Having finished the bottom, we lift the axis tubes up (if necessary, increase the length) and insert the base inside, around which we will continue weaving, for example, a plastic bucket.

Going around the base, we continue to weave in a circle to the very top. At the end, it is necessary to draw an edge: we bend the tubes inward and fix them between other elements

Having finished weaving, we apply a layer of PVA glue to the surface of the basket to increase the strength and stability of the product.

To make the finished product attractive, we cover it with a stain of a pleasant shade or varnish.

Fabric on a wooden frame
