What is a person’s personal karma. What is human karma

For many people, human karma is a real mystery of nature. Does it really exist? What is it for? Or is it the Universe playing with people and shaping their destinies? It is worthwhile to understand this mysterious phenomenon in as much detail as possible.

Surely every person has thought at least once why some individuals are constantly lucky throughout their lives, while others feel unhappy, problems fall on them like a snowball. Maybe physical disabilities, troubles and bad luck are the result of previous actions and misdeeds committed in past lives?

Karma translated from ancient Sanskrit means action. This consists of the actions and thoughts, desires and words of an individual throughout his life. They note that every, even the most insignificant thought, gives rise to certain consequences and changes in fate. They will definitely appear, maybe not in a month, but definitely in future incarnations. Every cause has an effect, this should always be remembered.

Even if a particular person does not believe in fate and the law of consequence, everything is still subordinate to him. Karma is not an entity; it carries within itself a certain energy that regulates the consequences of all actions. That is why they try to keep a balance between bad and good actions, so that a person lives normally and does not suffer.

Karma is not considered a punitive force that is just waiting for the moment to carry out its sentence. Karma only monitors the causes and consequences of what happens to a person. When a problem could not be solved in time, information about this is stored and transmitted to the future or upcoming incarnations.
Any action carries several types of consequences:

  • the visible consequence manifests itself in active life at the level of physiology;
  • the emotional consequence leaves a deep mark on the soul of a particular person, it all depends on the strength of the experiences, how deep they are;
  • a distant consequence will be revealed in future incarnations, and the person himself will not even understand and realize this, he will begin to think why he has such misfortune, because he did not seem to have done anything.

It is worth understanding that the more serious and worse the act, the greater the impact it will have on a person’s present or future life.
The laws of karma affect not only a specific person, because there is karma of humanity, clan, country, Cosmos and many other types. They are all intertwined and interact with each other.

Types of karma

The most basic types of karma are:

  • human;
  • kingdoms of nature;
  • space;
  • solar.

Great sages are sure that the moment a person works out his own karma, the person dies. Then he will begin a completely different life in a future incarnation, and how prosperous it will be depends only on what actions the person committed in previous incarnations.

Karma diagnosticians are convinced that it is imperative to work with karma. To rid themselves of negative thoughts, they accept even the difficult lessons of fate with gratitude, forgive betrayals and insults, believe that problems will teach you a lot and do not complain about fate. It is in a position of gratitude that the vibrations in the soul increase, and this helps to cleanse karma. Experts say that each person learns to lovingly perceive the surrounding reality, to understand that humanity is a team that constantly interacts with each other.

Karma by date of birth

Many people strive to understand why they came into this world in the first place, what their real purpose really is. It is with the help of karma that one understands what a person must experience in the present incarnation, what he has inherited from the past, what it gives and what it is needed for. The concept of karma dates back to ancient times; in Indian philosophy it is translated as activity. Everything good and bad will certainly return to a person sooner or later; it is impossible to avoid this.

Karma is very closely connected with fate, because the life of a particular person depends on these two concepts. Naturally, many are interested in how to find out their karma, influence events and change their fate for the better, and correct past mistakes. Each person can independently find out karma by date of birth.

Karma calculations

By date of birth, a person recognizes his own destiny and understands his purpose. To do this, you need to add all the numbers together. If a person was born on November 27, 1984, then they should be added as follows:

The number 60 is an individual karma number. This turned out to be a karmic period, which shows a certain time for very important events and changes to occur in life. This means that at the age of 60, global changes will occur to a person.

If the individual number is:

10 - 19 suggests developing spiritually, improving physically, and directing all your strength to it.
20 - 29 means that to cleanse karma they will use the experience of their ancestors, develop intuition abilities, listen to their inner self, and strive to master the subconscious.
30 - 39 says that you should teach the basic laws of life to those around you, delve into philosophical sciences, teach people this, but first figure it out yourself.
40 - 49 means that it is worth knowing yourself as a person, feeling your purpose in life, devoting yourself to studying the basic laws of the Universe.
More 50 shows that they are constantly engaged in self-improvement.
When calculating karma, they clearly understand why exactly a person came into this life and what is required of him.

Family karma

In past lives, all family members were united and interacted with each other through karma. If a relative committed a wrong action, then it is quite possible that his grandchildren and great-grandchildren will have to pay for it. Ancestral karma greatly influences a person’s physical condition and health, well-being and life. A person who has bad family karma works his whole life for his relative, it is very difficult for him, misfortunes literally fall on him, and he attracts only failures to himself.

Undoubtedly, the same is said about good karma, which also falls on the entire future family. In such families there is love and prosperity, a good and friendly attitude.

Mechanism of karma

At present, every person is reaping the fruits of his past actions. It is at this time that the ground for future karma is created. You should not expect that the consequences of what you do today will manifest themselves tomorrow. This will happen many years later or in future incarnations. It is for this reason that many people wonder why misfortunes suddenly happen to them, what they did to deserve such an unfavorable fate. They usually think that some kind of misfortune happened by pure chance, but karma does not imply the play of chance and a certain coincidence of circumstances.

