All the heroes of the beloved Soviet cartoon about Winnie the Pooh are perfectly matched - they complement each other and make the plot funny not only for children, but also for adults. One of the characters is a reasonable and humorous Owl. It is this object that we will learn today to sculpt from plasticine and for this we will give a detailed photo lesson on our pages. Before starting work, repeat the material for sculpting an ordinary owl, and then get to work, focusing on our tips.

Other Winnie the Pooh lessons:

Step by step photo lesson:

In this lesson, we recommend that you use brown or gray-green plasticine as the main color. You will also need beige or pink cakes to highlight some parts of the body, pink for a lady's hat and yellow, orange, black for small elements. Roll up a brown ball - the body of an owl.

Press the ball on all sides so that the part becomes similar in shape to an onion. Attach another ball on top - a smaller head.

Stick a beige or pink flatbread on the front of your torso.

Repeat the same with the head. Plus, add two oval dark-colored cakes to the front part.

Attach yellow oval eyes with long black pupils to the dark areas.

Attach an orange beak between the eyes.

Above the eyes, attach brown branches resembling deer antlers in shape - these will be the high eyebrows of an owl.

From purple plasticine, make a lady's hat with a large brim. Attach to your head.

Make wings out of brown plasticine. Attach to craft.

Add legs - bird's paws with three fingers.

Cute cartoon - Plasticine owl is ready. She always gives her friends good advice, because she enjoys authority. This souvenir can rightfully be considered the embodiment of wisdom.

Owl from the cartoon about Winnie the Pooh knitted

Let's remember the wonderful cartoon about Winnie and his friends. One of these friends was undoubtedly Owl. Or rather, Sava - so it was written on the plate of her house.

And there were signs like: PRASHU PADERGAT AND WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. SAVA

PLEASE KNOCK IF THEY DO NOT ATTEND. SAVA

For some reason, Pooh thought that Owl was very smart.

I really hope that my Sava will remind you of this cartoon of our childhood. She is connected with knitting needles. Height is 33cm.

A master class is being prepared.

Quote from the cartoon: /* Owl came */

Congratulations, Eeyore. I heard it's your birthday today. It's true?

Yes, a real birthday. So many gifts!

So. Dear Eeyore! On this momentous day, I want to give you a free...

I'm sorry, what?

Shut up, Pooh!

Sorry, I just wanted to know, without what?

Free of charge! That is a gift.

Ah, a gift. Clear.

/* Eeyore immediately realized that this was a string for a reason */

To give you a modest, but very useful gift for free. Here is the string.

Pooh, come here.

You can hang it on the door...

It seems to be him. Well, try it on, please.

What is it, what's the matter? I took it off my bell. What is it, I don't understand?

BUT! Tail found! The owl found the tail! /* And Pooh confirmed his guess */

My tail?

What's the matter?

My real own tail?

Well, of course!

BUT! Tail found! The owl found its tail!

What tail? Tail? What is it? It means I gave...

/* Winnie laughs first. Then came the Owl. Next Piglet. Well, then even Eeyore started laughing */

HA HA HA!

How good!

How good!

What a coincidence!

I found a pot for the ball!

And the tail is for your birthday.

And ya, and ya, and I have the same opinion!

Owl from m / f Winnie the Pooh crochet.
Let's supplement our company of Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore the Donkey and Rabbit with another character from this wonderful cartoon. Let's tie the Owl :) The owl is the personification of wisdom and the living embodiment of correct spelling, in moments of reflection Winnie is his assistant in composing congratulations. Many, including myself, when writing the word “free of charge”, often remember the character of the Owl and painfully think how many letters “D” should be in this word :)

To create an Owl you will need:

  • Yarn Kamteks "Bambino" (35% merino wool, 65% acrylic, 50g / 150m) of the following colors: dark chocolate for the body (almost the entire skein is consumed) and linen (half a skein is consumed), dark beige for the eyes (small consumption);
  • Trinity yarn "Krokha" (20% wool, 80% acrylic, 50g / 135m) color "Mallow" (for a hat, a small consumption of yarn);
  • Small skeins of yarn for the beak and eyes;
  • Hook 1.4 for the whole Owl and 1.5 for the hat;
    Filler (synthetic winterizer / synthetic winterizer / holofiber to choose from);
  • Needle with a blunt end for stitching;
  • Ribbons for decoration.

The height of the Owl is about 16 cm, the wingspan is 25 cm. The figure of the Owl is somewhat reminiscent of the figure of Winnie the Pooh - a voluminous body that smoothly flows into the head. An owl can stand on its own due to its tail. All details (with the exception of the wings) are knitted together in a circle (in a spiral), the details of the wings are knitted in turning rows using the “snake” or “back and forth” method. The figure of the Owl is quite simple, but there are a lot of details. The description is written from the head.

Owl crochet, job description

Let's start knitting with the largest part - the body-head. Due to the fact that the Owl is two-colored (half dark, half light), when knitting, I had to deal with the question: how to make sure that the yarn change occurs vertically, without shifting to the side, as is usually the case when knitting in a spiral.

I solved this question with the help of a single crochet, which is knitted “into a split”, i.e. the hook is inserted not under the two upper walls, but in the middle of the single crochet.

