2.9. Ensure the maintenance of the building part of the elevators in accordance with PUBEL, as well as the maintenance of distribution points (shields), cable (wire) lines and grounding devices to input devices and lighting switches for machine (block) rooms and elevator shafts in accordance with the PUE.
2.10. Ensure the availability of electric lighting for landing (loading) areas and approaches to engine (block) rooms.
2.11. Stop the operation of elevators in case of malfunctions that can lead to an accident or accident, as well as in the absence of certified personnel.
2.12. Be present at technical examinations of elevators and inspections carried out by state inspectors (experts) of Rostekhnadzor.

3. RIGHTS OF THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE OPERATION OF ELEVATORS
