The heads of the screws for fastening the rotary block of levels of the US5 type are not painted. 3. Acceptance rules 3.1. The levels must be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer. 3.2. To verify that the levels comply with the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer shall carry out acceptance and periodic tests. 3.3. Acceptance and delivery of levels is carried out in batches. The batch must consist of levels of the same group, of the same type or size, made from the same materials, processed according to the same technological process and simultaneously presented for acceptance according to one document. 3.4. When checking levels for compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 1.2, 2.1 (in terms of compliance with working drawings), 2.7, 2.9, 2.10, 2.12-2.15, a two-stage control is used, for which a sample of levels is made in accordance with Table 6. 3.5. A batch of levels is accepted if the number of defective levels in the first sample is less than or equal to the acceptance number, and rejected without assigning a second sample if the number of defective levels is greater than or equal to the rejection number. If the number of defective levels in the first sample is greater than the acceptance number, but less than the rejection number, a second sample is taken. Table 6 Volume of the batch of levels, pcs. Control stage Volume of one sample, pcs. Volume of two samples, pcs. Acceptance number -1200First5010037Second5089 A batch of levels is accepted if the number of defective levels in two samples is less than or equal to the acceptance number , and reject if the number of defective levels in two samples is greater than or equal to the rejection number. 3.6. When checking the levels for compliance with the requirements of clauses 2.4 and 2.2, periodic tests should be carried out at least once a year, for which 3% of the levels from the batch are selected, but not less than 5 levels that have passed acceptance tests. If, when checking the selected levels, at least one level does not meet the requirements of paragraphs 2.4 or 2.8, repeated tests should be carried out with twice the number of levels selected from the same lot. The results of the level recheck are final. 4. Control methods 4.1. The dimensions of the levels must be checked using a metal ruler with a division value of 1 mm in accordance with GOST 427 or a vernier caliper with a division value of 0.05 or 0.1 mm in accordance with GOST 166. 4.2.
