The standard can be applied for product certification purposes.

2 Normative references

This document makes reference to the following standards:

The main PVC profiles of the products are reinforced with metal inserts. In the manufacture of external and entrance door blocks to the apartment, steel liners with an anti-corrosion coating with a wall thickness of at least 2.0 mm should be used. For internal door blocks, it is allowed to use steel reinforcing inserts with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, as well as inserts made of aluminum alloys with mechanical parameters that meet the requirements of GOST 22233.

The shape, wall thickness and moments of inertia of the reinforcing inserts are set in the technical documentation for the manufacture of products, taking into account the operating conditions.

The distance from the insert to the corner (end) of the profile part to be reinforced is assumed to be (10 ± 5) mm. In the case of the use of corner reinforcements, as well as with mechanical fastening of mullions, the dimensions of the connections are set in the working drawings.

It is not allowed to join or break the reinforcing inserts along the length within one PVC profile (including when making holes for door devices and locks).

Each reinforcing insert is attached to the non-front side of the PVC profile with at least two self-tapping screws (screws) according to regulatory documentation. The distance from the inner corner (weld) to the nearest place where the self-tapping screw should be installed should not exceed 100 mm. The fastening step should be no more than 400 mm, and for external, reinforced door blocks, as well as products from colored profiles - 300 mm.

4.4.3 Reinforcing inserts must enter the inner chambers of PVC profiles tightly, by hand, without the help of special devices.

4.5 Requirements for filling door panels and sealing gaskets

4.5.1 It is recommended to make non-transparent fillings of door block panels (panels) from three-layer panels consisting of plastic or aluminum facing sheets filled with insulation or single-layer panels of foamed rigid PVC. As panels of canvases intended for interior door blocks, the use of sheet or facing materials is allowed. Examples of door leaf filling types are given in the appendix.

4.5.2 The design solutions for the attachment points of the filling parts for the door leafs of lockable doors should exclude the possibility of their dismantling from the outside.

4.5.3 It is recommended to use reinforced types of glass as a translucent filling for canvases: tempered glass according to GOST 30698, laminated glass according to GOST 30826, reinforced glass and glass with anti-shatter films according to ND. It is allowed to use double-glazed windows according to GOST 24866, glass according to GOST 111, as well as according to regulatory documentation for specific types of glass (patterned, tinted, etc.).

The type of glass used should be specified in the working documentation for construction (reconstruction, repair). The use of unstrengthened glass with dimensions greater than: 1250 mm in height, 650 mm in width and less than 4 mm thick is not allowed.

4.5.4 To increase the architectural expressiveness and strengthen the structure, slabs (slabs) can be installed in the canvas frames. It is allowed to use double-glazed windows with an internal decorative frame or install decorative layouts on glue on the outer surfaces of the door leaf filling.

4.5.5 The depth of pinching of a double-glazed window (glass) or a panel in the folds of profiles, as well as the depth of pinching with glazing beads, is recommended within 14-18 mm

4.5.6 Double-glazed windows (glasses) are installed in the fold of the sash or box on linings, excluding touching of the edges of the double-glazed window (glass) of the inner surfaces of the PVC profiles folds.

Depending on the functional purpose, the linings are divided into basic, supporting and remote.

To ensure optimal conditions for transferring the weight of a double-glazed window to the product structure, support pads are used, and to ensure the nominal dimensions of the gap between the edge of the double-glazed window and the fold of the sash, remote pads are used.

Base pads are used to align the bevels of the fold and are installed under the support and spacer pads. The width of the base pads must be equal to the width of the fold, and the length - not less than the length of the support and spacer pads. Support and spacer pads can combine the functions of the base pads.

The length of the supporting and spacer pads should be from 80 to 100 mm, the width of the pads should be at least 2 mm more than the thickness of the double-glazed window.

The distance from the lining to the corners of the double-glazed windows should, as a rule, be 50-80 mm.

