Prayer to our reverend and God-bearing father Silouan of Athos

O reverend and God-bearing Father Silouan, who loved Christ incomprehensibly to you more than any other good and all other beauty, and seeking Him with great weeping in your life, now rejoicing with the Heavenly Forces, insatiably saturated with His inexpressible kindness, we pray thee, most blessed Look from heaven to us, unworthy ones, lovingly creating your holy memory, and come and stand among us, and be yourself the head of this celebration of ours. Siluanians, even in this life, enjoying the Holy Spirit, even in His inscrutable coming to give you to know and know Christ God, and become like Him in love for man, we pray, remember us, your children, who are in distress and sorrow: sick on earth in prayers for the world, now painlessly standing before the throne of the Lord of Glory, ask the world for peace, the Orthodox Church affirmation, as a priest - intercession, for the faint-hearted - trembling, for the darkened - enlightenment, for the desperate - shameless hope, for the grieving - consolation, for the dying - good parting words and for the departed - joy and rest in God.
Hey, our father Siluana, hear us, who are in distress in this world, drowned by passions by a storm, and die our life, take away from us all enmity and hostility, protect us with your intercession from all slander of the enemy, teach us love, mercy and unanimity, yes all Accordingly we glorify the Creator, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and forever and ever. Amen.

Ina prayer to the Reverend
(I read pretty well in his Abode)

Reverend Father Silouan, a source of tears, flowing into life, you still on earth learned from the Holy Spirit the mercy of Christ, which you have inalienably and completely in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Remember, therefore, your promise to pray for all the grieving race of mankind. If those who live before the Face of the Living God cannot think of earthly things, listen to our sighing at this hour, and implore the merciful Lord, may the Spirit of the Comforter come to us, perishing, so that we understand that there is love for God, and that there is love for man, and let us be inspired by the power of this love to follow Christ, even if it does.
Hey, Blessed Silouan, your soul is all in love, for this sake we fall down and cry out with tears: give our darkened mind the thought of humility and tenderness, to offend no one, but pray for everyone, as for yourself. Imagine in us the Image of Christ, as if you knew Him by the Holy Spirit, and teach us the way, along which you walked, the path of humble crying, repentance and obedience. You are our father, and we are your children and the sheep of your court, even if we are unworthy. Stay unapproachable with us, instructing us on the Truth of Christ. With the wall of your prayer, protect this Abode and all those who live in it, and establish the gospel commandments on the stone, so that we can be honored to serve immaculately and faithfully to your word and deed. Help us to grow peace and love before the end, and at the hour of death put this prayer into our mouths: “Glory to Thee, Lord, as I am going to Thee outside, and imam forever in peace and love see Thy Face. Your quiet, meek gaze attracts my soul, and it misses you; glory to you with the Father and the Holy Spirit forever and ever. Amen".

Chosen as a prayer book and a fragrant village of the Spirit, / reverend Silouan, / constantly shedding tears on the earth, / you burned with desire that all people be saved / and see the glory of God. / But as if in sickness you have acquired the womb of Christ, / deliver us from the sorrow of sin, / let our mouths be filled with the Spirit to sing to you: / REJOICE, GREAT SILUANE, SUCCESSFUL THEOLOGIST.

Kondak 1

Chosen ascetic and earthly angel of Christ, all-blessed Father Silouan! In the unceasing vigil, fasting and humility of the fathers of Athos, a great imitator, thirsting for God and burning love for Him, you acquired the grace of your abundant soul, all-blessed. Imitating Christ, for those languishing in hell, the living and the future, you were crucified with a tearful prayer. Do not deprive us of your love of yours, in the sinful vale of your intercession before God, asking and tenderly calling:

Rejoice, Father Silouan, in prayer for the world, the burning of love is unquenchable.

Prayer

O marvelous servant of God, Father Silouan! By the grace given to you from God - pray tearfully for the whole universe - the dead, the living and the future - do not be silent for us to the Lord, who zealously fall to you and tenderly ask for your intercession. Move, oh, all-blessed, to prayer the Zealous Intercessor of the Christian race, the Most Blessed Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, miraculously calling you to be a faithful worker in Her earthly garden, even the chosen one of God for our sins, be merciful and long-suffering to be God, in a hedgehog do not remember iniquities and iniquities ours, but, according to the inexpressible goodness of our Lord Jesus Christ, have compassion and save us according to His great mercy.

She, the servant of God, with the Most Blessed Lady of the World - the Most Holy Abbess of Athos and the holy ascetics of Her earthly lot, ask the saints for the Most Holy Word of the Holy Mount Athos and her God-loving desert-dweller from all the troubles and slander of the enemy in the world will be preserved. Yes, we deliver the Angels from evils with the saints and strengthen them with the Holy Spirit in faith and brotherly love, until the end of the age about the Ones, Saints, Cathedrals and Apostles of the Church, they pray and show everyone the way of salvation, yes the Church on Earth and Heaven unceasingly glorifies the Creator and Father of Lights, enlightening and sanctifying peace in the eternal truth and goodness of God.

For the peoples of the whole earth, ask for prosperity and peaceful life, the spirit of humility and brotherly love, kindness and salvation, the spirit of the fear of God. Let not malice and lawlessness harden human hearts, which can destroy the love of God in men and overthrow them into godly enmity and fratricide, but in the power of Divine love and truth, as in Heaven and on earth, may the name of God be hallowed, may His holy will be done in men and may peace and the kingdom of God reign on earth.

So also for your earthly Fatherland - ask for the land of Russia, servant of God, longed-for peace and heavenly blessing, in a hedgehog, covered by the all-powerful omophorion of the Mother of God, get rid of him from gladness, destruction, coward, fire, sword, invasion of foreigners and internecine warfare and from all enemies visible and invisible, and thus the most holy house of the Most Blessed Mother of God until the end of the age, he will remain the Life-Giving Cross by the power and in the love of God, unfailingly affirm.

But for all of us, plunging into the darkness of sins and repentance of warmth, below the fear of God, and who endlessly loves us, the Lord who constantly offends us, ask, oh, all-blessed, from our All-Generous God, that with His Almighty divine grace He will visit and revive our souls, and every may the malice and pride of life, despondency and negligence in our hearts be abolished.

We also pray for the hedgehog and us, strengthened by the grace of the All-Holy Spirit and warmed by the love of God, in philanthropy and brotherly love, humility and prayerful crucification for each other and for all, to be established in the truth of God and in the grace-filled love of God to be well strengthened, and son-loving to Him draw near. Yes, so, doing His all-holy will, in all piety and purity of temporal life, we will shamelessly pass the path and with all the saints of the Kingdom of Heaven and His Lamb we will be worthy of marriage. To him, from all earthly and heavenly things, may there be glory, honor and worship, with His Beginningless Father, the Most Holy and Good, and His Life-Giving Spirit, now and forever, and forever and ever. Amen.
