Ingredients:

  • squid - 450 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • green salad;
  • cucumber - 3 pcs.;

  • salt;

Cooking:

  1. For cooking, you need a flat plate, smeared with butter. Next, you need to prepare a cheese blank - a circle of cheese with a diameter of 11 centimeters. Arrange on a plate. Place in the microwave oven for 17 seconds. Form a basket from the melted workpiece. Make several blanks in this way.
  2. Pour the squid carcass with boiling water. Set aside for five minutes. Drain liquid. Cool down. Slice. It is not necessary to grind strongly, it is enough to make half rings.
  3. Cut cucumbers. Get a straw. Chop the eggs. Connect products. Salt. Pour in mayonnaise. Mix.
  4. Place lettuce leaves in bowls. Lay out the salad. Garnish with olives and dill sprigs.

With boiled beef

New salads always attract the attention of guests. We offer to prepare an appetizer with beef meat, which, as a result of proper preparation, turns out to be juicy and soft.

Ingredients:

  • beef - 320 g;
  • salt;
  • pickled cucumbers - 320 g;
  • mayonnaise - 120 g;
  • canned red beans - a can.

Cooking:

  1. Pour water over beef. Salt water is required. Boil for an hour and a half. Cool and grind. The shape will need cubes.
  2. Cut cucumbers. Add to beef cubes. Drain marinade from beans. Add beans to cucumbers. Salt. Add Mayo. Mix.
  3. To have time to reveal the taste of the snack, let it brew for 17 minutes.

Appetizer with smoked ham on the festive table

Holiday salads. Holiday salads are a favorite decoration of any holiday table. Not a single, even the most modest, feast can do without them! Such salads may well look simple, but at the same time very bright and elegant, and sometimes they are an incredibly complex and original design. It takes very little time to prepare some salads, while other salads require enormous time costs, because you often want to surprise guests not only with their exquisite taste, but also with the most creative design. However, salads, for the preparation of which various exotic products were used, are already good in themselves and do not need any additional decoration!

Festive salads can include a wide variety of ingredients - meat, fish, mushrooms, seafood, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, all kinds of pickles and smoked meats, etc. And both mayonnaise and sour cream, natural yogurt, vegetable oils, lemon juice or various sauces. That is why there are a great many recipes for holiday salads, among which you can always choose the most suitable options.

And in order for the festive salads to turn out to be really successful and to please both the guests and the household not only with their great taste, but also with their attractive appearance, it is important to try to follow a few simple rules.

In order for the leaf lettuce not to lose its fresh appearance for as long as possible, it is recommended to season salads with it just a few minutes before serving. However, this also applies to most other salads - ideally they are seasoned right before serving. The only exception are layered salads - such dishes need time to soak well.

If you want to make the salad more fragrant, you can briefly put a small lemon wedge into it or drip a few drops of lemon juice. This approach will also help to enrich the finished dish with vitamin C!
As for vegetables, all vegetables that will later show off in a festive salad should be cooked over medium heat in a container with a tightly covered lid. In this case, the minimum amount of water should be taken. And in order to preserve the maximum of the most useful substances in vegetables, it is best to cook them in their skins and peel them only after cooking!

Do not forget that it is unacceptable to mix cold ingredients with hot ones - all ingredients must be cooled to room temperature before preparing salads (if salads are not hot)!

There must be several salads on the festive table - these are the traditional for our regions "Olivier", "Herring under a fur coat", "Caesar", and salads prepared according to new recipes. Each housewife has her own favorite recipes, but sometimes you want variety, you want to cook something new. In this article, 20 of the best holiday salad recipes have been selected for you.

1. Salad "Festive"

Ingredients: turkey fillet (1 breast), bell pepper - 1 pc., eggs - 5 pcs., cheese - 200 gr., green onions, mayonnaise or olive oil.
Cooking: Divide boiled turkey meat into fibers. Remove seeds from bell pepper and cut into strips. Chop eggs and onions. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Mix all ingredients, add salt. Dress the salad with mayonnaise or olive oil to taste.