Everything happens in fairness and nothing else. If something happened, then it can only be interpreted by the fact that there was a reason for it. Karma brings both positive and negative things in life. All bad deeds will manifest themselves in diseases and ailments, misadventures and emotional experiences. And all good things will bring good luck, love, and change fate for the better. It is impossible to get rid of the law of cause and effect. If people understood how the mechanism of karma works, they would think about their actions and try to live fairly, so as not to bring trouble upon themselves.

Types of Karma

Karma happens:

  • manifested;
  • not manifested.

Manifested karma implies the expression of consequences in the present destiny of a person. This may be a physical condition, the material world, environment and place of residence. It is very, very difficult to change such karma; often people endure it throughout their lives and cannot change anything in their fate. However, karma does not always manifest itself in life now.

A huge number of actions and deeds committed in the past, incomprehensible lessons of fate, unsolved problems are just waiting for their time. They will inevitably come true, but for now information about this is stored in the karmic body. This is what is called unmanifested karma. However, it is worth knowing that a person is capable of changing unmanifested karma. But for this you will have to reach a high level of your own consciousness, when actions and mistakes are clearly recognized and will be corrected. No one is able to rid a person of bad karma; only the person himself can do this. After all, it was he who created his destiny and karma.

Impact on karma

Almost every person who became interested in karma and found out the answers to questions of interest despairs. After all, change the information. Which is stored in the subtle body is not possible. In any case, you will have to answer for all your actions, without this there is no way. And astrologers only advise you to resign yourself and be prepared for failures and problems. However, there is no need to become despondent, because karma always gives a person the strength and opportunity to solve complex problems and correct mistakes. This must be clearly understood and realized.

Currently, people are convinced that man is a dependent and weak being. That is why many simply do not feel the strength and ability to correct the situation and work off karma. But it is important to realize the full power of your personality and freedom in order to change something. You need to fight for your own existence, and not sit in a corner.

How to work with karma

A large number of people are interested in this question, although no one can answer it for sure. Karma can only be corrected by a person who is purposeful and ready for certain difficulties, and this will require a lot of strength and patience.

To make global changes in karma, you must first recognize it. Astrology will help with this. They also use other methods of realizing their own karma. You can perform hypnosis or try to see your destiny through lucid dreams.

Some individuals want to understand exactly why fate sends them certain trials. They're just wasting their time. It’s time to realize how you can get rid of the problem.

People also dream of solving problems that have arisen instantly, changing karma in one second. But it is not possible to do this, because no one is able to go back to the past and correct all mistakes in the blink of an eye. Even if a person clearly realizes his own mistake, it will not be possible to correct it immediately. You should carefully consider your past actions, digest the information in your soul, sincerely repent in the present tense, and then hope for forgiveness and a change in the situation.

Karma purification is carried out if one is fully aware of one’s soul, and not by shifting responsibility to others, the Creator, the Cosmos and the Universe. It is important to accurately comprehend your own guilt for your misdeeds, and then ask for forgiveness.

Laughter is a gift from above

People are afraid of the concept of karma, they do not fully understand it, because this phenomenon is very mysterious and inexplicable. Fear is also a sin from which it is difficult to free yourself. If you know karma partially, it will not be cleared, and the situation will only get worse.
Let us remember the sayings of ancient thinkers who accepted karma as something holistic.

Theory cannot exist without practice. If karma is a mechanism, then it is necessary and possible to work with it. If a person decides to realize his karma, then he does it to the end. They don’t perceive it as a problem.

For example, a small child constantly strives to put together a jigsaw puzzle, but he fails. He falls into despair and is disappointed in himself. But if this does not happen, then over time the baby will learn to play a complex toy. Also with karma, you need to challenge yourself and accept it.

Karma is not so difficult to work with if you do the right things. They perceive difficulties with humor, having endurance and patience to overcome the trials of fate. Only then do they realize that working with them is easy. Positive thoughts can completely change your life and bring bright colors to it.

Purpose of Karma

All people, without exception, come into this life in order to develop and learn. They live according to a certain scenario that fate has prepared for them. Throughout life they learn many important lessons, and to do this they relentlessly develop their soul.

Karma helps the soul become more perfect and rise to a high level of spiritual development. It is because of karma that a person experiences certain situations in life, experiences emotions and emotional experiences, feels and realizes that he is ultimately only a part of the vast Universe.

The concept of karmic processing

Working off karma is a mechanism that allows you to understand your own actions and their consequences.
When clearing karma, they determine what exactly was violated:

  • Job;
  • family life;
  • physical state.

They must remember to whom the deception, betrayal, or ugly act was committed. It doesn't matter exactly when it happened, maybe many years ago. After this they move on to cleansing.

Meditation cleanses a person’s consciousness and eliminates negativity. You should sit as comfortably as possible and turn on relaxing music. Next, they close their eyes, focus on the problem or ugly situation and return to the moment when it happened. They mentally imagine how they should have behaved in order not to commit an unseemly act.

