How to strengthen the nasal mucosa from bleeding. How to strengthen the vessels in the nose? Proper nutrition to strengthen blood vessels

Nosebleeds happen to almost everyone and are usually accompanied by a slight loss of blood. According to statistics, heavy bleeding from the nose occurs in every tenth person on the planet, while every fourth of them has to be hospitalized to stop the bleeding.

The causes of bleeding with large blood loss are physiological or pathological conditions of the body, various diseases (local and somatic):

But whatever the cause of nosebleeds, the mechanism of its occurrence is the same - a violation of the integrity of the vascular wall (in simple terms, the fragility of blood vessels) and the inability of the blood coagulation system to form a stable clot on the resulting defect.

Feedback from our reader Victoria Mirnova

I was not used to trusting any information, but I decided to check and ordered a package. I noticed changes within a week: constant pain in the heart, heaviness, pressure surges that had tormented me before - receded, and after 2 weeks disappeared completely. Try it and you, and if anyone is interested, then below is a link to the article.

Medical therapy

As medications that stop nosebleeds, prescribe:

In addition to hemostatic drugs, the patient is prescribed etiological therapy, that is, therapy aimed at eliminating the causes that caused this bleeding.

With the ineffectiveness of conservative treatment, nasal packing or surgical interventions are used to stop nosebleeds.

In order to prevent recurrence of nosebleeds, drugs are prescribed that strengthen the walls of blood vessels. These drugs are taken for a long time, courses:

  • Askorutin (a combination product containing rutin and vitamin C) is a drug that effectively reduces the permeability of the walls of blood vessels and prevents capillary fragility. The duration of its reception is at least 3 weeks;
  • Calcium dobesilate normalizes vascular permeability, slightly reduces platelet aggregation, lowers blood viscosity, and has an antihemorrhagic effect. The course of its reception lasts 3-4 weeks or more;
  • complex multivitamin and microelement preparations. They contain many essential compounds useful for the human body, including those that have a beneficial effect on the walls of blood vessels, strengthening them, and normalize the rheological state of the blood.

other methods

If a person has nosebleeds from time to time, it is necessary, first of all, to normalize the microclimate of the premises where he often stays. To do this, it is necessary to regularly ventilate the premises, carry out wet cleaning. You can buy a humidifier. In addition, dry nasal mucosa can be moistened with a solution of sea salt or fatty ointments (for example, petroleum jelly).

By introducing foods rich in calcium, vitamins A and C into the diet, one can achieve an increase in the elasticity of blood vessels and, accordingly, strengthen their walls. Dairy products (rich in calcium), orange vegetables, fruits and berries (contain carotene - provitamin A), foods rich in vitamin C (onions, citrus fruits, green tea, rose hips) have such properties.

Folk recipes

You can strengthen the vessels of the nose with the help of traditional medicine, in particular herbal remedies:

Japanese Sophora contains rutin (its flowers), so the use of products prepared from the ovary of the flowers of this plant helps well with increased fragility of the nasal vessels. So, at home, nose drops are prepared. To do this, 30 g of the ovary of flowers is poured into 200 ml of boiling water, insisted for 30 minutes, cooled, filtered. Instill 2-3 drops into each nostril several times a day.

When using herbal remedies for preventive purposes to strengthen the vessels of the nose, you need to be patient, as they act gently and slowly. Therefore, all herbs should be taken regularly, in long courses!

If nosebleeds appear frequently, then the patient simply needs to be examined by a therapist to identify the main problem of this disease, perhaps the doctor himself will advise how to strengthen the vessels in the nose, and also what to do if the vessels still burst, even with proper treatment.

To get rid of a disturbing problem, it is worth using methods to strengthen the vascular system, and below we will talk about which methods are best used for the nasal cavity.

What can be bleeding?

This ailment has varying degrees of severity, in milder cases, the patient may lose about 1-5 milliliters of blood, but sometimes blood loss can be about five hundred milliliters. The severity of the bleeding will depend entirely on how quickly the person received medical attention.

Main types of nosebleeds

The first can be called insignificant, during which the patient loses from one to ten milliliters of blood, usually the amount of blood does not exceed five milliliters. This type of bleeding cannot pose a danger to a person, nor does it have any major complications.

