1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The boiler room equipment repairman is a worker and reports directly to the foreman (boiler house foreman, chief power engineer).

1.2. The mechanic for the repair of boiler room equipment must perform his duties in accordance with the requirements of this Instruction.

1.3. A person with a secondary vocational education is appointed to the position of a mechanic for the repair of boiler equipment.

1.4. The boiler room equipment repairman must know:

the impact on a person of dangerous and harmful production factors that arise during work;

general arrangement of boilers and boiler equipment;

rules for the design and safe operation of steam and hot water boilers;

alarms installed on the PPS and the location of the devices for their supply;

rules for the design and safe operation of lifting mechanisms;

requirements for industrial sanitation, electrical safety and fire safety;

location of first aid kits;

internal labor regulations established at the enterprise;

the requirements of this instruction, instructions on fire safety measures, instructions on electrical safety;

appointment of personal protective equipment;

rules and regulations on labor protection, safety and sanitation;

be able to provide first aid to victims, use fire extinguishing equipment, and call the fire brigade in the event of a fire.

1.5. The boiler room operator is appointed to the position and dismissed by order of the head of the institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.6. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, theoretical and practical training, tested knowledge of labor safety requirements in the prescribed manner and have received permission to work independently are allowed to work as a mechanic for repairing boiler equipment.

1.7. The mechanic for the repair of boiler room equipment is provided with overalls and safety shoes in accordance with applicable standards.

1.8. The boiler room equipment repairman must:

observe the rules of internal labor regulations and the established regime of work and rest;

perform work that is part of his duties or entrusted by the administration, provided that he is trained in the rules for the safe performance of this work;

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

Before starting work, the boiler room equipment repairman must:

2.1. Check your workplace: the presence of uniform lighting, the absence of clutter with foreign objects.

2.2. Prepare serviceable personal protective equipment, inspect equipment, lifting equipment and tools. Boilers, all equipment, tools and devices necessary for servicing boilers must be in good condition.

2.4. Check the operation of the electric hoist, the serviceability of the limit switches.

2.7. During work, the mechanic for the repair of boiler room equipment is obliged to:

be able to use personal protective equipment against natural gas and its combustion products;

clearly know and perform their actions in case of accidents, skillfully act during emergency response training;

participate in the scheduling of repairs and preventive inspections of boiler equipment;

carry out maintenance and repair of equipment;

keep a log of preventive inspection and repair of boiler room equipment;

during internal inspection, cleaning or repair of steam or hot water boilers, they must be stopped, cooled down and emptied, reliably disconnected with plugs;

internal inspection, cleaning or repair of the boiler to be carried out by at least 2 employees;

carry out work inside the boiler only with the permission of the person responsible for the good condition and safe operation, according to the permit;

2.8. A mechanic for repairing boiler room equipment is prohibited during work:

2.9. At the end of the working day, the boiler room equipment repairman is obliged to:

tidy up the workplace;

remove tools, inventory, other materials and personal protective equipment to the places provided for them;

put overalls and safety shoes in a personal wardrobe for overalls.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

The boiler room equipment repairman is responsible for:

3.1. Timely and high-quality implementation of the duties assigned to him.

3.2. For high-quality performance of all repair work and trouble-free operation of boiler equipment.

3.3. For the implementation of all types of work by safe methods, with the correct use of manual and mechanized tools.

3.4. Compliance with internal regulations, fire safety and traffic regulations of the Russian Federation.

3.5. Maintenance of documentation provided for by the current regulatory legal acts.

3.6. Prompt action, including timely informing management, to eliminate violations of safety, fire and other rules that pose a threat to the activities of the institution, its employees and other persons.

3.7. For offenses committed in the course of their activities, within the limits established by applicable law.

3.8. For violation of labor discipline, legislative and regulatory acts, a boiler room equipment repairman can be brought to disciplinary, material, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with applicable law, depending on the severity of the misconduct.

4. RIGHTS

The boiler room equipment repairman has the right to:

Must know: technical characteristics, kinematic and hydraulic diagrams of the repaired main and auxiliary equipment; methods of repair, assembly, dismantling and installation, checking for accuracy and testing of repaired equipment; allowable loads on components, parts and mechanisms of equipment and preventive measures to prevent damage, corrosive wear and accidents; the main technical indicators of the normal operation of the boiler unit, the types of its main damage; schemes of the main steam pipelines, feed pipelines, fuel oil and gas pipelines; terms of examination of boilers, superheaters, economizers, pipelines, pressure vessels, hoists, cranes; methods for determining the quality of materials, the suitability of reinforcement, depending on the parameters of the environment; rules for testing and storage of rigging devices and equipment for lifting machines and mechanisms; the order and organization of work on the repair of boilers.

1. Boiler drums - checking the separation device, checking the position of the drum relative to the horizontal axis and fastening.

2. Shafts of smoke exhausters - restoration with replacement of the bearing.

3. Bearing shells - checking the fit of the ball surface to the support pad.

4. Coils and screens of superheaters - cutting out defective ones, removing them from the furnace, installing new ones.

5. Safety pulse valves - repair and adjustment.

6. Rotary compressors - revision, repair of parts.

7. Working wheels of mill fans, rotors - static and dynamic balancing.

8. Ball mills - drum alignment, wheel grinding.

9. Dust pumps - revision.

10. Bearings - check and repair.

11. Sections of heat exchangers - hydraulic test.

12. Welded joints on the main pipelines and equipment - inspection during the hydraulic test.

13. Mill drive gears - replacement and alignment.

14. Furnace screens, bundles of boiler pipes, ash protection - inspection, check for dust and ash wear.

15. Cyclonic pre-furnaces - repair.

16. Gas tight boilers - repair of heating surfaces, burners.

17. Regenerative rotary air heaters - clearance adjustment.

18. Steam pipelines - repair, adjustment, adjustment of supports and suspensions.

When performing particularly complex and responsible work on boiler units of supercritical parameters -

7th grade.

Requires secondary vocational education for the assignment of the 7th category.