Meditation helps to work out karma not completely. After all, it’s not enough to correct yourself within yourself; you really need to change something in life. You should treat your work hard, treat your loved ones with love and care, respect older people, try to understand the little ones, and judge yourself with all severity.

In this case, a person will soon be able to see significant changes in fate, troubles will recede a little, and karma will gradually be cleared.

Sometimes this method does not bring satisfaction and help. In this case, the cause of bad karma was the genus. Once upon a time, one of the family members did a bad thing. And a person has to work it out. This is valuable for finding balance and equilibrium.
This situation is not at all difficult to correct. You need to ask for forgiveness from your parents and ask for blessings. It’s great if a person takes in an abandoned child and does charity work. They certainly work off their own karma so that their grandchildren and great-grandchildren do not have to pay for it later.

Mantras for cleansing

Mantras are considered sacred texts. They are sometimes compared to prayers or conspiracies. Some magic phrases are used to cleanse karma:
to bring all areas of life into harmony, use the text

“Om nama shivaya ma”;

suitable for removing negativity

“Om mane pad me hum”;

Words are great for clearing your mind

“Oi triibayakam sungathim pushti urvarakamiwa bandhana mriitiyor.”

Is it possible to change fate?

The soul constantly goes through incarnations and accumulates a huge amount of negativity in each life. A person can commit brutal crimes, offend others, betray them, and do much more. However, everything in life has to be returned so that justice reigns in the Universe. Due to unseemly actions, people are born with serious physical disabilities or disabilities, experience difficult and difficult lives, and cannot cope with the burden of problems. Obliged to pay bills, pay off debts from this life and previous incarnations that they don’t even remember.

That is why people themselves suffer, experience their committed actions on themselves and experience the same thing that others experienced before. Only in this case will a person realize his mistakes and pay for them. You must begin to develop your spirituality, eliminate negative qualities, stop succumbing to vices, and act for the benefit of others. Only then will it be possible to clear karma.

It is impossible to commit sins and terrible deeds, and then be sure that happiness and a cloudless life awaits you ahead. You have to change internally and develop your spirituality, improve, learn to love and compassion, only then will life change for the better.

Meditation “Green Stream”: opening the chakras

This is probably one of the most popular words among esotericists... We often hear: “I have bad karma, so I’m unlucky,” “This came to me through karma,” “This is a karmic relationship,” and the like. But few people understand the very essence of this process and the essence of the term “KARMA”.

Karma- this is a program introduced into our planetary consciousness during the era of Lemurian civilization, created by the Gods-designers of our density together with the Lemurian priests. And the original word for this program was different - SANKARA (it is worth noting that the Russian language is not able to convey all the phonetic features of the Lemurian language, so this spelling is only slightly similar to the original word).

Why was SANKARA invented?

The fact is that at a certain stage of our evolution, the Higher Essences had a need to weed out souls ready for the transition to higher dimensions from souls that are not yet evolutionarily suitable for this. Indeed, on the Higher Planes, the Creative Power of each Essence is immeasurably greater, which means that if you let a soul there that has not yet learned certain laws of the universe, does not understand the Unity of All That Exists, then it can cause chaos and destruction in the well-functioning mechanism of our Creation.

For some reason, when a person says that the Gods see everything, then an image is drawn in his head that he is being watched by the Great Invisible Eye, which sees his every action and every thought, writes it all down, and it is impossible to hide anything from this All-Seeing Eye... Yes, all the intelligence services in the world would dream about this. But in reality, the Higher Essences do not have organs of perception of the material plane, that is, they do not see “pictures” as we do with our physical eyes. For them, everything is energy and information. That is, they perceive every action/thought as an energy process. Moreover, on the Higher planes there is no duality (this is only a property of our 3rd density), that is, the Higher Essences do not separate good and evil. For example, the Gods do not see that Petya was angry with Vasya and killed him in a fit of anger. No, they simply read it as an energy flash.

Therefore, they, together with the Lemurian priests (and they were very strong channelers and could interact with the Gods on such issues directly), created the SANKARA program, which spelled out rules that would help souls evolve, learn cause-and-effect relationships and distinguish constructive from destructive . And every soul incarnating on Earth accepted these rules.

But in the era of Lemuria we lived much longer (living 1000 years was considered the norm), that is, at the initial stage the soul could commit “bad” actions, but then, according to the laws of SANKARA, the situations that taught it were returned to it, showing the cause-and-effect relationships of the actions committed. And the soul became wiser with age, could work off its karmic debts, and then live a blissful life, and after that it was its choice: to stay and experience further in the physical world, or to move to other dimensions. That is, previously the process of evolution and formation of the soul could take 1-2 incarnations. However, we now live on average 70 years. Remember, old people on their deathbeds often say that now they are wiser and would live their lives differently if they had such an opportunity. But the body dies, and no one has canceled the SANKARA program, all thoughts and actions are recorded by it, and then the soul has to work it out. But here we are incarnated into a new body... and we forget about everything, and the past wisdom is gone. And say hello to the Wheel of Samsara! Now souls can no longer just leave this circle of reincarnations, having incarnated here hundreds and thousands of times.

What can I do to work off my karma faster?

