Internet lesson as a means of preventing drug use

annotation

This article raises the problem of prevention of teenage drug addiction. The Internet lesson of anti-drug orientation is considered as one of the directions of such work with students of a rural school.

Keywords

prevention, addiction, internet lesson.

Anyone who does not know how to say no should be called a slave,” said the French writer, thinker, aphorist Nicolas de Chamfort. I fully agree with his words. In recent years, one of the most acute problems facing our society is the problem of drug addiction. For drugs, there are no national and social boundaries, they can enter any family, regardless of status or level of material well-being. And no matter how hard it is to admit, in Russia today there are many young people who use drugs. Every year drug addiction "rejuvenates", this is evidenced by the increase in the number of adolescents who have become drug addicts. According to psychologists, this evil cannot be dealt with using only administrative methods and medications.

All this necessitates the search for new methods of work to prevent cases of the use of psychoactive substances by children and adolescents, since the traditional forms of work, in which the main place is given to reports, have lost their significance and are ineffective. Involving teenagers in the process of studying the negative effects of drugs on the human body is one of the tasks of educational institutions. Relevant and interesting, in my opinion, is such a form of organizational work as an Internet lesson. The Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation (FSKN), together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, developed recommendations for organizing and conducting an All-Russian Internet lesson and posted them on the official website of the Federal Drug Control Service, as part of

During the lesson, students can get information about all the territorial bodies of drug control of the Russian Federation, as well as contact information: helpline, telephone on duty.

In December 2013, such an anti-drug lesson “I have the right to know!” was held at the Melikhov secondary school. The lesson was attended by students of grades 7-10.

The purpose of the lesson is to form an intolerant attitude towards drug use in the adolescent and youth environment.

To achieve this goal, specific tasks were outlined:

1. introduce students to the anti-drug resources available on the Internet;

2. teach school students how to use them;

3. introduce the official website of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Drug Control;

4. to acquaint with public youth organizations of the Don.

The Internet lesson was held during extracurricular hours. Taking into account the age characteristics of the students, they were divided into two categories: from 12 to 16 and over 16. The methodological materials posted in a special section on the main page of the FSKN website were taken as the basis for the online lesson.

The introductory speech of the social pedagogue reflected not only the urgency of the problem of teenage drug addiction, as evidenced by statistical data, but also revealed negative medical, psychological, social

and moral aspects associated with the use of drugs and psychotropic substances.

At the beginning of the event, students were given the opportunity, under the guidance of a teacher, to go to the official website of the Federal Drug Control Service of Russia and view a specialized section corresponding to the age category of students, in the proposed sequence:

1. Familiarization with the management of the Federal Drug Control Service through an interactive map posted on the website.

2. Familiarization with the territorial agency of drug control, which provides operational services to students living in the Ust-Donetsk region.

3. Familiarization with the Internet resources of the territorial authority, hotlines and the duty station, through which the guys can apply with their questions, including those related to the factors of distribution of drugs. The children's attention was drawn to the "Question - Answer" section, in which each student in the feedback mode can ask a question of interest to him and receive a qualified answer from a specialist.

4. Acquaintance with public organizations and youth movements of the country, leading active anti-drug propaganda. Volunteers of our school told the children about similar organizations in the Rostov region within the framework of the Internet lesson.

5. Dispelling myths among schoolchildren aged 12 to 16 associated with the primary use of drugs.

6. Study by schoolchildren over 16 of the dangerous consequences of the consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

A lot of attention in the lesson was devoted to the consideration of the tactics of refusing drugs offered to adolescents in different situations and by different people. Participants were given the opportunity to work independently with one of the sections of the Internet lesson "Beware of drugs!", in which the attention of students was drawn to useful tips: How to resist the suggestion to try drugs?

After watching the animation block, the students were given handouts and were asked to determine which of the listed ways of refusing to try drugs seemed to them the most convincing and why.

At the end of the Internet lesson, students were asked to watch a short anti-drug film, in which the problems associated with

nye with drug use. After watching the film, the students were asked to express on a piece of paper their attitude to the events that took place in the film, to give their assessment. The students completed this task with ease. The best results were announced by the teacher.

At the end of the event, the schoolchildren were asked to fill out a special questionnaire posted on the website of the Federal Drug Control Service and work independently with the Internet resources that the children got acquainted with during the lesson.

Such forms of work to prevent cases of the use of drugs and psychotropic substances by children and adolescents allow not only to involve them in the process of studying the negative impact of drugs on the human body, but also orient schoolchildren to develop a firm negative position on the proposal to try drugs. The absence of cases of drug use by school students is the result of systematic work on the prevention of drug addiction. From my point of view, it is the ability to say “No to drugs!” that is the main step in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The Internet lesson brought together many specialists working in the field of drug addiction prevention and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. They actively participated in the event and answered questions from the audience, both in the hall and on the Internet.

