For cooking you need:

  • pork pulp - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;

  • flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • lavrushka - 2-3 leaves;

Cooking method:

  1. We clean the fish, cut off the head, tail and fins. What is cut off, put in a separate pan, pour 1.5 cups of water, add parsley and pepper, salt. Cook like broth for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the remaining fish carcass into pieces, sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper. Let it brew for half an hour.
  3. Cooking tomato sauce for a fish dish. Finely grate carrots. Chop the onion and sweet pepper with a knife.

  5. Fry the fish in another pan.

  1. Finely chop fresh, juicy cabbage, simmer in a saucepan for 15-20 minutes.
  2. My mushrooms, cut into plates, finely chop the onion.
  3. Pour oil into a frying pan, add onion, simmer over low heat.
  4. After 2-3 minutes, add the mushrooms, fry until half cooked, pour them into the cabbage. Simmer the whole dish for another 5 minutes.

Salted beaten egg is combined with kefir, wheat bran and spices. Shredded crab sticks, sautéed onions and cheese chips are also sent there. The resulting mass is well mixed, shaped into cutlets and fried in a greased pan until golden brown.

Frittata with vegetables

This recipe was borrowed from Italian culinary specialists and will certainly interest those who are planning to cook an unusual egg dish. To repeat it in your own kitchen, you will need:

  • 5 chicken eggs.
  • 100 g of cheese.
  • Bow head.
  • Young zucchini.
  • Meaty sweet pepper.
  • 2 ripe tomatoes.
  • 100 g spinach.
  • A handful of fresh green peas.
  • Salt, herbs and olive oil.

Chopped onions are sautéed in a greased frying pan. As soon as it changes color, chopped zucchini and pieces of pepper are added to it.   • 500 ml white wine.
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
  • Salt, vegetable oil and spices.

Peeled and washed onions are cut into thin half rings, put in a thick-bottomed greased pan and fried until transparent. Then it is seasoned with spices, sweetened, poured with wine and continued to simmer over low heat. Thickened and darkened jam is supplemented with salt and balsamic vinegar and warmed up for a short time on the stove, not forgetting to stir constantly so that the onion does not burn.

Brownie with avocado

This unusual dish will surely appeal to those who love. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 4 eggs.
  • 250 g avocado.
  • 2 cups of sugar.
  • ½ cup flour.
  • 1 ¼ cups cocoa.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Powdered sugar (for sprinkling).
  • Butter or vegetable oil.

In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Everything is beaten well with a whisk, and then supplemented with vanilla extract, salt, flour and cocoa. At the final stage, the resulting mass is injected. This unusual dish is prepared from ordinary products that any prudent housewife always has. The main feature of these cutlets is a pleasant greenish tint and an interesting, moderately spicy taste. To feed your family with such a dinner, you will need:

  • 400 g chicken fillet.
  • Head of broccoli.
  • A piece of ginger root.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt, spices and vegetable oil.

Washed chicken is ground through a meat grinder along with boiled broccoli, garlic and ginger root. All this is salted, supplemented with spices and thoroughly kneaded. Neat cutlets are formed from the finished minced meat and browned in heated vegetable oil.

Tarte Tatin

This recipe for an unusual dish, the photo of which will be posted just below, was invented by French chefs. The dessert made according to it is an upside-down pie with a sweet apple filling. To make tarte tatin, you will need:

  • 300 g yeast-free puff pastry.
  • 1 kg of apples.
  • 200 g sugar.
  • 100 g butter.
  • 1 st. l. vanillin.
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon.

Caramelized sugar is poured into the bottom of a suitable form and peeled apple slices are placed. Slices of butter, vanilla and cinnamon are distributed on top. Then the fruit is carefully covered with rolled out dough and placed in the oven, heated to standard temperature. After about thirty-five minutes, the cake is removed from the oven, cooled, and only then removed from the mold so that the caramel layer is on top.

Parfait

We advise fans of Italian cuisine to pay attention to another unusual dish. A photo of a parfait, which is a dessert based on sweet whipped cream, can be viewed a little lower, and now let's look at its composition. To prepare it you will need:

  • 250 g cream cheese.
  • 6 art. l. Sahara.
  • 250 g heavy cream.
  • 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Any berries or fruits.

Cream cheese is removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to warm up to room temperature, and then combined with sugar and vanilla. Fricassee

This unusual dish is a meat stew stew with white sauce. It goes well with friable rice and, if desired, can be served not only for a family dinner, but also for a dinner party. To prepare it you will need:

  • 750 g chicken fillet.

  • 100 ml dry white wine.
  • 1 st. l. flour.

You need to start the process with the processing of chicken. It is washed, dried and cut into medium pieces. Paella

This gourmet Spanish dish consists of simple and easily accessible ingredients that can be purchased at any gastronomic department. To prepare it you will need:

  • A glass of round rice.
  • 500 g chicken meat.
  • 5 cups hot broth.
  • 2 onion heads.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 6 ripe tomatoes.
  • Bell pepper.
  • ½ cup frozen peas.
  • Salt, olive oil, parsley and spices.

Washed and dried chicken is cut into medium pieces and fried in a greased heated frying pan. The browned meat is transferred to a clean plate, and chopped onion and chopped garlic are sent to the vacated pan. After a couple of minutes, peeled tomatoes are added to the browned vegetables and stewed for a short time over low heat. Then the chicken is returned to the common bowl and continues to warm up. At the final stage, paella is supplemented with pieces of sweet pepper, chopped herbs, peas, washed rice, hot broth, salt and spices. Everything is gently mixed and brought to full readiness.

Ratatouille

This unusual French dish is a stew consisting of a large number of different vegetables. To prepare it you will need:

  • 500 g zucchini.
  • 500 g blue.
  • 950 g tomatoes.
  • 200 g of sweet pepper.
  • Bow head.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt, sugar, hot pepper, vegetable oil, herbs and spices.

Onions and garlic are sautéed in a greased frying pan. As soon as they are browned, pieces of sweet pepper and tomato puree made from half of the available tomatoes are added to them. All this is supplemented with salt, sugar, spices and boiled for fifteen minutes. The finished sauce is poured into a deep mold. Alternately lay eggplant circles, zucchini rings and tomato slices on top. All this is poured with a mixture of refined oil, crushed garlic, hot peppers and chopped herbs. Ratatouille is baked for an hour at 150 degrees.