First, express your intention to God/Universe/Higher Powers that you are ready for accelerated evolution and working out karma. Yes, situations will come your way, and not always good ones, but this is necessary for the spiritual evolution of the soul.

Secondly, everything is an energy exchange and everything counts – your every action and even thought. That is, be aware and consciously choose the path of constructivism and goodness. If you are preparing food for your relatives, prepare it with love and the intention that through this you bring good energies to the world. When you give alms, do it with the intention that by doing so you are helping that soul. That is, your every action should turn into conscious steps on the Path of spiritual evolution.

Karma - what is it? A mysterious entity that mercilessly decides our destinies? Or a cosmic force that gives everyone what they deserve? Let's find out more about this interesting phenomenon.

Have you ever asked yourself why some people are born healthy and happy, they are lucky in life, they are surrounded by loving and friendly people. And others have physical disabilities, their lives are full of difficulties and failures, they suffer from loneliness and suffer defeats. Could this be a consequence of actions that were committed by a person in the distant past or even in his previous incarnations?

The word karma is translated from Sanskrit as “action”. This concept also includes the words, thoughts, feelings and experiences of a person. We can say that any act or thought, even the most insignificant, leads to certain consequences in the future. These consequences may happen tomorrow or in several lives, but they will definitely happen.

Types of karma

Karma can be manifested or unmanifested. Manifested karma is everything that has manifested itself in our destiny at the moment. This is our physical condition, financial situation, place of residence, the people around us. This type of karma is very difficult to change; you often have to endure it all your life, without being able to do anything.

But not all the seeds of karma have been able to germinate in a person’s life at the moment. Many unsolved problems and unlearned lessons await their implementation. In the meantime, they are in our subtle karmic body. This is unmanifested karma.

Fortunately, a person has the ability to change unmanifested karma. But for this it is necessary to reach a very high level of consciousness, when we can realize and analyze our actions and correct mistakes. No healer or spiritual teacher can rid you of negative karma. This can only be done by the soul that created karma.

Why does a person need karma?

Every person comes into this world to learn and develop. He has a certain life scenario - destiny, as well as many lessons that he must learn in this life. All people have different levels of soul development, but everyone faces one common goal - spiritual evolution.

And the law of karma helps the soul to improve and rise to a new level of spiritual development. Thanks to karma, we can experience various life situations, experience all kinds of feelings and emotions, until we finally realize that we are a divine and immortal part of the Universe.

Is it possible to clear karma?

The soul, in the process of endless reincarnations, accumulates a huge amount of dirt in its karmic shell. These include serious crimes, various misdemeanors, broken promises, and promises that were not returned. Words and actions for which we should be ashamed. All this falls heavily on the shoulders of people in their subsequent incarnations in the form of various diseases and physical disabilities, experiences and mental disorders, material difficulties and obstacles.

A person cannot escape responsibility for what he has done until he realizes that he was wrong. And the best way to realize guilt is to experience the situation in your own “skin.” That is why people experience pain, suffering, suffer defeats and failures, encounter meanness and betrayal, and try to break through the wall of difficulties and obstacles. This continues until the soul finally realizes its mistakes.

In order to correct his karma, a person first of all needs to take the path of spiritual development. He needs to free himself from vices and negative qualities, learn to love and understand others and act for the common good, and not just to serve his own interests.

Only in this case does it become possible. Having revealed the best qualities of his soul and eliminated all weaknesses and vices, a person becomes invulnerable to any evil.

To completely clear karma, you need to actively work on yourself over several lives. This is also facilitated by certain esoteric practices that help lift the veil of secrecy over previous incarnations. Unfortunately, such knowledge is currently not available to most people.

It is also often difficult to distinguish actual practices from quackery. For example, today many “spiritual mentors” offer to quickly clear karma by reading a magic mantra or performing a ritual of burning bad karma. Huge amounts of money are paid for such rituals, but, unfortunately, there is no result.

It is impossible to commit many sins and misdeeds, cause irreparable harm to other people and hope that all this will be forgiven after performing the ritual and reading the prayer.

This requires, first of all, internal change and development of a person, a high level of consciousness, love and compassion for all inhabitants of the planet.

This video will help you learn more about human karma:

To better understand the law of karma, consider the following classification:

Family karma: Every person has a father, mother, brothers, spouse and children. He is connected with all of them by the Law of Karma. We owe them something and they owe us something, depending on how we behaved with them in a past life. Therefore, sometimes we are destined to have crazy people, lepers, tubercular children, parents or brothers, Siamese twins, freaks, drug addicts, alcoholics or epileptics. We may also deserve parents and/or children who mistreat us and abandon us. A husband who cheats and abuses his wife, and vice versa.

Collective: This is the karma that unites different people when they have similar individual karmas. They are united by having experienced an accident, flood, plague, epidemic, etc.

National: This is a punishment that an entire nation experiences, such as an earthquake, civil war, etc.
universal karma: This is the punishment that befalls all humanity as a consequence of their bad deeds. For example, world wars.

