If you don’t like to stand at the stove for a long time, and you need to make a lot of rolls, then put the blanks on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Stuffed chicken fillet baked in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken fillets;
  • 4 pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 st. l. olive oil;
  • 1 st. l. Russian mustard;
  • 1 st. l. tomato ketchup (or paste);
  • 1 st. l. honey;
  • salt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the chicken - beat off and spread with salt and pepper.
  2. Cucumbers are cut into thin slices, put them on the fillet and rolled into rolls.
  3. We combine honey, mustard, ketchup and oil. Pour dressing over the workpiece and leave in the refrigerator in a closed container for 10 hours.
  4. We put the rolls in a baking dish and send them to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