Next, it is worth mentioning moderate bleeding, during which the patient loses from ten to two hundred milliliters of blood, and if fifty grams practically does not affect well-being, then 100-200 milliliters can cause weakness, slight dizziness, as well as the appearance of dark and light spots before the eyes. In some cases, a person has pale skin, as well as a change in the color of the mucous membranes.

There is also a massive type of bleeding, during which a person can lose at least three hundred milliliters of blood, while this amount does not always flow immediately, it can happen slowly and gradually. This type of bleeding has very pronounced symptoms, the patient has severe weakness, dizziness, tinnitus, and in addition there is a feeling of thirst and shortness of breath.

The profuse type of bleeding is considered the most dangerous, since during it the patient loses from three hundred to five hundred milliliters of blood, which is considered a large blood loss. In this case, the symptoms manifest themselves more seriously, the patient loses consciousness, he becomes weak and very dizzy. Also, it is not uncommon for headaches to occur, which are very reminiscent of migraines, and besides this, blood pressure will gradually decrease.

The main causes of bleeding

The main reason can be called the fact that blood from the nose begins to flow after a serious injury, while the injury can be inflicted not only in the nose area, but also in the head area or directly in the face. Also, after some procedures and surgical interventions in the nasal cavity, a person often bleeds. All sorts of infectious diseases and even a simple allergy can also cause the manifestation of such an ailment.

In particular, blood from the nose can be a sign of the occurrence of polyps that form in the nasal cavity, and many doctors say that the microclimate can adversely affect health. For example, when the air in the apartment is too dry and the temperature is elevated, this can cause the mucous membrane to dry out, which will lead to bleeding. A nosebleed can be a symptom that a person has inhaled a lot of caustic fumes or other toxic substances.

Among other things, there are common causes that can also cause bleeding, for example, an ailment manifests itself when a person has weak blood vessels and pressure often rises. Since the blood presses on the walls of the vessels, they can burst under strong pressure, and nosebleeds occur here. That's why it's so important.

Also, the symptom manifests itself with serious violations of blood clotting, if this is the reason, then the person will have to undergo a full examination and visit a hematologist. With blood diseases and weakness of blood vessels, bleeding is not uncommon, in addition, this signal of the body should not be ignored, it is very important to consult a doctor in time for help and treatment.

What are the best ways to strengthen blood vessels?

Today, there are a lot of medical and folk remedies to improve the condition of blood vessels and reduce their permeability; Askorutin can be considered one of the most effective and popular drugs. As part of this medicine, you can see vitamin P, as well as ascorbic acid familiar to us, these substances help to quickly strengthen the walls of blood vessels not only in the nose, but throughout the body as a whole.

As experienced doctors say, taking this drug must be done for at least one month, only in this case the results of the treatment will become noticeable, and the bleeding will be reduced or completely gone.

In addition, doctors recommend additional sanitation of the nasal cavity, they do it with a special saline solution, they prepare it on their own or buy it at a pharmacy. If it is necessary to obtain such a solution at home, it is enough for the patient to take only a glass of warm boiled water and add a small spoonful of sea salt to this amount of liquid, mix everything, and the solution will be ready for use. When it is necessary to apply the composition for small children, it is best to purchase Aqualor in the form of drops, which even infants are instilled into each nasal passage.

Not infrequently, there are cases when bleeding opens against the background of overdrying of the nasal mucosa, as already mentioned, this ailment occurs for a number of reasons, but the main one is the wrong climate in the room. So that the nasal mucosa does not dry out, it is worth taking petroleum jelly or sea buckthorn oil, ordinary Pinosol is also suitable. A small cotton swab is dipped into the oil, and then the inside of the nose is lubricated with oil, it is enough just to drip drops into each nostril. It is very important to carry out such procedures in the winter, when the apartments are heated and the air becomes dry.

It must also be remembered that vascular fragility appears due to the fact that the body does not have enough vitamin C, it is very important to compensate for the lack of this component. If bleeding occurs spontaneously, while the climate in the room is normal and everything is in order with the patient's health, it is worth including more of those products that contain ascorbic acid in yours. It can be a rosehip decoction, green tea, black currant. Also, the daily routine should be supplemented by taking a contrast shower, such a procedure has a positive effect not only on the vessels, but also on the health of the whole organism.