Heavy: This is karma for bad deeds done in a past life. If we do not do enough deeds during our lifetime, Karma continues to develop, and we are forced to pay for it with great pain and suffering. Heavy karma cannot be dealt with. Example: AIDS, cancer, epilepsy, etc.

Karma-saya: This is a karmic union that occurs every time a man enters into a sexual or depraved relationship with a woman. In this union, both people share karmas and defects. The couple is united by Karma-saya in the book of Karma. This is an astral, sexual and karmic connection.

Individual: This is the punishment or consequence that every person experiences for his bad deeds committed in this or past life. With this individual karma, some are born blind, some are born orphans, suffer from tuberculosis, cancer, leprosy, epilepsy, with deformed or deformed bodies, conjoined twins, etc. The Wise Solomon speaks about this in his Proverbs: “ Whatever a man sows, that will he also reap «.

- the law of cause and effect. The principle of karma is justice: for pious deeds we will be rewarded, for sinful deeds we will be punished. This is the universal and impartial law of God, which acts on all living beings inhabiting the material world.

New karma(good or bad) is acquired only by souls (jivas) in human bodies, because only living beings in the human body are given consciousness- the totality of mind and reason.

Souls that have received animal or plant bodies do not earn new karma, because by their nature they are devoid of consciousness; on the contrary, these souls work out their karma while in the corresponding bodies. It follows from this that all souls who received a non-human form of life (cats, dogs, pigs, fish, birds, snakes, plants, etc.) in their past incarnations were already in the human body and through their activities earned bad karma, due to than the corresponding bodies received. Someday they will again be given the opportunity to obtain a human body, but this may require millions of years and millions of reincarnations.

The definition of karma, which was formulated above, may seem somehow fabulous and implausible. Still would! After all, it does not fit into the world that we know, or rather, into the traditional knowledge that is taught to everyone. But this does not make the karmic law cease to exist, much less to operate. Understanding two things -

  1. what is karma and how does it work, and
  2. what is the soul and how does it reincarnate,

allows us to understand and explain many life events and situations that are beyond our understanding and which are usually stigmatized "random event", "fate" or "evil rock".

How karma is born

Pure consciousness itself is a soul unrelated to matter (the body shell), but in this case we use this term in the following sense: if a living being is endowed with consciousness (the totality of mind and intelligence), then it is capable of realizing itself and its actions , i.e. act consciously. Therefore, only in the human form of life is it possible to observe laws, follow dharma (one’s duty) or, on the contrary, engage in sinful activities. This is where karma is born - good or bad. Animals do not have consciousness, so they cannot be responsible for their actions, and therefore they do not earn new karma.

So, karma- this is a series of events, the cause of which was the perfect actions of a living being (soul), in all its human forms of incarnation.

Wheel of Karma

The concept of karma does not mean only those consequence events that we experience as a result of our actions. The concept of karma also includes our actions, which were the cause of future events. In other words, while we are born and die in the material world, the bundle "cause-effect" or "action-consequence" – is a closed circuit.

Some actions lead to certain consequences, and under the influence of certain consequences, we commit new actions that give rise to new consequences. And this will happen endlessly as long as we are busy with material activities, do not think about our true nature and do not try to restore the lost connection with God.

The wheel of karma has a close relationship with the wheel of samsara - the cycle of birth and death. The cause of karma is a person’s actions, his material activities. The reason for the reincarnation of the soul, i.e. incarnation in one body or another is also the material activity of the soul in the human body. Therefore we can say that wheel of karma And almost the same thing. If you combine these two concepts, you get one common wheel, in which karma is the cause and samsara is the consequence.

When coming to the concept of reincarnation and karma, it is important to understand that we are not bodies - we are souls that incarnate in a new body and carry with them the consequences of our past actions - karma.

Types of karma

Karma is said to be divided into several types or categories. In Sanskrit its types have the following names:

  • Sanchita – all accumulated karma (good and bad);
  • prarabdha – ripened karma that will be experienced in the near future;
  • kriyamana – karma created by current actions;
  • agama – karma from future (planned) actions.

From the definitions of the types of karma, we can conclude that, on the one hand, prarabdha is an integral part of sanchita karma, on the other, kriyamana and agama karmas stand apart in relation to the first two types, but this is not so. As we said earlier, “cause-effect” is an inextricable link, in this case sanchita and prarabdha are the consequences, Akriyamana and agama- This is the reason, which will later become a consequence. Remember: ripened karma influences our current actions, as a result of which new karma is born.

Sanchita karma

Sanchita translated from Sanskrit it literally means karma collected together. This is the cumulative karma from committed actions accumulated by a living being (individual soul) in all its human incarnations. It is divided into known, unknown And ripe .

  • Known Karma can only be in the current incarnation, i.e. these are the actions that we know about and that can be analyzed.
  • Unknown karma- This avyakta(unmanifest). Those actions and the consequences born from them that the soul committed in all previous human incarnations. We cannot know about this long karmic tail that stretches behind us from millions of previous incarnations, because... When, along with the death of the body, there is also the death of its subtle component - the mind. All we can do is analyze actions and events in this life with our own finite consciousness, which is limited by this body.
  • Ripe Karma- This prarabdha. It can be either known, for example, you did an act in this incarnation and the reaction followed immediately or after a few days, or unknown - the main part of ripened karma that comes from past incarnations.