  • interesting selection on the site !!!
  • An introductory article on amigurumi knitting. Basic tricks and simple toys.

This method is also called "ticks", because. connected rows are similar to the Latin V. Thus, the first single crochet is knitted “into a split” with each change of thread. This method does not give a 100% result, the work still mows a little, but in comparison with ordinary spiral knitting it looks much straighter. Due to the fact that the body and head will be made with two threads of different colors, it will be necessary to fix the non-working thread in the course of knitting the working one. In other words, in order to prevent long broaches, it will be necessary to fix the non-working thread several times according to the jacquard principle. If you make long broaches, when stuffing, the toy may shrink and deform.

We take the yarn of the color "Linen":
1 row: linen 6 sc in the amigurumi ring
add yarn "Dark Chocolate" (hereinafter - t.sh.)
2 row: linen 3 increments (6), t.sh. 3 increments (6), total (12)
3 row: linen * 1 sbn inc * 3 times (9), t.sh. * 1 sc inc * 3 times (9), total (18)
4 row: linen * 2 sbn inc * 3 times (12), t.sh. * 2 sc inc * 3 times (12), total (24)
5 row: linen * 3 sbn inc * 3 times (15), t.sh. * 3 sc inc * 3 times (15), total (30)
6 row: linen * 4 sbn inc * 3 times (18), t.sh. * 4 sc inc * 3 times (18), total (36)
7 row: linen * 5 sbn inc * 3 times (21), t.sh. * 5 sc inc * 3 times (21), total (42)
8 row: flax * 6 sbn inc * 3 times (24), t.sh. * 6 sc inc * 3 times (24), total (48)
9 row: linen * 7 sbn inc * 3 times (27), t.sh. * 7 sc inc * 3 times (27), total (54)
10 row: flax * 8 sbn inc * 3 times (30), t.sh. * 8 sc inc * 3 times (30), total (60)
11 row: linen * 9 sbn inc * 3 times (33), t.sh. * 9 sc inc * 3 times (33), total (66)
12 row: linen * 10 sbn inc * 3 times (36), t.sh. * 10 sc inc * 3 times (36), total (72)
13-28 rows: 72 sc in each row
29 row: linen * 10 sb dec * 3 times (33), t.sh. * 10 sc dec * 3 times (33), total (66)
30 row: linen * 9 sc dec * 3 times (30), t.sh. * 9 sc dec * 3 times (30), total (60)
31 row: linen * 8 sc dec * 3 times (27), t.sh. * 8 sc dec * 3 times (27), total (54)
32 row: linen * 7 sb dec * 3 times (24), t.sh. * 7 sc dec * 3 times (24), total (48)
33 row: flax * 7 sbn inc * 3 times (27), t.sh. * 7 sc inc * 3 times (27), total (54)
34 row: flax * 8 sbn inc * 3 times (30), t.sh. * 8 sc inc * 3 times (30), total (60)
35-48 rows: 60 sc in each row
starting from the 49th row we knit only with a dark thread (dark chocolate)
49 row: * 8 sc dec * 6 times (54)
50 row: * 7 sc dec * 6 times (48)
51 row: * 6 sc dec * 6 times (42) - start stuffing the body with filler
52 row: * 5 sc dec * 6 times (36)
53 row: * 4 sc dec * 6 times (30)
54 row: * 3 sc dec * 6 times (24) - stuff your head
55 row: * 2 sc dec * 6 times (18)
56 row: * 1 sc dec * 6 times (12)
57 row: 6 decreases to close knitting, fasten the thread.
We got the preparation of the future Owl.

Let's tie her wings. The wing consists of 2 parts, outer dark and inner light. Each part consists of four separately connected feathers, combined with each other.

Upper (long) nib:
1 row: cast on 14 air loops, then knit 13 sc, starting from the second loop from the hook
2nd row: 2 air lifting loops, 12 half double crochets, * 3 half double crochets in one loop * 2 times, 13 half double crochets, close knitting, cut the thread
The knitting pattern for the longest feather is attached. The rest of the feathers are knitted in the same way.

Second pen:
1 row: cast on 13 air loops, then knit 12 sc, starting from the second loop from the hook
2nd row: 2 air lifting loops, 11 half double crochets, * 3 half double crochets in one loop * 2 times, 12 half double crochets, close knitting, cut the thread

Third feather:
1 row: cast on 12 air loops, then knit 11 sc, starting from the second loop from the hook
2 row: 2 lifting air loops, 10 half double crochets, * 3 half double crochets in one loop * 2 times, 11 half double crochets, close the knitting, cut the thread.

Fourth feather:
1 row: cast on 11 air loops, then knit 10 sc, starting from the second loop from the hook
2 row: 2 chain lifts, 9 half double crochets, *3 half double crochets in one loop * 2 times, 10 half double crochets, do not cut the thread, it will come in handy for joining the feathers into the wing.

When combined, we knit 4 sc for each feather, for a total we get 16 sc, then we knit with turning rows back and forth, making an air lifting loop at the beginning of each row. Thus, after the connection, we knit 4 more rows of 16 sbn each, then we do a decrease on each side, 14 sbn remain and we knit 4 more rows of 14 sbn each.

The whole company from the cartoon "Winnie the Pooh" is assembled.