Decoctions that strengthen the vascular system

There are several types of decoctions that are prepared on the basis of natural ingredients, they have unique properties for the circulatory system. It is this property that viburnum bark has, a useful decoction is prepared from this substance, and then it is taken orally. To prepare the product, about two hundred milliliters of water are taken, in which ten grams of crushed bark are placed, and then the composition is placed on the stove and boiled for several minutes. Reception is made exclusively before meals, or an hour after the last meal, at a time you can drink no more than a tablespoon of such a decoction, they drink the medicine three times a day.

In addition, a decoction of dry nettle leaves has an excellent effect, such a drink helps restore blood vessels, and it also improves blood clotting. To prepare such a composition, a large glass of boiling water is taken and a couple of tablespoons of dried nettle are added to it, the finished product is taken three times a day.

It is highly recommended to carry out inhalations using specially prepared decoctions, for this you can make a mixture of chamomile, sage and calendula, or use these herbs separately, the result will be equally noticeable. This method allows the patient not only to strengthen the blood vessels, but also will make it possible to remove the inflammatory process, and also facilitates breathing.

What foods to include in the diet?

If you properly organize nutrition, you can strengthen the blood vessels simply with the help of products, and this, in turn, will make it possible to avoid the manifestation of the disease. It is very important that a person's diet contains a lot of cabbage, apricots and apples, as well as raspberries and grapes of different varieties. No less useful in this situation will be tomatoes, green tea and ordinary buckwheat.

It is very important for bleeding to include a decoction of rose hips in the diet, it also helps strengthen blood vessels, while the berry is rich in vitamin C. Do not forget that vitamin E should be present in the diet, it is also very important for the elasticity and strength of blood vessels.

This component can be found in olive oil, fresh eggs, tomatoes, peanuts, sunflower and other oils. In addition, at least two dairy products are added to the diet daily, they will help make up for the lack of calcium and other useful elements. Do not forget about the drinking regimen, it is advisable to drink at least one and a half liters of purified water per day.

Weak vessels of the nose are one of the main causes of nosebleeds. Therefore, persons prone to such manifestations should know how to strengthen the vessels in the nose. Weak vessels are not a definite diagnosis, it is the result of general or local disorders in the body. Strengthening blood vessels is not a quick process, it requires a responsible approach and consistency.

When and why is treatment needed?

The reasons for the loss of elasticity of the vessels of the nose and their increased fragility are quite different. These can be injuries from a fall or a direct blow, a chronic runny nose, penetration of a foreign body into the nose, deformity of the septum, or swelling. Such violations damage the mucous membrane and the vessels lining it burst.

The vessels of the nose can also crack as a result of a deficiency in the body of vitamin C. Weakening of the vascular wall in the nasal cavity is also caused by frequent diseases of the nasopharynx. A sedentary lifestyle is also the cause of the pathology in question.

The weakening of the vessels of the nose occurs under the influence of more extensive factors:

  • smoking and drinking alcohol;
  • sudden change in temperature;
  • frequent stress;
  • too dry air in the room;
  • addiction to chocolate and caffeine;
  • frequent consumption of spicy foods.

High arterial or intracranial pressure also leads to thinning of blood vessels. Prolonged exposure to frosty air, as well as excessive overheating in the sun, adversely affects the condition of the nasal mucosa, leading to rupture of blood vessels.

The main symptom of weak blood vessels is nosebleeds. It can occur at the slightest impact: small loads, cleaning the nose, a light blow, nervous overexcitation. Epistaxis caused by vascular weakness is small in terms of blood loss and stops quickly. But, in addition to this manifestation, a person may complain of constant congestion and lack of free nasal breathing.

There are many reasons leading to the weakening of blood vessels in the nose.

Medicinal methods

The most popular drug designed to strengthen the vessels of the nose is Askorutin. One tablet contains 50 mg of ascorbic acid and the same amount of rutin. This combined preparation helps to compensate for the deficiency of vitamins C and P. Ascorbic acid in combination with rutin has an antioxidant effect and is involved in redox processes.

Both components in the drug strengthen the vascular wall, reduce capillary fragility and permeability.

Contraindication to the use of these tablets is hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Doctors with caution prescribe Askorutin to patients prone to thrombosis, with a history of thrombophlebitis and blood hypercoagulation. Against the background of taking these tablets, side effects such as headache, allergic reaction or dyspeptic disorders may develop.

