "without base". The absence of a base allows you to achieve high elasticity and flexibility of the material. The special adhesive composition applied to the bottom of the sheet provides reliable adhesion to concrete or metal surface, so no additional base is required.

Can be laid on combustible elements ( high level fire resistance). At a temperature vertical surfaces above +85°C it is not recommended to use it (may come off). When working, it must be borne in mind that the temperature of the surfaces during gluing should be + 5 ° C, otherwise heating of both the base and the web itself will be required. Technoelast ACOUSTIC

It is used as a hydro and sound insulating element in building structures, including when installing floating floors. Significantly reduces impact noise exposure (by 21-26 dB).

The base consists of soundproof fiberglass, on which a bitumen-polymer layer is applied. The canvas is laid end-to-end (soundproofing layer - from the side of the base), taking into account the height finish coat, fastened with adhesive tape.

Technoelast SOLO

Technoelast FIX

By analogy with other built-up roofing and waterproofing materials Technoelast HPP is welded with a propane torch.
