Pipe polyethylene PE-Xc Henco 20x2 bay 200 m consists of five layers. It has an inner and outer layer of physically cross-linked polyethylene, which have been cross-linked using electron beams, and an EVOH oxygen barrier according to DIN 4726, which allows this polyethylene pipe to be used in heating systems. These three different layers are connected to each other with a high quality adhesive layer. Henco polyethylene pipes are characterized by high flexibility and strength, lightness and protection against corrosion and overgrowth. The pipes have a smooth surface to reduce friction losses and high chemical and mechanical resistance.

The KAN-therm Push system is a complex installation system consisting of PE-Xc and PE-RT polyethylene pipes, as well as fittings made of PPSU polymer or brass in the range of diameters Ø12-32 mm.

A push connection is obtained by inserting a connector into the expanded end of the pipe and then tightening the brass ring with a hand or hydraulic press. This technique does not require additional sealing, guarantees perfect tightness and strength of the system.

The system is intended for internal equipment of cold and hot water supply and water heating.

The KAN-therm Push system is characterized by a number of advantages:

Design and material of PE-RT and PE-Xc pipes - physical properties

Taking into account economic and technical aspects, as well as the possibility of optimizing the application area, the KAN-therm Push System offers two types of polyethylene pipes with similar operating parameters - PE-RT and PE-Xc pipes.

PE-RT pipes of the KAN-therm Push System are produced (according to DIN 16833) from octane polyethylene copolymer (Dowlex) with excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.

The PE-Xc pipes of the KAN-therm Push System are produced (according to DIN 16892) from high-density polyethylene and subjected to a process of molecular cross-linking by electron flow (method "c" physical method, without exposure to chemicals). Such a crosslinking of the polyethylene structure makes it possible to obtain the highest optimum resistance to thermal and mechanical stress. The degree of crosslinking > 60%.

Transportation and warehousing

PE-RT and PE-Xc pipes can be stored at temperatures not exceeding +30°C. Can also be stored at temperatures below 0°C. In this case, pipes should be protected from dynamic loads. Given the susceptibility of pipes to UV rays, they must be protected from direct long-term exposure to sunlight during storage.

System KAN-therm Push offers two types polyethylene pipes with close working parameters - PE-RT(type II) and PE-Xc . It is characterized by a wide range of diameters - from 12 to 32 mm.

PE-RT

PE-RT pipes made of polyethylene (Dowlex 2388) with increased resistance to high temperatures (P olyEthylene of Raised Temperature Resistance). Due to its unique molecular structure, the pipes have excellent mechanical properties and high strength at high temperatures.

Due to their extraordinary flexibility due to the properties of the material, the pipes are easily laid even at low temperatures. Exceptional resistance to temperature and pressure determines the longevity of pipelines

PE-Xc

PE-Xc pipes manufactured from high density polyethylene and subjected to a process of molecular cross-linking by electron flow (method "c" physical method, without exposure to chemicals). Such a cross-linking of the polyethylene structure allows obtaining high resistance to thermal and mechanical stress.

Both types of pipes have a protective layer (EVOH coating) that prevents the penetration (diffusion) of oxygen into the coolant through the pipe wall. Pipes with EVOH protection are universal in nature - they can be used both in heating systems and in water supply.

Universal multilayer metal-polymer pipe TECEflex PE-Xc/Al/PE-RT is designed for installation of heating systems, including water heated floors, water supply and air conditioning systems.
It is part of the TECEflex piping system with a single set of fittings and a special TECE hand tool for pressing them in. The universal TECE flex multilayer pipe can be bent without the use of a special spring.
The price of a pipe is specified for 1 linear meter. Sold in multiples of packaging.

The combination of layers of PE-Xc, aluminum and a protective layer of polyethylene makes it possible to use the universal TECEflex multilayer pipe for installation:

  • heating systems "warm floor";

Unlike metal-plastic pipes, there is no need to calibrate the pipe, process the cut, and monitor the location of the rubber gaskets. Installation of the TECEflex system does not require heat treatment, electricity or compressed air.
- The brass fitting can be reused. The “pipe-fitting” connections are easily disassembled using a hot air gun - it is enough to heat the junction with it and then remove the fitting.