When breastfeeding and during pregnancy, these tablets are contraindicated for use. Askorutin is taken after meals. The following dosage is recommended: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. To obtain the desired effect, the medicine must be taken for at least 1 month.

To strengthen the capillaries of the nose are also prescribed:

  • Etamzilat - stops capillary bleeding by stimulating the formation of platelets;
  • Calcium chloride - increases tone and reduces vascular permeability;
  • Calcium gluconate - to have a hemostatic effect;
  • Calcium dobesilate - normalizes capillary permeability and increases their elasticity;
  • Preparations containing vitamins and trace elements.

Medications to strengthen blood vessels will be prescribed by a doctor

One of the indications for their use is increased vascular permeability. If the bursting vessels in the nose bleed regularly, then the doctor will prescribe drugs such as Dicinon and Vikasol for treatment. The first helps to stop nosebleeds due to the effect on platelets, they coagulate faster. Taking Vikasol enhances the effect of Dicinon, namely, against its background, the formation of thrombin is accelerated.

If the treatment of weak capillaries does not work and the bleeding often recurs, the doctor may suggest to the patient a procedure such as cauterization of the vessels. This procedure consists in clogging blood vessels under thermal or chemical effects on the mucous membrane. After that, the vessels stop bleeding. Burning is carried out in several ways:

  • silver;
  • laser;
  • radiosurgical knife.

Nutrition and vitamins

The organization of proper nutrition will help strengthen the vessels of the nose. In order for the vessels in the nose to be strong and not lose their elasticity, the body needs a sufficient amount of vitamin C. Foods rich in this substance must be included in the diet. These are oranges and lemons, black currants, green tea and rosehip broth.

Another substance that affects the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels is vitamin E. It is found in unrefined vegetable oils such as almond, sunflower, olive, corn, and peanut oils. Tomatoes and fresh eggs are rich in this vitamin. Therefore, people suffering from weak vessels in the nose, it is desirable to use them regularly.

In addition to vitamins, to maintain the normal state of the vascular system, the body needs such trace elements as potassium, sodium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, copper. Daily intake of the required amount of fluid plays an important role in strengthening blood vessels. Liquid in this case refers to pure water. It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.

To normalize the tone of the vascular wall, you must use:

  • cabbage;
  • apples;
  • grape;
  • apricots;
  • Red pepper;
  • raspberries;
  • tomatoes;
  • sorrel;
  • green tea;
  • buckwheat.

Vitamins are needed to strengthen blood vessels

To maintain blood vessels in a normal state, it is necessary to limit the use of alcoholic beverages and stop smoking.

Traditional medicine recipes

What else to strengthen? To strengthen the vessels and capillaries lining the nasal mucosa, it is recommended to use a decoction of viburnum. Both bark and berries are used. Prepare the remedy as follows: 2 tbsp. l. viburnum mixed with 1 tbsp. boil water for 15 minutes. The broth is filtered and consumed in 1 tbsp. l. every 5 hours. The tool is not recommended for children and is taken with caution by people with low blood pressure.

No less effective for strengthening the vessels in the nose is a remedy based on plantain and yarrow. Their juice is used as medicine. To do this, the grass must be crushed and squeezed. The resulting juice is instilled into each nasal passage 2 drops 3 times a day. One drop is enough for a child. Adults can also take freshly squeezed juice inside: 20 ml 4 times a day. Juice cannot be stored, so fresh juice must be made before each use.

Horse chestnut has long been known for its ability to strengthen blood vessels. Used as an extract and tincture of this plant. Means can be purchased at a pharmacy or prepared independently. To do this, you need to collect the inflorescences and squeeze the juice out of them. Therapeutic dose is 25 drops per glass of water. The course of treatment is at least 3 weeks, you need to take the remedy 2 times a day.

You can compensate for the lack of vitamin C by drinking a drink based on honey and lemon. Add honey and lemon juice in equal proportions to boiled water, 25 g each per 0.5 water. Insist 2 hours and take before bedtime. To prevent the formation of dry crusts inside the nose, it is recommended to instill sea buckthorn or rosehip oil into each passage. These natural oils moisturize the nasal mucosa well and help strengthen the capillaries.

