Topics of conferences on teaching children with disabilities. III International Correspondence Scientific and Practical Conference "Comprehensive support for children with disabilities"

On February 6 and 7, the All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation “Comprehensive support for children with disabilities: problems and prospects” took place in Chelyabinsk. The purpose of the conference is to study the experience of leading experts in the field of comprehensive support for children with disabilities in the context of modernizing the education, social protection and healthcare systems in Russia.

Participants discussed modern methods of comprehensive support for children with disabilities and children with disabilities, which are implemented by state authorities and local governments, educational institutions, social protection and healthcare.

One of the lecturers and speakers at the conference was Doctor of Psychology, Professor of the Department of Oligophrenopedagogy and Special Psychology at Moscow State Pedagogical University Lyubov Ivanovna Plaksina, who was at the forefront of opening kindergartens for children with visual impairments in the Russian Federation.

In the city of Snezhinsk, Chelyabinsk region, on the basis of MBDOU No. 25, a visiting section “Topical issues of education of children with disabilities in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education” worked. To the participants of the section Plaksin L.I. presented the author's model of the correctional and developmental environment of preschool educational institutions for children with visual impairments.

As part of an introductory tour of the kindergarten, Lyubov Ivanovna highly appreciated the created conditions for an accessible developmental subject-spatial environment for children with disabilities and the modern technological ophthalmological unit. She proposed specific prospects for further work in this area.

On June 30, 2016, the II M interregional conference “Variable forms of education for students with disabilities in educational organizations: experience, prospects for development and cooperation.”

The conference was organized by regional scientific and methodological center for distance education of disabled children.

Purpose of the Conference: to present effective forms of inclusive education for students with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as DH), including the use of distance learning technologies, and to discuss current issues of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for non-disabled students in educational organizations of the Moscow region and other regions of the Russian Federation.

The conference was moderated by ASOU Vice-Rector L.N. Gorbunova and director of the RCDO ASOU O.A. Savelyeva.

The Conference program included plenary session and work of four sections:

1. Features of psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities in the conditions of inclusive education and using distance learning technologies.

2. Extracurricular activities and additional education in inclusive and distance education for children with disabilities.

3. Implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Education for students with disabilities in the Moscow region: results of implementation and development prospects.

4. Creation of special conditions in an educational organization for children with disabilities to receive education.

During the Conference the following issues were discussed:

Interaction of participants in the educational process on psychological and pedagogical issues in the conditions of inclusive education of students with disabilities and using distance educational technologies;

Possibility of using special technical means and software for organizing classroom and extracurricular activities in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for non-special education for students with disabilities in the Moscow region;

Conditions for organizing an inclusive educational space, including an accessible environment in educational organizations;

Successful experience of socialization of students with disabilities in the context of variable forms of education, including additional education, students with disabilities;

Experience in vocational training for disabled people and persons with disabilities;

The work of centers for psychological and pedagogical support for persons with disabilities within the framework of interdepartmental interaction.

The conference was attended by employees of various divisions of ASOU, management and teaching staff of educational organizations in the Moscow region and a number of regions of Russia that implement inclusive and distance education for students with disabilities and disabilities; support system specialists (tutors, educational psychologists, speech pathologists, speech therapists). The plenary report at the conference was made by Professor of the Department of Correctional Pedagogy and Special Psychology of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Further Professional Education of the Agro-Industrial Complex and PPRO, Professor O.E. Gribova. The total number of conference participants is 263 people.

The conference participants showed great interest in the issues discussed. During the speeches, the need to hold the conference on a regular basis was repeatedly emphasized. When summing up the results of the conference, teachers expressed confidence that the basic techniques and methods of work demonstrated in the sections by those who have experience in distance learning and inclusive education will be useful to everyone who will begin work within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Education on September 1. Teachers and heads of general education, special (correctional) and preschool educational institutions, specialists of methodological services, teachers of universities, institutions of secondary and higher professional education are invited to participate in the conference.

Main dates of the Internet conference:

12/01/2015 - 12/13/2015 – registration of participants in the scientific and practical Internet conference on the website (http://cde. sipkro. ru/teacher) by filling out an electronic form according to the sample;

12/14/2015 -12/16. 2015 – discussion of the presented materials;

12/17/2015 – summing up the results of the Internet conference.

To participate in the Internet conference you must:

Go to the competition’s Internet platform http://cde. sipkro. ru/teacher/ to the “Internet conference” section.

Send the text of a report or speech at the “Free Microphone” to the address of the Center for Distance Education of Children with Disabilities of the State Educational Institution SIPKRO cde@ sipkro. ru. The subject line of the letter states: “Internet conference.” Articles are sent as attached files.

Attention! File names must begin with the last name of the author(s). Preferably Not archive files. If you still use archivers, then please use only the formats zip or rar.

Form of participation in the Internet conference: the conference is held in absentia. Participation in the conference is free. The conference materials will be published on the website of the Center for Distance Education of Disabled Children of the State Educational Institution SIPKRO (http://cde. sipkro. ru/teacher) All conference participants will receive a conference participant certificate.

Requirements for the formatting of materials submitted to the conference: Articles are prepared in the MS Word editor. The use of illustrations and presentations in Power Point format is allowed (and encouraged).