Requirements for the installation of opaque filling of canvases (panels) are set in the manufacturer's technical documentation, taking into account its weight and product design.

4.5.7 Linings are made of rigid weather-resistant polymeric materials. The recommended value of the hardness of the support pads is 75-90 units. by Shore A.

4.5.8 Methods of installation and (or) construction of linings should exclude the possibility of their displacement during transportation and operation of the products.

4.5.9 The design of the pads must not impede air circulation over the inner surface of the glazing seam.

4.5.10 The main layouts of the support and spacer pads during the installation of double-glazed windows, depending on the type of opening of the door blocks, are shown in the figure . On any side of the double-glazed window, it is recommended to install no more than two support pads. Warping of linings during installation is not allowed. In products with reinforced locking devices, it is recommended to install additional spacers in the locking points.

4.5.11 The sealing of the porches of the canvases and the installation of the filling of the canvases are carried out using elastic polymer sealing gaskets according to GOST 30778 or other ND. The use of glazing beads with a co-extruded seal is allowed.

4.5.12 Sealing gaskets for outdoor products must be resistant to climatic and atmospheric influences.

4.5.13 The sealing gaskets must fit snugly.

4.5.14 The number of contours of sealing gaskets in the porches of products and the requirements for their installation along the perimeter of the porch are set in the manufacturer's technical documentation, depending on the purpose and design of the door blocks.

Corner bends and welded joints of sealing gaskets for double-glazed windows (glasses) should not have protrusions (protrusions) that cause concentrated loads on double-glazed windows (glasses).

6 Control methods

6.1 The methods of incoming and production operational quality control are established in the manufacturer's technical documentation.

6.2 Quality control methods for products during acceptance control and acceptance tests

6.2.1 The geometric dimensions of the products, as well as the straightness of the edges, are determined using the methods established in GOST 26433.0 and GOST 26433.1.

Limit deviations from the nominal dimensions of product elements, the difference in the lengths of the diagonals and other dimensions are determined using a metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502, calipers according to GOST 166, probes according to ND.

The maximum deviations from the straightness of the edges are determined by applying a calibration ruler in accordance with GOST 8026 or a building level with a flatness tolerance of at least the 9th degree of accuracy in accordance with GOST 9416 to the tested part and measuring the largest gap using probes according to ND.

Measurements of linear dimensions should be made at air temperature and product surface temperature (20 ± 4) °С. If it is necessary to carry out measurements at other temperatures (external door blocks), the temperature change in the linear dimensions of the profiles should be taken into account.

6.2.2 Limit deviations from the nominal dimensions of the gaps under the overlay are checked using a set of probes or a metal ruler in accordance with GOST 427.

6.2.3 The sag in the mating of adjacent parts is determined with a feeler gauge as the distance from the edge of the metal ruler according to GOST 427, applied to the upper mating surface, to the lower surface.

6.2.4 The appearance and color of products are evaluated visually by comparison with standard samples approved in the prescribed manner, with illumination of at least 300 lux.

6.2.5 The tightness and correct installation of sealing gaskets, the presence and location of linings, functional openings, door fixtures, fasteners and other parts, the color and absence of cracks in welded joints, the presence of a protective film, marking and packaging are checked visually.

To determine the tightness of sealing gaskets, compare the dimensions of the gaps in the porches and the degree of compression of the gaskets, which should be at least 1/5 of the height of the uncompressed gasket. Measurements are made with a caliper.

The tightness of sealing gaskets with closed sheets can be determined by the presence of a continuous trace left by a coloring matter (for example, colored chalk), previously applied to the surface of the gaskets and easily removed after inspection.

6.2.6 Determination of strength (bearing capacity) of fillet welded joints.

To test the strength of fillet welded joints, the load application schemes shown in the figure are used.

1 - support; 2 - emphasis (for scheme B - carriages); 3 - sample; 4 - load application point; 5 - removable clamps

Figure 12 - Schemes of application of loads in determining the strength of fillet welded joints

The procedure for testing is in accordance with GOST 30673 with the following additions. Welded seams are cleaned according to the accepted technology for the manufacture of door blocks.