Treatment with folk remedies is a means of additional therapy

So that the nasal cavity does not dry out, which often happens in the winter season, it is recommended to moisten it with petroleum jelly. It is enough to periodically lubricate the inner surface of the nose. Rinsing the nose with saline is an effective way to strengthen blood vessels. In one glass of boiled water, dissolve 1 tsp. table or sea salt.

The solution should not be hot, you need to mix thoroughly until the crystals are completely dissolved. Rinse your nose with this remedy at least once a day. For a child, you can use Aquamaris spray. It must be remembered that traditional medicine will be effective only in combination with proper nutrition and following the doctor's recommendations.

The nose is one of the weakest organs on the human face. In its cavity, almost all the blood vessels are located too close to the mucous membrane, so some people often experience nosebleeds. The most common cause of their appearance is weak blood vessels in the nose. To reduce the frequency of nosebleeds and completely get rid of this problem, it is desirable to strengthen the vascular system. Let's look together at the best methods to help strengthen weak blood vessels in the nose.

Ways to Strengthen Weak Blood Vessels in the Nose

The most common way to strengthen weak blood vessels in the nose is to take the drug Askorutin, which contains ascorbic acid and vitamin P, which help strengthen the walls of the nasal vessels and also make them less brittle. To achieve the effect, it is necessary to take Askorutin for at least a month.

In order to strengthen the blood vessels in the nose, it is recommended to wash the nasal passages with salt water. Salt water can be made by mixing half a teaspoon of sea or non-iodized salt with 1 tbsp. boiled warm water. For young children, the use of Aquamaris, which is buried in the nose, is suitable.

A common cause of weakening of the vessels in the nose is the drying of the nasal mucosa. To avoid this, you need to lubricate the nostrils from time to time or make tampons inside with petroleum jelly, boiled vegetable or sea buckthorn oil, this is especially true in winter, when the apartments are very dry and hard.

In order for the blood vessels in the nose to become stronger, the body needs a sufficient amount of vitamin C. Therefore, if you often experience nosebleeds, it is recommended to include foods rich in vitamin C in your diet. These foods include lemons, oranges, green tea, rosehip broth, blackcurrant. Strengthening the vessels of the nose and the whole body contributes to the regular adoption of a contrast shower.

Decoctions to strengthen the vessels in the nose

As an excellent remedy for strengthening the vessels of the nose, a decoction prepared from the bark of viburnum can be used. It must be taken orally in 1 tbsp. 3 times a day. To prepare such a remedy, you need 10 grams of viburnum bark to pour 200 ml of boiling water.

Another decoction that can be used to strengthen weak blood vessels in the nose is a nettle-based formulation. To prepare it, you need to pour 1 tbsp. boiling water 2 tbsp. nettles. You need to take this decoction 3 times a day.

It is useful for people suffering from nosebleeds to do inhalations using herbs (chamomile, calendula and sage). This will not only strengthen the vessels in the nose, but also relieve inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages, making breathing easier.

Proper nutrition to strengthen blood vessels

Properly organized nutrition has a positive effect on the vascular system and prevents the development of vascular diseases. To strengthen the weak blood vessels in the nose, cabbage, raspberries, grapes, apples, apricots must be included in the menu. In addition, the use of tomatoes, buckwheat, green tea contributes to the strengthening of blood vessels.

Part of proper nutrition, which helps strengthen weak blood vessels in the nose, is the inclusion of rose hips, rich in vitamin C, in the diet. Vitamin E should also be supplied to the body in sufficient quantities, since it is responsible for the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels.

This vitamin prevents the oxidation of cholesterol and the deposition of cholesterol plaques on the walls of blood vessels. The menu should be regularly replenished with unrefined vegetable oils - olive, almond, peanut, sunflower and others. Also, the blood vessels are favorably affected by the use of fresh eggs and tomatoes, which are rich in vitamin E.

In addition, the diet should include foods containing vitamin B3, since it promotes the expansion of arteries and veins, facilitating blood flow. It is also helpful to eat foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids and other unsaturated fats.

Proper nutrition to strengthen weak blood vessels in the nose involves reducing the amount of saturated fat found in milk and meat. But it is not recommended to completely abandon them. Every day you need to eat 1-2 dairy dishes.