A kind of record was set for the simultaneous connection of the audience on the Internet - more than 8,000 connections for live viewing. Due to the fact that they watched in groups and in training classes, one can imagine how many people were able to watch the broadcast. But of course there were also failures caused by a large number of simultaneous connections. In this regard, the organizers decided to place a recording of the event on the Internet so that everyone could watch the Internet lesson.

There is little to add to what you have now seen and heard by watching the video. The harm done to mankind by drugs is very terrible. Drug addiction is a disease. Drug addiction is a social degradation of the individual. Drug addiction is a step in the direction of crime.

The harm of drug addiction lies in the fact that when exposed to narcotic poisons on the human body, and in the experiment on the body of animals, all organs and systems are affected without exception. Already the first single dose of a narcotic substance can be fatal or lead to severe consequences, disability. Remember this!

The road to the drug is a one-way road! This is the conclusion many foreign psychologists and sociologists come to when observing the tragic fate of young people caught in a drug trap. Unfortunately, the analysis of each case confirms the truth of such a conclusion, in whatever part of the world the tragedy occurred.

Summarizing (5 minutes).

Consolidation, reflection: What is your attitude to the problem of drug addiction?

What can you do now to prevent drug addiction?

What, in your opinion, is falsely done by the government to reduce the urgency of this problem?

Homework; together with parents to revise the materials of the site, take part in competitions.

Final word: In conclusion of our lesson, I want to tell you that no free and not sick person needs drugs. These are imposed "affections".
In the words of Mark Twain, people have come up with needs for which there is no need. Never, under any circumstances, agree to try a drug. Do not believe if they tell you that once you can, nothing will happen to you. Remember, after trying once, it seems to you that everything is in order and there is no dependence. But some time will pass, when you find yourself in a difficult situation, you will remember how good it was for you at that time, and you will try again, then again. And now you're addicted. Remember, getting addicted is easy, breaking out of the web of addiction is hard! During withdrawal, the drug addict does not care where and in what way he gets the dose, what kind of syringe is in his hands, and this leads to crimes and terrible diseases, including AIDS and hepatitis C. I wish you to be happy, lead a healthy lifestyle and promote it among your family, friends and loved ones.

Thank you for your active participation and attention!

Speeches by invited guests 4. Watching the movie "Safe Territory"

5. A story about the website of the Federal Drug Control Service 6. Conclusion, reflection Course of the lesson Good afternoon guys, guests! Today we are conducting an Internet lesson on the problem of confronting bad habits. There has been a lot of talk lately about drug addiction and its consequences. This problem has become global and finding ways to solve it is quite difficult. You are, I am, he is, And everyone has their own life. And her price is dignity and honor, There is an age of transitional years, No matter how difficult it is. For many, dawn begins, And someone plunges into darkness. You are, I am, he is, Only together we will be able to stop evil And preserve dignity in order to live. Until recently, news of drug addiction reached us only from foreign countries. Now it has come to us and is spreading according to the laws of the epidemic. I would like to talk more about teen drug addiction. Why a person starts using drugs is still open, since the study of this issue began as soon as the problem of drug addiction arose at the state level. At first, this problem was of a narrow regional scale, since only in certain places plants grew, from which it was then possible to make a narcotic drug, and not everyone knew that this drug could be used.

With the growing popularity of drug use, the contingent of drug addicts also expanded, at first they were people of a certain age, mindset, but then the borders and barriers began to fade and even teenagers and children joined the number of drug addicts. It is teenagers who most often become drug addicts, as they are quite gullible, at this age they want to be older, so they do everything to be older. And drugs only reinforce this status. It is very dangerous to use drugs in adolescence, and also very harmful, since an organism that has not grown stronger and has not yet formed is susceptible to the effects of drugs, which can lead to various kinds of disorders. (some statistics) Today in Russia there are about six million drug addicts, and only 500 thousand of them are officially registered. The fact is that only a small part of people who regularly use drugs agree to get registered with a doctor. Meanwhile, narcological clinics can take a load of 50,000 people in 1 year. 20 percent of all drug addicts in our country are schoolchildren. 60% youth aged 16 to 30 years. The remaining 20% are people over thirty. The average age of onset of drug use in our country is 15-17 years. In addition, the number of drug addicts aged 9-13 is increasing every year. There have also been registered cases of drug use by children aged 6-7, most often they are forced into drug addiction by parents with an existing dependence on psychotropic substances. The main sources of drugs in Russia are educational institutions, clubs and discos. 70 percent of young drug addicts admitted that they used drugs for the first time in these places. According to statistics, one drug addict attracts 13 15 people to the use of psychotropic substances.