The specimens are tested with reinforcing inserts inserted into them.

The magnitude of the loads is taken according to, the control method is non-destructive, exposure under load is at least 5 minutes.

The test result is considered satisfactory if each sample withstood the load without destruction and cracking.

6.2.7 The operation of door devices is checked by opening and closing the leaf elements of the product five times. In case of detection of deviations in the operation of door devices, they are adjusted and re-checked.

6.3 Control methods for periodic testing

6.3.1 The strength (bearing capacity) of fillet welds is determined by.

When testing, it is allowed to use other load schemes and test equipment. At the same time, test methods, including processing of results, must be correlated with the test method according to and GOST 30673.

6.3.2 The reduced resistance to heat transfer is determined according to GOST 26602.1.

6.3.3 Air and water permeability is determined according to GOST 26602.2.

6.3.4 Sound insulation is determined according to GOST 26602.3.

6.3.5 Resistance to static, dynamic, impact loads, as well as burglary resistance is determined according to RD and methods approved in the prescribed manner.

Dynamic load resistance tests simulate three types of loads that occur when a door leaf is suddenly opened or closed:

provided that there is a foreign object in the lower porch (the products must withstand a collision with a foreign object caused by the impact of a dynamic load on applied at the location of the handle and directed towards closing the canvas);

under the condition of sharp contact of the door leaf with the slope of the doorway, for example, with a draft (the products must withstandto avoid a collision with a slope caused by the action of a dynamic load along , applied at the location of the handle and directed towards the opening of the leaf);

subject to a sharp contact of the door leaf with the opening angle limiter (the products must withstand a collision with the opening angle limiter caused by the impact of a dynamic load along applied at the location of the handle and directed towards the opening of the door leaf).

The shock load resistance test is carried out by a three-time impact with an inelastic soft body (for example, a pear) with a bottom diameter of (300 ± 5) mm and a mass of (30± 0.5) kg from the drop height to the central zone of the sample.

6.3.6 Reliability indicators, as well as compliance with ergonomic requirements, are determined according to regulatory documents and methods approved in the prescribed manner.

APPENDIX B

General requirements for the installation of products

C.1 The requirements for the installation of products are established in the design working documentation for construction (reconstruction, repair) objects, taking into account the design options adopted in the project for the junction of products to walls, designed for specified climatic, operational and other loads. Outdoor products are recommended to be installed taking into account the requirements of GOST 30971.

B.2 Installation of products should be carried out by specialized construction companies. Completion of installation work must be confirmed by an acceptance certificate, which includes the manufacturer's warranty obligations.

B.3 At the request of the consumer (customer), the manufacturer (supplier) of products must provide him with standard instructions for the installation of door blocks made of PVC profiles, approved by the head of the manufacturer and containing:

drawings (diagrams) of standard mounting junctions;

list of materials used (taking into account their compatibility and temperature regimes of application);

the sequence of technological operations for the installation of door blocks.

B.4 When designing and executing junction nodes, the following conditions must be met:

sealing of mounting gaps between external products and slopes of openings of wall structures should be tight, tight around the entire perimeter of the door block, designed to withstand climatic loads from the outside and operating conditions inside the premises;

the design of the junction points of external products (including the location of the door unit along the depth of the opening) should prevent the formation of cold bridges (thermal bridges) that lead to the formation of condensate on the internal surfaces of doorways;

the operational characteristics of the structures of the junction points must meet the requirements established in building codes.

Versions of mounting units for door blocks with a threshold are shown in the figure.

a -an example of a threshold design made of aluminum alloy and structural polyamide for exterior door units

Figure B.1 - An example of the lower version of the mounting units of the door block

When choosing the filling of mounting gaps, temperature changes in the overall dimensions of the products should be taken into account.

B.5 The following should be used as fasteners for mounting products:

building dowels;

mounting screws;

special mounting systems (e.g. with adjustable mounting feet).