Sanchita is like an iceberg: most of the iceberg is hidden under water - this is unknown karma from past incarnations; The part that is above the water is ripened karma, prarabdha.

Prarabdha karma

Prarabdha– this is the ripened part of sanchita, the fruits of which have come to be reaped. In other words, this is the ripened karma that must be experienced by a living being in the current incarnation. No living being experiences the consequences of all its actions at the same time. Only that part of sanchita karma, which has already matured, at one fine moment comes into action in the form of predetermined events.

Bad and good news: prarabdha karma is almost impossible to avoid or change; one must go through it in order to pay debts for actions committed (bad news) or, on the contrary, to receive a reward (good news). But we will talk about this in the next article, “Karma and Fate.”

It is prarabdha karma that we see in our own horoscope; it is represented by the position of the planets at the moment of birth.

Kriyamana karma

Kriyamana– these are the consequences that are formed by a person’s current actions. In other words, kriyamana is the cause (our current actions) that every day forms sanchita - the effect.

Under the influence of sanchita karma and its ripened part - prarabdha, people are like puppets, controlled by the invisible threads of the consequences caused by the past deeds of a living being in human forms of life.

The definition of kriyaman karma allows us to conclude that this is precisely human free will. Our ability to consciously choose and create at every moment of the present time allows us to perform new actions that form our future karma-consequence (sanchita).

Of course, under the influence of prarabdha, which influences us, we commit new actions. But does this mean that we continue to remain puppets? No, it's all about the level of our consciousness. If we commit conscious actions, clearly understanding what consequences are in store for us for them, then we use free will. If we don’t care about everything that happens to us, then we live an unconscious life, which means, under the influence of the consequences of our actions, we commit new, same or even worse actions, plunging ourselves into an ever-increasing abyss of ignorance.

Agama karma

Agama– this is possible karma that can be formed from actions planned in the future. It reflects a person’s ability to live consciously, namely to plan his actions and anticipate the consequences of them. Agama is a kind of virtual part of karma that arises along with a person’s thoughts and plans and does not depend on whether the individual will implement them in reality or not.

If you have planned your actions and started working on implementing the plan, then the first is agama, and the second is kriyamana.

Karma and the Archer

So there is a predetermined karma-consequenceSanchita and its component ripened part prarabdha . And there is karma, which a person forms every day through his conscious or, on the contrary, unconscious actions - karma-causekriyamana And agama .

The Vedas are replete with examples and historical facts that allow us to better understand certain processes and patterns. So in the case of karma, the Vedas give an example-analogy with an archer, which clearly allows us to understand the mechanism of action of karma.

The archer takes an arrow and shoots it from his bow. The quiver of arrows behind the archer's back is all accumulatedSanchita , namely her unmanifest Part - avyakta , which is just about to come true in the future. Each arrow that the archer took represents both the living being himself, embodied in a certain body according to his karma, and the action of the living being in a certain direction. An archer cannot return a fired arrow. A fired arrow is prarabdha , the result of which he will definitely receive. The arrow he is about to shoot is kriyamana .

Look at your life: how many troubles (even if short) have already happened in it. Enemies appeared, loved ones or friends disappeared, money flowed away without promising to return, and so on. Remember all your frustrations and sorrows. Where did they come from? Have you thought about it? The sages say that this is karma. Surely you have already heard such a categorical statement. What is karma that explains any misfortune? Interesting?

Where did the “word” and concept come from?

You cannot understand what karma is until you decide on a worldview system,
who created it. And ancient Indian philosophy gave this concept to the world. This school considered the existence of the planet and everything on it as a single whole. That is, in a sense, any creature is the whole world and vice versa. Now this idea is present in the systems of many esoteric movements. It forms the basis of their worldview. Everyone is connected to the larger Universe. There is nothing that does not interact at the field level.

Only the ancient Indian sages were not yet familiar with energy in the sense that we now mean by this concept. They believed that the actions, thoughts, and intentions of an individual are summed up, superimposed, counted and do not disappear anywhere. They give rise to consequences that the person receives in the next incarnation. When asked what the law of karma is, they answered very simply. We have a saying, analogues of which exist among all nations: “what you sow, so shall you reap.” It is simply impossible to convey the meaning of the reasoning of the ancient Indian sages more accurately and concisely. Any subject receives exactly what he was able to generate earlier. This applies not only to individuals, but also to small and large communities educated by people.

Different types of karma

If we put aside the ancient Indian treatises and think within the framework of modernity, then we should be based on energy-informational structures and fields. In this sense, it is easier to define what karma is. There is such a thing as the Akashic Chronicles. It is believed that this is a kind of “information bank” in which the past, present and future are recorded. Approximately like a gene that regulates the development of cells and entire organisms.

