The number of recipients of social services in the OSRI is determined in accordance with the state task of the TTSSO, approved by order of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the City of Moscow for each calendar year.

OSRI carries out its activities in accordance with the Federal Law of November 24, 1995 N 181-FZ "On the Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation".

The purpose of the OSRI is to meet the needs of disabled people, disabled children, people with disabilities and their families in affordable and high-quality social services by providing a comprehensive social rehabilitation service for disabled people (disabled children) in a semi-stationary form.