It is not allowed to use sealants, adhesives, foam insulation, as well as building nails for fastening products.

B.6 Door units should be installed level and plumb. The deviation from the vertical and horizontal profiles of boxes of mounted products should not exceed 1.5 mm per 1 m of length, but not more than 3 mm for the height of the product. At the same time, if the opposite profiles are deflected in different directions (“twisting” of the box), their total deviation from the normal should not exceed 3 mm (figure ).

The door block is installed in the prepared doorway symmetrically with respect to the central vertical of the opening. The wall of the opening, intended for fastening the profile of the frame with hinges, is the base for installing the door frame.

The top and side mounting gaps are usually taken within 8-12 mm (for internal doors). The gaps in the lower junction node are taken depending on the presence (or absence) of the threshold and the purpose of the door block.

B.7 The distance between the fasteners during the installation of external and reinforced products should not exceed 500 mm, and in other cases - not more than 700 mm (figure ).

B.8 To fill the assembly gaps (seams) of products, silicone sealants, pre-compressed sealing tapes PSUL (compression tapes), insulating polyurethane foam cords, foam insulation, mineral wool and other materials that have a hygienic conclusion and provide the required performance of the seams are used. Foam heaters should not have bitumen-containing additives and increase their volume after completion of installation work.

All standardized building doors entering mass production must be marked, which clearly indicates the type of leaf, its dimensions and data on the corresponding GOST. However, it is quite difficult for a consumer who is not initiated into the intricacies of deciphering door brands to deal with all these letters, numbers and hyphens.

The structure of the symbol, and their full decoding are presented below.

So, the marking has the following (indicated conditionally) form:

XY2-1ZG.

It should be noted that the full decoding of the marking will differ depending on whether the outer or inner door is meant.

X - first position points to product type. In the case of a door, there will always be one of two letters:

  • The letter D, which will indicate that you are dealing with a door block, and not with anything else.
  • The letter P - indicates that in front of you is a separate canvas that is not equipped with a door frame.

Y is the letter that is on second position, denotes exterior door type. There are 3 options:

  • N - wooden tambour doors.
  • C - service doors.
  • L - hatch doors and manhole doors.

In case of internal doors in second position(Y) will be one of the following letters:

  • G-blocks with a blank canvas.
  • About - blocks with the glazed cloth.
  • K - door blocks with a glazed swinging leaf.
  • U - block with continuous internal filling.

So, next to the H marking, you can see ranges with a height of 21 dm and a width of 9, 10, 13 or 19 dm. Next to the marking C - ranges 16-19, 19-9, 21-13, next to L - 10-10,13-13, 13-15.

Types of brand O and K can have standard sizes: with a height of 21 dm and a width of 8,9,10, 13 dm; 24 dm high and 10,12,15,19 dm wide.

Types of brand G and U - can have one of the above (typical for O and K) sizes, and also meet the dimensions: 21-7 and 21-12.

Z - the letter immediately following the numbers indicates the various characteristics of the door. Here you can find the following symbols, the full decoding of which is indicated below:

  • B - possessing the characteristics of increased moisture resistance.
  • L - left.
  • N - with a surfacing.
  • P - with a threshold.
  • C - with continuous filling of a cloth.
  • T - flame retardant.
  • C - with internal solid filling of the shield with wooden laths, equipped with a threshold, an embedded cylinder-type lock and a sealed porch.
  • Shch - panel type door.
  • O1, O2, O3 - options for upholstery of the outer door.

* Test type I - acceptance tests during acceptance control; test type II - acceptance tests conducted by the quality service of the manufacturer; test type III - periodic tests carried out in independent test centers

** Controlled nominal dimensions for test type II are set in the technological documentation.

Finished products that have passed acceptance control are marked. Products that have not passed the acceptance control for at least one indicator are rejected.

5.5 Each batch of products undergoes control acceptance tests conducted by the quality control service of the manufacturer. The list of controlled indicators and the frequency of control are given in table 6.

