He introduced a lot of red beet into the menu, ate its darling in any form. I tried to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, any that came across in season.

Didn't eat after 6pm. I didn't follow any particular diet. Pressure slowly somewhere in a couple of weeks brought down to 140/95 with a decoction of hawthorn. More hawthorn did not take.

So, hard day after day, week after week, I came to 130/90. And no pills. But I didn't stop there. I noticed that after morning exercises, the pressure drops much.

Added sports

I decided to go to the gym. Very carefully on the treadmill for 5 minutes with a minimum load, and then the exercise bike. I did it in such a way that it was not a load, but a pleasure twice a week for 40 minutes. Two months later, with this diet and minimal exercise, I lost 5 kilograms of weight, the pressure was 120/80.

I feel like an astronaut

Three years have passed since then. In the morning I do regular exercises, for breakfast I have oatmeal with fruit, I basically try to stick to a vegetable diet. But sometimes I do not deny myself barbecue and alcohol when I want to chat with friends. At the same time, I feel fine.

My blood pressure is now 110/70, pain in my back and joints, dizziness are gone. After parties, sometimes the head hurts, and the pressure rises. I easily bring him back to normal with a decoction of hawthorn for half a day.

Today I am in the ranks of healthy people, of course, age will take its toll. But I know for sure that I will not finance the owners of pharmacies and hire a nurse for my paralyzed body by the age of 60. Hypertension is treated without medication - this is not a myth.