4. Salad "Shrimp"
This salad is quick and easy to prepare, but it turns out beautiful and appetizing.
Ingredients: frozen shrimp - 500 gr, lettuce, white loaf, 2 eggs, mayonnaise, butter.
Cooking: Boil shrimp and eggs, peel them. Baton cut into cubes and fry in butter. Chop eggs, lettuce. Mix all ingredients. Add salt and mayonnaise.

5. Salad "Isabella"

We spread the salad on a flat plate in layers and coat each layer with mayonnaise: 1) smoked breast; 2) mushrooms and onions; 3 eggs; 4) pickles; 5) Korean carrot. Black grapes and a sprig of dill are used to decorate the salad.

6. Salad "Orange Slice"
This salad looks very impressive and will decorate your holiday table.
Ingredients: carrots - 2 pcs., chicken eggs - 4 pcs., onion - 1 pc., chicken fillet - 300g, pickled champignons - 200g, cheese - 150g, garlic - 3 cloves, mayonnaise
Cooking: Boil one carrot, grate on a fine grater and leave for decoration.
Grate another carrot on a coarse grater, lightly fry together with finely chopped onion.
Boil eggs and chicken breast. Separate the chicken breast into fibers, separate the eggs into proteins and yolks. Grate the yolks and whites on a coarse grater. Finely chop the mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with chopped garlic.
We spread the salad in layers on a flat plate and coat each layer with mayonnaise:

Ingredients: boiled chicken fillet - 300 g, hard cheese - 200 g, pitted olives - 100 gr, cucumber - 2 pcs., tomatoes - 3 pcs., mayonnaise.
Cooking: Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Cut olives into slices. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise. Leave some cheese and olives for decoration. We spread the salad on a flat plate in the form of a slice of watermelon. We clean the cucumber from the core with seeds and rub it on a grater. We also remove the soft core from the tomato, cut the rest into small cubes. Cut the olive lengthwise into 4 pieces. We spread the tomatoes on our salad. Next, we create a light strip of grated cheese, and then a cucumber strip that looks like a watermelon crust. Olives will replace watermelon seeds.

9. Salad "5 stars"

Ingredients: Chicken fillet - 400g, lettuce, apple - 1 pc., pistachios - 30 gr., kiwi - 1-2 pcs., strawberries - 200 gr, cheese - 150 gr.

To make it more convenient to grind the ingredients, in particular chicken and vegetables, I recommend pre-boiling them. For the finished dish, you will need a large salad bowl. Let's move on to the ingredients and start cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Onion two heads
  • Carrots two roots

  • Walnut 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

Original salad "Birch"

This dish is quite often found on the New Year's table. Everyone's favorite combination of meat with mushrooms in this performance will be disguised as a birch. This is a very tasty and simple dish, which is definitely worth making for the New Year.


Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms 0.5 kg
  • Potato 3 tubers
  • Refined oil
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet 0.5 kg
  • Hard cheese 100 g
  • Prunes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt to your taste
  • parsley

Cooking:

1. Boil the chicken. While the fillet is cooling, we will boil the vegetables and eggs.

2. My mushrooms and cut into thin slices.


3. Lightly pour refined oil over the pan and fill with mushrooms.


4. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the stove and let the mushrooms cool.

Salad "Mushroom"

New Year is the main holiday for most people, so there should be quite original and tasty dishes on the festive table. Today we will prepare the mushroom salad, the main components of which are vegetables and chicken. We will make a creative salad that all members of your family will definitely like.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 0.3 kg
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 100 g.
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • Pickled cucumber 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

We will use poppy seeds, dill, olives and cherry tomatoes as decorations.

Cooking:

1. The first thing we will do is cooking potatoes. Pour water into the container, fill with washed unpeeled potatoes. The vegetable must be cooked for about half an hour from the moment of boiling. After cooling completely, peel the skin and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.