For testing from a batch of products by random selection, samples of door blocks are selected in the amount of 3% of the batch volume, but not less than 3 pcs.

In the event of a negative test result for at least one indicator on at least one sample, a re-check of the quality of products is carried out on a double number of samples for the indicator that had a negative test result.

If a discrepancy between the indicator and the established requirements is detected again, at least on one sample, the control and subsequent batches of products are subjected to continuous control (sorting). With a positive result of continuous control, they return to the established procedure for acceptance tests.

In the event of a negative test result in terms of the strength of the corner joints, repeated tests are carried out on a double number of samples. If the result of repeated tests is unsatisfactory, the batch is rejected, and the production of products is stopped until the cause of the reject is eliminated.

5.6 Periodic tests according to the performance indicators specified in 4.3.1-4.3.4 are carried out when changes are made to the design of products or the technology of their manufacture, but at least once in the period specified in Table 6, as well as during certification of products (in part indicators provided by certification methods).

Qualification tests of products are carried out for all indicators when putting products into production. In justified cases, it is allowed to combine qualification and certification tests.

Tests are carried out in test centers accredited for the right to conduct them.

5.7 The consumer has the right to conduct a quality control check of products, while observing the sampling procedure and test methods specified in this standard.

When products are accepted by the consumer, a batch is considered to be the number of products shipped for a specific order, but not more than 500 pieces, drawn up with one quality document.

5.8 When accepting products by the consumer, it is recommended to use the plan of a single-stage product quality control plan shown in table 7.

Minor defects include removable defects: minor surface damage, unadjusted door fittings and hinges, exceeding the maximum dimensional deviations by less than 1.5 times from those established in the ND.

By agreement of the parties, acceptance of products by the consumer can be carried out at the manufacturer's warehouse, at the consumer's warehouse or in another place specified in the supply contract.

5.9 Each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality document (passport). An example of filling out a product passport is given in Appendix A.

5.10 Acceptance of products by the consumer does not release the manufacturer from liability in case of detection of hidden defects that led to a violation of the performance characteristics of products during the warranty period.

Limit deviations from the nominal dimensions of product elements, the difference in the lengths of the diagonals and other dimensions are determined using a metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502, a caliper according to GOST 166, and probes according to ND.

Measurements of linear dimensions should be made at an air temperature and the surface of products (20 ± 4) ° С.

To test the strength of fillet welded joints, the load application schemes shown in Figure 12 are used.

1 - support; 2 - emphasis (for scheme B - carriages); 3 - sample; 4 - load application point; 5 - removable fastening clamps

Figure 12 - Schemes of load application when determining the strength of fillet welded joints

The procedure for testing is in accordance with GOST 30673 with the following additions. Welded seams are cleaned according to the accepted technology for the manufacture of door blocks.

The specimens are tested with reinforcing inserts inserted into them.

The magnitude of the loads is taken according to 4.3.2, the control method is non-destructive, exposure under load is at least 5 minutes.

The test result is considered satisfactory if each sample withstood the load without destruction and cracking.

6.2.7 The operation of door devices is checked by opening and closing the door elements of the product five times. In case of detection of deviations in the operation of door devices, they are adjusted and re-checked.

6.3 Control methods for periodic testing

6.3.1 Strength (bearing capacity) of fillet welds is determined according to 6.2.6.

When testing, it is allowed to use other load schemes and test equipment. In this case, the test methods, including the processing of results, must be correlated with the test method according to 6.2.6 and GOST 30673.

Dynamic load resistance tests simulate three types of loads that occur when a door leaf is suddenly opened or closed:

subject to the presence of a foreign object in the lower porch (the products must withstand a collision with a foreign object caused by the impact of a dynamic load according to 4.3.3, applied at the location of the handle and directed towards closing the leaf);

under the condition of a sharp contact of the door leaf with the slope of the doorway, for example, during a draft (the products must withstand a collision with the slope caused by the impact of the dynamic load according to 4.3.3, applied at the location of the handle and directed towards the opening of the door leaf);

under the condition of a sharp contact of the door leaf with the opening angle limiter (the products must withstand a collision with the opening angle limiter caused by the impact of a dynamic load according to 4.3.3 applied at the location of the handle and directed towards the opening of the door leaf).