If we use this concept, it turns out that karma represents responsibility for what was done by the soul (the field component of the personality) earlier. She created problems, built knots in the past, the time has come to “untie” them. However, not only the individual has a field structure, but also the family, clan, community of people, and so on. Each of the large and small human associations has its own egregor. It is a collection of fields of people that form a community. In the Akashic chronicles, “its own protocol” is created for it. That is, karma exists not only for the individual, but also for the community (any). For example, a person often has to answer not only for his own sins, but also for those committed by members of his family; even nations need to cope with the wrong trends of the past that influenced the course of history.

What is human karma

It is probably difficult for an ordinary person to operate with the concepts that philosophers use to explain this issue. That is why people still have not figured out what karma is. Let's describe in simple language the main meaning of the phenomenon. Let's take education for example. Children go to school and acquire a certain set of knowledge there. It is fixed, that is, the same for everyone. Only some teachers listen and complete assignments, others prefer to have their head in the clouds. On the test, who scored higher? This is clear to everyone.

Now let's bring this example to life. The Lord (the Universe, the Higher Powers, and so on, depending on the value system) constantly sets tasks for us. The purpose of this is to give knowledge, understanding. Some “listen” to them carefully, reason with concentration, and draw conclusions. Others shrug it off. Still others prefer to fall into “great lamentation” for any reason. A person’s reaction to the “God’s tasks” builds his karma. If you do everything thoughtfully, attentively, conscientiously, then the lesson went well. If you think that it is not worth your efforts, then you will receive the “task” again, perhaps in a more serious version. And when you panic, feel sorry for yourself, your loved one, you will get a “deuce”. Any thought, emotion, especially any action on a “task” is recorded, analyzed comprehensively and evaluated.

It turns out that the question “what is human karma” can be answered: character education. Judge for yourself: if any “task” is tossed at you until you complete it, then what is it? It’s clear: the hard road of correcting mistakes in order to form the “correct” worldview. This is the path to understanding divine love for the world.

Person's karma by date of birth

It is believed that we come into this world for a reason. Everything is important: the personalities of the parents, the social and financial situation of the family, the date of birth. This is explained by the law of karma. This means that we come to the generation that will most contribute to solving the problems that we created in past incarnations. The family, for example, will “educate” us through relationships. What parents lay down will, in any case, influence the rest of their lives. In addition, there is an astrological aspect to this issue. It is known that using the stars one can more or less correctly calculate the main events that a person will encounter. In principle, the reliability of astrologers' conclusions is quite high (general horoscopes are not meant).

This information contains both positive and negative aspects. It turns out that a person’s karma by date of birth is determined by special methods (one of them is astrology). The only thing that causes irritation and criticism from “non-believers” is the vagueness of the information. That is, you can understand that in this incarnation you will have to resolve the issue of relationships or self-realization. And a person will have to disassemble and comprehend the nuances on his own.

Is it possible to work with karma?

Anyone who begins to understand the issue and become familiar with the concepts often becomes despondent. Well, how can you clear a person’s karma if everything is written down in some unknown “chronicles” (or somewhere else, depending on the chosen system of concepts)? Do not cut down, as they say, with an ax, do not burn out with fire. It’s time to hang yourself, not to enjoy life, this is what astrologers or other “researchers” sometimes say. You shouldn't react like that. Since you are faced with “grand tasks,” it means you have enough strength. Sometimes people just don’t realize them.

In fact, karma is what the spirit chose for itself. And to a certain extent we do not associate ourselves with him. The reason here is in upbringing. Not in what is given by parents, but in general. After all, humanity, at certain periods of its development, creates standard images that are perceived by each individual. At the moment (the last few centuries) thoughts about “little people” are being introduced. That is, every person is weak-willed and dependent. Where can we get the strength to solve the “grand tasks” that the soul itself sets for itself? This, by the way, is an element of universal human karma. Everyone is obliged to pass this test and realize themselves as a free person equal to God. Some people realize this and try to cope, others leave it “for later” without even starting to solve it.

How to work with karma

This is perhaps the most discussed issue in certain circles at the moment. In fact, its correct decision will open the way to building a different civilization. If a general recipe is developed for how to correct a person’s karma, then this will mean the creation of a different personality, almost divine. You see, the whole point of this phenomenon is to regulate the development of the soul. That is, thoughts (actions, intentions) are “ruled” by the mechanism of comparison with a certain standard. Once you understand how it works, the process itself will become completely unnecessary. This is probably why the topic “Human Karma and the Path to Liberation” is thorny and confusing. Nevertheless, some fog is cleared through experience and mistakes.

The first thing you need to know is how to recognize a person’s karma. A rather serious tool for this is astrology, as already mentioned. But she's not the only one. There are many techniques that provide the opportunity to work on this problem. For example, lucid dreams, hypnosis sessions. They all have an equal chance of getting the results correct. There is only one criterion: changing life circumstances in a positive direction. It is not so important to know exactly why we are given the disease, but how to effectively and quickly get rid of it is what we want in the first place.

View from the outside

Most often, a person wondering how to change a person’s karma has something completely different in mind. I would like to get rid of those “problems” that are caused by its existence. Do you understand the difference between solving problems and freeing yourself from unfavorable circumstances?