2. Finely chop green onions, put on top of potatoes.


3. Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes, throw it into the total mass.


4. Next, boil the eggs. From the moment of boiling, we keep in boiling water for 10 minutes, since we need them hard-boiled. As soon as they cool down, clean them. We immediately set aside one yolk and 2 proteins, we will need them to decorate the dish. Finely chop the remaining eggs and place in a bowl.


5. We tear the chicken breast, or cut it. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.


6. Boil the carrot until soft. This will take half an hour. When cold, peel it and cut it into smaller pieces. Set aside 1 pc. for decoration.


7. Add salt and pepper. We season with mayonnaise. If you have sour cream, you can use it. As a substitute for mayonnaise, however, in this case, the dish will be greasy.


8. Mix the salad until smooth.


9. Transfer the mass to the final plate and give the salad the shape of a mushroom.


10. Finely rub the yolk, it will be used for the bottom of the cap.


11. We do the same with squirrels, sprinkle them with a mushroom leg.


12. Spread the grated carrots over the mushroom cap and get a real mushroom.


13.Now we will make the final decoration of the salad. First, let's try to create ladybugs. As a base, use a tomato cut in half. We make small mayonnaise dots. We cut the olive, it will be as a head. Dill can be used for antennae. As a result, we got a very tasty and unusual salad with a creative decoration.

Today's recipe will be a godsend for many: here are only standard ingredients that we will try to turn into a real delicacy.


We will cook a delicious appetizer of pepper and cheese. The highlight of the recipe will be homemade eggs, yolks that have a brighter color.

Do not delay with cooking just before the arrival of guests. Peppers should stand in the refrigerator for several hours, otherwise the snack will not be cut well.

Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper 4 pcs.
  • Chicken egg 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise two tablespoons
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic
  • Processed cheese 200 g
  • Hard cheese 200 g.

Cooking:

1. First, boil hard-boiled eggs. After cooling clean and cut into small pieces.

No holiday table is complete without snacks. Today we will try to make an amazing dish based on shrimp paste. It is a versatile ingredient: you can eat it with bread, use it in stuffing, or make an appetizing snack out of it.


In our case, shrimp paste will be combined with fresh cucumbers. This delicate and fresh taste is impossible to convey. Let's try to cook delicious food together! The entire cooking process will take no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 1 pc.
  • Cottage cheese 65 g.
  • Frozen shrimp 0.2 kg.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Allspice 1 incomplete tsp


Cooking:

1. First you need to boil the shrimp. It is enough to sweat them in boiling water for 3 minutes. After we clean and combine with pepper, cheese and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.


2. Cut the cucumber as thin as possible into long slices.


3. We make rolls with filling. You can wind the cucumber around your finger, then fill it with shrimp sauce. Or the second way: add the shrimp mixture to the edge of the cucumber slice and wrap it in the form of a roll. To keep the components, we pierce them with a toothpick.


4. Lay out the finished rolls on a plate and serve.


5. From above, the dish can be decorated to your taste. Serve interesting rolls with shrimp to the table.

Meatloaf with mushrooms

We cook meat rolls for almost every feast. Today we will try to make a delicacy that will combine chicken and pork. It must be very tasty!


Ingredients:

  • Pork 0.5 kg.
  • Chicken fillet 500 g
  • Carrots two roots
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Onion one large onion
  • Egg two pcs.
  • Champignons 300 g.
  • Sweet pepper two pcs.
  • spinach bunch
  • Italian herbs
  • Pepper and salt to your taste

Cooking:

1. Boil the carrots, peel and cut into small pieces.

9. On top of all the components, lay out the minced chicken. The next layer will be champignons, then carrots. It covers only half of the entire area.


10. We twist the foil, do something like candy.


11. We send it to the oven for 1 hour. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.

12. After finishing cooking, brush the top with an egg and simmer in the oven for another 10 minutes.