The impact load resistance test is carried out with a three-time impact by an inelastic soft body (for example, a pear) with a lower part diameter of (300 ± 5) mm and a mass of (30 ± 0.5) kg from a fall height according to 4.3.4 to the central zone of the sample.

6.3.6 Reliability indicators, as well as compliance with ergonomic requirements, are determined according to regulatory documents and methods approved in the prescribed manner.

7 Packaging, transport and storage

7.1 Packaging of products must ensure their safety during storage, handling and transportation.

It is recommended to pack products in polyethylene film according to GOST 10354.

7.2 Devices or parts of devices that are not installed on the products must be packed in polyethylene film in accordance with GOST 10354 or in other packaging material that ensures their safety, tightly tied and delivered complete with the products.

7.3 Opening webs of products before packaging and transportation must be closed on all locking devices.

7.4 Products are transported by all means of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.

7.5 During storage and transportation of products, they must be protected from mechanical damage, exposure to precipitation, significant temperature fluctuations and direct sunlight.

7.6 During storage and transportation of products, it is not allowed to stack them on top of each other; it is recommended to install gaskets made of elastic materials between the products.

7.7 Products are stored in a vertical position at an angle of 10°-15° to the vertical on wooden linings, pallets or in special containers in covered areas without direct contact with heating devices.

7.8 In the case of separate transportation of double-glazed windows, the requirements for their packaging and transportation are established in accordance with GOST 24866.

7.9 Warranty period of storage of products - one year from the date of shipment of products by the manufacturer.

8 Manufacturer's warranties

8.1 The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of products with the requirements of this standard, provided that the consumer complies with the rules for transportation, storage, installation, operation, as well as the scope established in the regulatory and project documentation.

During construction or production, the established norms and standards are always taken into account, which allow you to create safe, durable and strong products. This also applies to PVC doors, namely their manufacture and installation. Recommendations differ depending on the type of product, but GOST contains all the necessary information, taking into account the design features.

What are GOST requirements for?

The set of rules and regulations relating to various construction, production and installation works is called GOST. This list includes many items, each of which contains recommendations for the manufacture or implementation of certain actions.

GOST also contains information on the production and installation of PVC doors. The norms include safety rules, optimal parameters and manufacturing methods, recommended installation techniques and a list of standards that quality products must meet. If PVC doors were produced in accordance with established rules, then they are distinguished by safety, long service life, and comfortable operation. Thus, the requirements of GOST are mandatory, as they are aimed at creating products of the best quality.

In the manufacture and installation of PVC doors, the requirements of GOST are taken into account

Before installing, building or manufacturing PVC structures, you should familiarize yourself with these rules. It is impossible to know the entire set of quality requirements, so it is best to study only the necessary paragraph. To do this, all sections of GOST are indicated by a set of letters and numbers, and also have a designation in the form of a name.

Video: installation features of PVC structures in accordance with GOST

Plastic doors: manufacturing and installation according to GOST

GOST 30970 contains the basic requirements that are taken into account in the manufacture of PVC doors. This standard was approved in 2014 and includes standards for swing, sliding and other types of structures. The requirements apply to all frame-type models, but not fire, bulletproof and other special-purpose options.

GOST takes into account the features of all frame doors

The collection of standard requirements classifies PVC doors according to five criteria:

  1. Appointment. Plastic structures belong to group "B", which includes all canvases that are installed inside different rooms.
  2. Fill type. Doors can be with glass or a deaf plastic insert, and there are also combined models.
  3. Opening method. According to the design, the canvases can be swing, sliding, single or double-sided, double-leaf different-field.
  4. Decorative finishing of profiles - color, pattern may be different.
  5. Mechanism and direction of opening. Doors can be left or right, sliding, moving in any direction.

