  • Dense tomatoes - 300 g.

Cooking:

Cooking:

In sterilized jars we put a blanched currant leaf, a blanched parsley sprig, a blanched bay leaf.

Add on the tip of the knife ground black pepper, 4 pcs. peppercorns, 3 pcs. carnations.

To blanch the leaves, just throw them into boiling water for 30-30 seconds.

  1. We spread a layer of cucumbers chopped into rings on top, then rings of onion, rings of tomatoes, julienned peppers, and 2 tomatoes on the very top and a small bay leaf, a sprig of parsley, a small leaf of currant.
  2. Cover with lids, start cooking the brine: per liter of water - 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2/3 tsp cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, a little parsley, currant leaves, a couple of sprigs of dill, bay leaf. Boil 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add a teaspoon of vinegar essence to each jar, pour brine. Sterilize, roll up, turn over to cool.
