This delicious dish is prepared so quickly that your family won’t even have time to get hungry after smelling its stunning aroma. The Chinese seafood noodles recipe involves using a sea cocktail of squid, shrimp, octopus and mussels. However, if there is no such assortment, then you can use only one or two of the listed components.

To prepare funchose with seafood you will need:

  • 300 grams of broccoli.
  • One and a half liters of water.
  • 400 grams of funchose.
  • 150 milliliters of soy sauce.
  • 550 grams of sea cocktail of mussels, shrimp, squid and octopus.
  • One teaspoon of dried garlic.
  • 90 grams of peanuts or almonds.
  • ¾ tsp. granulated sugar.
  • Salt.
  • One tsp. ground black pepper.
  • Refined vegetable oil.

Creating a Gourmet Chinese Cuisine

Broccoli should be washed and disassembled into inflorescences. Frozen food is usually already prepared and this step can be skipped.

Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil in a convenient saucepan, then add a few pinches of salt. Place broccoli florets into the bubbling liquid and cook for 4-6 minutes (time depends on size). Place the finished cabbage in a colander and immediately rinse with ice water, then leave to drain.

Place funchoza in a deep container and pour boiling water so that it covers the product by 2-3 centimeters. Leave the ingredient for 5 minutes, then drain in a colander.

Place a frying pan with vegetable oil on the fire and heat well. Place a seafood cocktail (frozen or chilled) into it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain off all the resulting liquid, placing the mixture in a colander.

Prepare the gravy: combine soy sauce with ground black pepper, sugar, dried garlic and a few pinches of salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Pour a little more oil into the pan and put it back on the stove. Place sea cocktail and funchose into heated fat. Pour the prepared gravy over the food and stir. Add broccoli florets. Carefully mix all the ingredients again, trying not to damage the delicate structure of the seafood and funchose. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook over moderate heat for another 2 minutes.

Chop the nuts into small pieces and add to the dish. Remove the pan from the heat and distribute its contents among plates. Chinese noodles are eaten hot. After cooling, it loses its taste and its structure is disrupted.

As you can see, Chinese seafood noodle recipes are very simple. Not only an experienced housewife, but also a person who does not have the proper experience can prepare such dishes. Even a teenager who decides to help his parents in the kitchen for the first time can cope with this. Bon appetit and the most delicious (and most importantly - fast) dishes of the unique cuisine of Asia!