GOST contains all the terms that allow you to clearly define the purpose of a particular part of the PVC door system. Standards apply to each major element of a product.

Requirements for door blocks

According to GOST, door systems are created from profiles made of polyvinyl chloride and supplemented with steel liners. This also applies to corner joints. At the same time, the area of the complex from the box and the door should not be more than 6 m 2, and the maximum allowable area of \u200b\u200beach leaf is 2.5 m 2. If structures are being manufactured, the parameters of which exceed these standards, then their strength characteristics must be confirmed by tests, calculations, taking into account current standards.

Entrance PVC doors are in great demand and are used everywhere.

The main requirements for the manufacturing process and quality of plastic door systems are expressed as follows:

  1. The maximum allowable deviations of the parameters of the door blocks are not more than +2.0 or -1.0 mm. The static load, which is carried out on the upper right angle of the folded sheets of folding products, is not more than 1,000 N.
  2. Seams in the welding area must not be defective, untested areas or cracks. Change of a shade of PVC in places of seams is not allowed.
  3. All reinforcing elements and liners are fixed to the inside of the frame with two self-tapping screws. The distance between the fasteners is no more than 400 mm. This figure for outdoor systems is 300 mm.
  4. Door panels can be filled with high-strength glass. Multi-layer panels are also applicable.
  5. Door seal gaskets must be resistant to atmospheric changes, mechanical influences and chemicals. They allow you to provide a snug fit, which can be adjusted by adjusting the fittings.

There are a large number of requirements, taking into account which the manufacture of high-quality plastic doors for internal use is carried out. At the same time, attention is also paid to the installation of systems, and the relevant rules are specified in GOST 30971–2012.

The comfortable operation of the PVC door depends on the correct installation.

The PVC door installation standard was developed based on the analysis of the results of the operation of the units over many years. Therefore, the code of practice contains all the necessary information regarding this process. The main points are as follows:

  • materials used during installation must ensure tightness, absence of local or other freezing, resistance to operational loads, long service life;
  • defective places of doorways must be puttied, and all edges must have smooth edges, while if the walls have voids, they are compacted with rigid foam insulation;
  • materials must be environmentally friendly and safe for human health and the environment, waste disposal is carried out through industrial processing;
  • the equipped layers of the assembly seam are evaluated by a visual method with an illumination of at least 300 lux at a distance of 40 - 60 cm.

Such installation requirements allow you to control the quality of the manipulations of the plastic door installers. These standards apply to the installation of PVH doors and windows of any design.

GOST for PVC interior doors

The standards for the installation of internal and external plastic doors are different, since each type of system must meet the conditions of use. For internal structures, requirements are imposed that ensure the safety, ease of operation and aesthetic appearance of PVC products. Interroom systems are designated by the symbol "B".

PVC interior doors are less demanding than exterior doors.

GOST 30971–2012 contains the main norms regarding PVC interior and exterior doors. There is no separate section for each type of structure, but the points for installation and manufacture have such requirements for WPV as:

  • an internal type door can be equipped with a threshold or not, and if such an element is present, then it must have a solid contour in the lower horizontal section, and its fixation is carried out by mechanically connecting the parts;
  • the canvas in the assembled door block, equipped with a threshold, should not sag by more than 1.5 mm;
  • internal burglar-resistant doors must withstand static loads on the leaf area from 1300 N, applied to open the product can be more than 100 N;
  • reinforcing inserts should not be joined or torn along the length; tiled or rolled, panel structures are used as panels for plastic doors;
  • installation is carried out only in a smooth, clean opening with solid walls without chips, potholes and dust, carried out in stages in accordance with the technical map developed depending on the time of year, climatic features and the necessary operations to fix the door block;
  • deviations on each side of the opening can be no more than 4 mm, the check is carried out by a hydraulic level, by measuring the diagonals of the opening, as well as by a laser-type plane builder.