Over the past few years, the number of deaths due to drug use has increased 12 times. Among children, this figure has increased by 40 times. On average, after the start of taking drugs, the addict lives 3 5 years. In recent years, drug addicts account for 90 percent of all reported cases of HIV. In the vast majority of infections, the cause was the collective use of syringes. 90 percent of all crimes are somehow related to drugs, and especially serious acts, such as murders, robberies, robberies, are committed for the sake of a single dose of an intoxicating substance. In this case, those who have not used psychotropic substances for at least a year are considered cured. Every year, 70,000 drug addicts die in the Russian Federation; last year, 100,000 people died from the effects of drugs. Unfortunately, observing the dynamics of change, it is impossible to come to positive conclusions: the situation with drug addiction is constantly deteriorating, and this process can be stopped only with the help of tough legislative measures, the main of which should be the toughening of criminal liability for the distribution of narcotic drugs. (Recently, the head of the Federal Drug Control Service spoke about introducing a bill) The Federal Drug Control Service has prepared a draft law on the introduction of criminal liability for drug use. Criminal liability for drug use is proposed to be provided for by a new article - 230.1, according to which one can receive up to two years of restriction of liberty for committing a crime. "Until there is a law on the compulsory treatment of drug addicts in Russia at the federal level, the law on criminal punishment will not work."

The main harm that society feels from drug addiction is that the drug addict isolates himself, because he has no interests, he only cares about himself, about getting another dose of drugs. Drugs are inherently a real poison, and the dose of this poison that enters the human body depends on how the drug will affect the human body. Many will have a logical question, what if the dose of drugs is kept small all the time, then they will only stimulate the body and will not harm. But it turns out that the problem is that the human body can adapt, for example, if a person has something that hurts (for example, a tooth), and suddenly if something hurts more, then he forgets about the toothache. It also happens with drugs, at first a small dose of drugs does not really harm the body, and a person feels light, cheerful, but a short period of time passes and this dose is not enough for a person, it needs to be increased. It is then that the harmful effects on the human body of drugs begin. They block the nervous system, have a bad effect on the work of all human organs, etc. But even this problem can be solved. I give the floor to our guests. Now I would like to suggest watching the film "Safe Territory". (discussion of the film) Game activator "Pyramid" - I will choose one of you. He will come to the middle and invite two others to him. Those two will each choose two more players, and so on. Thus, each invitee must invite two more people to his place. The game ends when there is no one left who is still sitting in his place. The guys line up in a "pyramid".

“Look how little time it took you to get everyone out of their seats!” At the same speed, like an epidemic, drug addiction is spreading. Everyone knows what terrible grief drugs bring. But why are there more and more drug addicts? The purpose of our today's event is not only to learn more about drugs, but also to get acquainted with anti-drug Internet resources. Today in the lesson, I suggest you familiarize yourself with one of the main sites of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation, which has the address www.fskn.ru. Much of what you learn on the pages of the section and on the site itself can be very useful to you in later life. The information you will find will be not only useful, but also interesting for you. On the main page of the site there is a specialized section (banner), which contains anti-drug materials for students, taking into account their age categories: up to 12 years old, from 12 to 16 years old and over 16 years old. In the section for each age category you will find materials on topics such as the disclosure of negative medical, psychological, social and moral aspects associated with drug addiction, the dissemination of advanced forms and methods of counteracting this asocial phenomenon, and most importantly, the education of a strong rejection of drugs. The section for schoolchildren aged 12 to 16 presents "myths" related to the primary consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as its dangerous consequences.

Also on the site there is a video about drug addiction and various articles that help students to be aware of theoretical issues, as well as to acquire practical skills. The section for schoolchildren over 16 contains information on the dangerous consequences of the consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as the degree of responsibility of citizens provided for by regulatory legal acts, analytical materials and thematic journalism. The topics presented in the last two sections are united by a common concept - never try drugs. In the "Question and Answer" section, you can always ask a question that interests you and get a qualified answer to it. (showing all these headings) Concluding the lesson, I suggest you fill out the questionnaire for today's participant in the Internet lesson. Nature has created everything to make a person happy. Trees, bright sun, clean water, fertile soil. And us, people - strong, beautiful, healthy, reasonable. A person is born for happiness, and it seems that there is no place in his soul for an evil spirit and base vice. We were born to live, Maybe we should not destroy the planet? There is more than "yes" and a better answer, Let's say, guys, drugs "no"! Well, in conclusion, let's conduct a reflection: (before the start of the lesson, the students took the color corresponding to their mood) “yellow” - I don’t know why I came (complete indifference) “green” - I’m interested in learning a lot of new things (good mood)

"blue" - they said, and came (negative mood) 1. Has your mood changed after the lesson? 2. What new did you learn in the lesson? 3. What else would you like to know? Thank you for your attention!
