After completing the work, remove the running stitches, iron all the seams with an iron with the addition of steam.

Pocket processing

Bend the upper cut of the pockets by 1.0 cm, and then bend it again by 2.0 cm, chop off with pins, sew on a typewriter 0.1-0.2 cm from the edge, iron. Then fold in the sides of the pockets by 1.0 cm and lay hand running stitches, also fold the bottom edge of the pockets.

Then from the line edges of the central fold, set aside the width of the second fold (side) = 18.0 cm. In the same way, from the other edge of the central fold, set aside the third (side) fold = 18.0 cm. On the folds, we outline three lines: central and two side.

Making pleats in a skirt

Next, we connect with pins, along the upper edge of the skirt, the side lines of the folds with the central ones, so that the folds of the folds meet each other. We lay a machine or manual running line along the folds 0.7 cm from the upper cut of the apron skirt.

We pin the belt to the skirt with pins, and then to the bodice of the apron. We lay hand stitches first from the side of the skirt, then from the side of the bodice, sew on a typewriter 0.1-0.2 cm from the edge of the belt to the side seams of the apron. Remove the basting threads, iron the seams with an iron with the addition of steam. Check the quality of tailoring, correct shortcomings.