For example, imagine a person who has a congenital heart defect that is karmically determined. Doctors can't help. We need to look for another way. He understands that he is within the law of karma. Looking for ways to cleanse. So, success depends on the approach. If he starts rummaging through the “history” of his incarnation, trying to find and correct a mistake, he may not live to see the happy ending. And if you accept and “process” the problem with your soul, then you can expect “the next miracle,” of which there are many happening on the planet.

The purification of a person's karma depends on the ability to take full responsibility for its existence. Do not shift it to other forces (God, the Universe, laws, and so on). It is recommended to stop, distract yourself and “look from the outside” at what is happening. And then realize that we created all this ourselves! Moreover, when coming up with a problem, they already included a solution to it. They just forgot. Now you should remember or find it again. With this approach, the question “is it possible to change a person’s karma” will seem frivolous and childish.

Laughter is a gift from God

Do you know what our common problem is, at least in connection with the awareness of the existence of karma? In fear. When we start thinking about its mechanisms, delving into theories, we get scared. And this, don’t be surprised, is a karmic sin, which further increases the burden of her pressure. Partially provided knowledge, that is, bare facts, without explanation, leads to problem escalation rather than resolution.

But ancient Indian philosophers warned about this. They talked about karma holistically. That is, they not only examined its mechanism, but also talked about the possibilities of working with it. And the first thing they believed needed to be done was to believe in the Higher Powers! Once a task is given, then methods for overcoming it are attached to it. There is no other option. But we see in karma only “trouble”, “problem” or something else equally negative. But in fact, this is a kind of game, like in childhood.

For a two-year-old child, for example, a Lego constructor may also seem like karma until he learns to handle it. Why is it that, although we were able to enjoy the unknown in childhood, we lose this ability when we grow up? Remember how fun and joyful any challenge was! Now they have simply become more complex due to the fact that the personality has increased its scale. But the meaning remains the same. The Lord gave us a tool that helps in any situation. Namely, a sense of humor. This is literally a magic wand for working with karma.

Example

There are few people in the world who have not had to face betrayal to one degree or another. Relationships are the most important element in the development of the soul. Therefore, almost everyone has problems in this regard. Think about it, is it really necessary to know in what life and in what century you offended your partner in order to correct the situation in this incarnation? Maybe there is an easier way to work with karma?

For example, take a current like simoron. This is a wonderful, super emotional and positive school. There they come up with rituals, the main “driving” force of which is humor. And, it should be noted, it works great. Let's return to karmic relationships. If you have been betrayed, then look at your opponent from God's point of view. He did what you asked him to do. A karmic knot that was once tied brought this person into your life with a specific task. He did what was necessary for your happiness (although it may not look like it). But betrayal has many consequences.

First, you grow as you learn to deal with your emotions. Secondly, you increase your wisdom when you forgive. Thirdly, you find love when you begin to understand the higher plan of the events that happened. In fact, karmic knots and problems are gifts to a thinking person. With their assistance, he gains strength, confidence and unimaginable, kind wisdom.

Rod and his karma

It is believed that in our time events are accelerating. That is, if previously the descendants were responsible for the sins of their parents, they even said that up to the seventh generation, now everything is moving at an accelerated pace. Having tied a knot, we solve it in this life, without leaving it to those who come after us. Nevertheless, it is necessary to know what ancestral karma is in order to understand the issue thoroughly. The fact is that we are born into a family whose members have tasks similar to ours. That is, the topic of a person’s karma is connected with that of relatives.

For example, we can consider a family in which women lose their husbands. One had complaints against men, so they left her. She has a daughter who previously hated the stronger sex. Naturally, the sons of Adam sense this and run away from her “faster than a doe.” But one did not make it, and she gives birth to a daughter, who in a past life considered herself a “goddess.” In this incarnation she will be “treated” with humiliation and loneliness. In general, each woman in the chain has different problems, but similar in meaning. This is how ancestral karma turned out. A person comes to solve a problem that their ancestors could not cope with. In this example, it is a negative relationship between the sexes.

Karma of humanity

Let's also look at an example. Let's take something close to us - Ukraine. A huge people are suffering for no apparent objective reason. What's the matter? After all, the situation has led to such hatred that people are dying. The people also have a common karma. It's not necessary for everyone. Only for those who associate themselves with this population group. Some argue that Ukrainians at a certain time began to consider themselves an exceptional nation. It is a sin. Some passionately defended this topic, others silently agreed, and others did not resist. But the same problem came to everyone.

In principle, it is quite clear that this concerns not only Ukrainians. This is approximately what happens to every nation. Only there are mature communities that independently cope with such troublemakers, others succumb to their influence, thereby aggravating karma. Wars don't just happen. Historical reasons are a one-sided explanation. There are also karmic ones. If the people reject divine laws and do not realize their task as a whole, then they will have to answer.

By the way, the same applies to all humanity. We can say that his worst problems will begin when the darkness outweighs the light in people. As long as the majority of the population strives for good, there will be no apocalypse, no matter what they say about it. So we came to a completely transparent conclusion: how long and happily the entire planet will develop depends on each person. If you work with your karma, you save this mortal planet from misfortunes.