Internal structures made of polyvinyl chloride are mounted in a pre-prepared opening. The work is carried out by professional craftsmen, and acceptance takes place taking into account quality, evenness and the absence of large gaps.

External PVC doors according to GOST

The requirements for the manufacture and installation of external doors are observed as accurately as possible, because they are the protection of the premises from dust, noise, cold, unauthorized entry.

Entrance plastic doors are distinguished by better heat and sound insulation than internal ones.

One of the mandatory requirements that high-quality exterior doors must meet is a multi-point locking system. This is especially true for products characterized as burglar-resistant structures. In this case, the distance between the locks should not be more than 750 mm.

Entrance canvases are equipped with closers that provide easy movement of the canvas and allow people with disabilities to move around. Particular attention should be paid to the threshold, which is made of aluminum with an anti-corrosion coating and is equipped with drainage holes. This allows you to make the doors easy to use and protected from moisture.

Entrance doors can be of any color and design

The main requirements for the manufacture and installation of external PVC systems are expressed as follows:

  • the recommended threshold height is 20 mm, if the parameter value is different, then this part of the structure should not become an obstacle to the movement of people;
  • doors installed on evacuation routes from the premises must open outward, they can be one- or two-leaf;
  • it is allowed to use burglary-resistant structures of groups A and B, for which corner reinforcement parts and a multi-bar locking system with locks of the 4th class are used;
  • leafs of external doors should be equipped with a system of holes for drying the gap between the panels and other parts, two holes are provided in the lower and upper profile during manufacture;
  • when installing outdoor sheets, materials that are resistant to atmospheric changes are used, the assembly seam cannot cause cold to penetrate into the room.

External sheets must have a particularly strong filling, as well as a high degree of thermal insulation, tightness. These properties are present due to the use of high-quality materials for the manufacture of doors, careful installation and compliance with GOST.

GOST requirements for filling door panels

External burglary-resistant or internal plastic doors consist of profiles, fittings and have a filling presented in the form of panels. These inserts can be made of glass or plastic.

PVC doors can be of any color and equipped with glass

GOST assumes the following features of high-quality filling:

  • three-layer filling is represented by panels consisting of aluminum and plastic facing sheets;
  • single-layer filling is performed in the form of foamed rigid polyvinyl chloride;
  • the thickness of the sheets is at least 15 mm;
  • installation and design of filling fixation units is carried out in such a way that the possibility of breaking the canvas from the outside is not allowed;
  • glasses with a height of more than 1250 mm, a width of more than 650 mm, and a thickness of less than 4 mm are not used.

If the filling of the door meets the basic requirements of GOST, then the design will be as reliable and durable as possible. And the quality of installation and manufacturing affects sound insulation, which is important for doors installed in private residential buildings.

GOST and marking of PVC doors

Each type of plastic doors and its features are indicated by a certain marking corresponding to GOST. For example, the symbol "A" marks the entrance external canvases, "B" - the entrance internal doors from the landings, "C" - interior or simple internal systems installed to separate rooms.

External doors made of plastic are in demand because they are distinguished by high performance.

According to GOST, PVC doors are also marked taking into account the purpose of the product and the filling of the canvas:

  • DNP - external doors with PVC profile;
  • DPV - internal with a profile;
  • DPM - interior doors;
  • filling is indicated: G - deaf, O - glazed, Km - combined, D - decorative;
  • design: P - doors with a threshold, Bpr - without a threshold, F - with a transom, Kz - with a closed box, Op - single-floor systems, Dp - double-floor, L or P - left or right, respectively, and burglar-resistant designate Dvz;
  • sliding - Rz, hinged - R, folding - Sk.

Door leaf labeling is presented as a set of symbols, including designation of the construction type, purpose, opening option and door filling structure.

Plastic doors are diverse, but their manufacture and installation are always carried out by specialists who know all the requirements and established GOST standards. As a result of compliance with the set of rules, safe, beautiful and durable structures are obtained.