Keep track of your fluid intake. Every day you need to drink 1.5-2 liters of clean water, because thanks to it, normal blood density and a constant body temperature are maintained. In addition, water promotes the processing of fat reserves.

The body should receive clean water, and not in the form of tea, coffee, vegetable or fruit juices. For its internal needs, the body can only use pure water. In addition, tea and coffee have diuretic properties, therefore, they contribute to increased excretion of water from the body. After drinking a cup of tea or coffee, you need to additionally drink 1 glass of water.

The above methods of strengthening the blood vessels of the nose will help to avoid the development of diseases that occur against the background of weak vessels.

According to statistics, every tenth person on Earth suffers from profuse nosebleeds, up to hospitalization. Bleeding from the nose is a sign that the weak vascular system of the nasal cavity needs to be strengthened and healed. You can strengthen the blood vessels in the nose with the help of medicines and folk remedies.

Causes of nosebleeds

Bleeding from the nose rarely occurs due to any serious disorders in the body or diseases, but it causes discomfort, since blood from the nose can go at any time and in any place. Weak capillaries in the nasal cavity burst, causing bleeding. Causes of nosebleeds include:

  • physical overwork (risk group - athletes, summer residents);
  • sun or heat stroke;
  • low atmospheric pressure;
  • weather dependence;
  • drying of the nasal mucosa;
  • when in an excessively dry and hot room;
  • lack of vitamins and minerals (A, K, calcium);
  • hormonal disruptions;
  • vicarious bleeding (appearing instead of menstruation, more often with amenorrhea, but there is a possibility of occurrence during monthly bleeding);
  • damage to the nose or other organ located on the face;
  • foreign bodies in the nose;
  • various neoplasms in the nose (malignant / benign);
  • abnormal or pathological changes in the nose;
  • pathological changes that occur with vasomotor (chronic) rhinitis or infectious diseases;
  • diseases of the circulatory system, characterized by a decrease in blood clotting;
  • high blood pressure;
  • taking medications that affect blood clotting.

Regardless of the cause of nosebleeds, the mechanism of their appearance is the same - damage to integrity, fragility and weakness of blood vessels.

Ways to strengthen the vessels in the nose

For the good functioning of the vascular system, you need to move a lot (walking, regular exercise) and eat right. The daily menu should include vegetables, fruits, fish and seafood. The diet should include blackcurrant berries, lingonberries, chokeberries, cranberries and / or sea buckthorn. You also need to eat walnuts and lemons. To improve blood vessels, it is necessary to adjust the body weight - extra pounds negatively affect the vascular system.

The most common drug used to strengthen the blood vessels in the nose is Ascorutin. The composition of this drug includes ascorbic acid and vitamin R. Ascorutin is taken for a month, after which the therapeutic effect will become noticeable.

A not very pleasant, but effective way to strengthen the vessels in the nose is to rinse the nasal passages with salt water. Such medicinal water can be obtained by mixing half a teaspoon of sea or non-iodized salt and a glass of water. Aquamaris, which is instilled into the nose, is suitable for small children.

If the cause of nosebleeds is the drying of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, then periodically it is necessary to lubricate the nasal passages with petroleum jelly, vegetable or sea buckthorn oil, or put tampons soaked in these agents inside so that blood does not flow.

Folk remedies for strengthening the vascular system

The vascular system is also treated with folk methods. Here are some of them:

  • Horse chestnut. An extract or tincture of this plant can be bought at any pharmacy. Make your own medicine. To do this, you need to collect inflorescences from flowering trees (in May) and squeeze the juice out of them. This juice is used for healing. About 25 drops of the resulting product are dripped into a glass of water, mixed thoroughly and drunk. Take this medicine twice a day for at least three weeks. If necessary, the course of treatment is repeated after a two-week break.
  • Parsley. This plant is rich in vitamins and minerals, widely distributed and available. To prepare a remedy, 40 grams of parsley is brewed with water in a small thermos and left overnight. In the morning, the infusion should be filtered and drunk in 8 doses during the day. Do not use this remedy for more than three days. If necessary, repeat the treatment after a week.

Before using the described remedies (both medicinal and folk), a consultation with a doctor is required to find out the causes of nosebleeds. This will help you choose the right medications and quickly deal with the problem.
