Meadow grasses

We will go far with our grandmother

In the meadow, where all kinds of herbs are familiar to her,

Hands flash, not getting confused in the herbs,

In thin and sharp, in thick and curly.

Here from a cold, but from an oversight,

This will save the headache!

We are happy to learn from grandma

The wise science of her herbal.

Let's grow - grasses from our meadow

Let's heal, get rid of the disease.

(E. Feyerabend)
forest tea
I do not want tea with cookies, with cake.

I miss taiga tea again:

With oregano, with smoke, with strawberry leaf,

Brewed in a large copper pot.

So that the pines whisper and the birds cry

About something of his own, in the language of the forest.

(Yu. Mogutin)
A traveler's friend, a plantain, a modest, nondescript leaf.

You lay down on a cut finger with a wet patch.

Traveler's friend, plantain, many of us are unaware,

That the cure was found right there, on the path, at the feet.

(V. Rozhdestvensky)
6. Staging "Medicinal plants"

Rusya Belaya

I heard today

A hot spore of medicinal herbs.

Like blueberries with strawberries

Figured out who was right.

Which one of them is more useful,

Who will save from all diseases,

"I'm much better than blueberries," -

strawberry says -

Though I grow in a dense forest,

I improve my appetite

I still quench my thirst

And I help the stomach

My medicinal infusion

For colds, the recipe is simple.

I lower the pressure

I help the heart beat

Wounds will heal quickly

I will prolong youthful skin!

Blueberries objected to her:

“I’m more useful, no doubt.

Because for people I

One answer for a hundred troubles.

My syrup reduces sharply

Human blood sugar

I have the skill

Treat sore throats in children

For gastritis and colitis

My infusion will help everyone

For burns, stomatitis,

I'll get everyone out of trouble!"

"I'll argue with you, girls, -

Lily of the valley suddenly stuck in this dispute, -

Nobody better than me heart

Haven't healed in a long time.

Let someone judge us,

May lily of the valley suggested.

And they all went together

Look for someone to judge them.

Everyone they met

Only stalks shook:

They said that they

Both useful and necessary.

And wild rosemary, and oregano,

Clover, asparagus, lungwort,

Both lavender and thyme

And violet, finally.

Turned out to be wiser

Only medicinal sage.

He said: "You are all useful,

You are medicine for people

Help from diseases

Only each from his own.

Stop arguing quickly

And don't waste your time

And get ready for the road:

Every family is waiting for you!

Under a blue roof

Sun, rain and thunder live in it,

Sensitivity to herbal remedies is individual, so each person selects plants for himself personally. After 1.5 months, the plants are changed, because. the body can get used to them.

Host 2: The green world of our planet has always been close to man. The wisdom of nature-loving people has created immortal monuments of not only scientific, but also literary creativity. Poems about herbs were composed even by physicians. In the 12th century, for example, the poem "On the Properties of Herbs" was written. Its author is the doctor and pharmacist Oda, who lived in France. The poem mentions 77 medicinal plants, tells how and where they grow, what are their benefits.

So about the benefits of the well-known chamomile it is written:

The wise Asclepius pays a lot of praise to anthemia, that is, chamomile ...

... excellently cures suffering from the liver,
away you will expel the chill, and often all the fever ...

And this is not the only poem about healing herbs written in antiquity.

The Salerno Code of Health, compiled by the famous physician Arnaldo de Villanova (XIV century), is known:

Roses add flowers - and love pains will subside,
If you eat cherries, you will receive considerable benefits:
They clean the stomach, and the core - relieve stones,
Will good blood you have from the pulp of berries.
Peaches, along with young wine, are taken by right.
So there is a custom to combine walnut with grapes.
Raisins are not suitable for the spleen ...
Rose, verbena, dill, chamedonea, also rue -
Everyone goes to the potion, from which the vision is sharper.

Presenter 1: In the soul of every person lives love for his native land. We must know and remember that living plants are the safety of man, and their death is his death. And today we will try to learn something new about the life of mother nature.

Host 2: The world of flowers is amazing. Each flower has its own character, its own purpose, its own secret, the secret of beauty ... Legends and traditions are composed of many flowers. Here is one of them.

The rose, according to Greek legend, was born together with Aphrodite - the goddess of beauty and love - from sea foam and at first was white, but from a drop of the goddess's blood, pricked on a thorn, she became scarlet.

The love of the Romans for roses was so great that under the plantations for them they began to use those lands that were previously occupied by cereals. In the verses of the poet Martial there is even a line: "Egyptians, send us bread instead of our roses."

The Roman emperor Nero once paid a barrel of gold for roses brought from Alexandria in winter. Roses were placed in bowls at feasts. Wanting to amaze the guests, they showered them with roses. The bride was decorated with a wreath of roses, the wedding bed was showered with petals. Roses were thrown at the feet of victorious warriors.

Persia is considered the birthplace of the rose. In ancient times, this country was called Gulistan - the country of roses ("Gul" means "rose").

The most fragrant roses were grown by the Thracians who lived in the Kazanlak Valley (Bulgaria). Rose oil was obtained from them. In our gardens and parks, roses began to be planted under Peter I.

Presenter 1: We invite students of the 6th grade. They will tell us about useful properties roses and tea.

Presenter 1: Thanks for useful information. The jury evaluates the performance.

The meaning of the saying is to take everything from a person, to leave him naked. This saying appeared thanks to the bast shoes that the peasants in Russia used to wear. Bast shoes were woven from linden bast. For one pair there was a bark from 2-3 lindens. Here the trees were peeled, completely bare. This list can be continued further. And this knowledge and skills were passed down from generation to generation. This is how the science of plant treatment appeared and it is called PHYTOTHERAPY.
Herbal medicine both in Russian folk medicine and in folk medicine of all continents and times has been and remains the main type of treatment. Vegetable world always gave a person an extensive and fairly large set of therapeutic agents. Phytotherapy has a centuries-old tradition, because the medicinal properties of plants were used already when most modern drugs still was not in sight. Our ancestors successfully treated many diseases using medicinal potions prepared on the basis of medicinal herbs, berries, and fruits. Indeed, medicinal plants contain vitamins, trace elements, essential oils, inorganic salts and organic acids. The effect of the use of properly selected and manufactured medicinal plants can be equal to the use of generally accepted medicines. But the advantage of herbal medicine is that it has a milder, more gentle effect, has much fewer contraindications and complications after taking drugs of chemical origin.
