List of things needed for a successful trip. What you need to take with you to the sea - a list of clothes, medicines and cosmetics

Instruction

Difficulty level:Easy

What you will need: A suitcase or large bag Your belongings

1 step No matter how you look in the photo, you shouldn’t forget your documents) In general, it would be nice to develop the habit of making a list on a piece of paper a week before the start of the long-awaited trip, in which, during the time remaining before the training camp, you will write down those items that don’t immediately come to mind, but then it turns out that it would be nice to take them with you. The fact is that if you do not write them down, you will definitely forget. A small lyrical digression has come to an end, now I bring to your attention my list of items that you need to take.

1. DOCUMENTS.

BUT). Passport.

B). International passport.

AT). Rights (if traveling by car).

G). Vouchers.

D). Tickets for transport (airplane, train, bus…).

Be sure to put all the documents in one place, in a bag that will always be with you, so that you do not have to climb through the suitcases and guess which one will be needed.

MONEY it is useful to put them into bags in small parts, leaving with them the minimum amount that you may still need at the airport and upon arrival. In this way, you will reduce the risk that one of the thieves will profit well from your journey. If this happens, then the rogue may not be able to take all the money, which, of course, should please you.

2 step MEDICINES. A very important point. Experienced travelers unanimously assure that medicines should make up almost half of all luggage, and they are right, in foreign lands one must be prepared for the fact that the body may react strangely to a new environment and exotic products, in particular.

BUT). From poisoning and diarrhea (activated carbon, "Filtrum", "Smecta" must be present)

B). From motion sickness in transport, if there is such a problem (I advise a medicine called “Dramina”, it helps)

AT). From temperature and viruses (“Coldrex”, “Arbidol” and other similar medicines can be very useful, especially if you do not plan to get sick there)

G). Painkillers (“Citramon”, “Analgin”, your own option is possible)

D). Be sure to in case of injury - bandages, cotton wool, brilliant green, hydrogen peroxide, plaster.

E). Perhaps you have some specific diseases with no less specific and exotic medicines, be sure to put them on the list so that you don’t forget when collecting. Do not be too lazy to go to the pharmacy in advance and buy everything you need.

3 step Better more, but better) CLOTHES - well, without it, you know, nowhere.

BUT). Swimsuit or swimming trunks - preferably at least 2 sets so that you have time to dry out while you splash into the sea with breaks for food and other entertainment (if you went to the sea).

B). Priority clothing (t-shirts, dresses, shorts, trousers, skirts, etc. - for hot countries and insulated clothes for cold ones. And be sure to put your things that you don’t want to part with on your trip on your list, preferably in exactly the same words as you name (for example, “that cool silver top” or “those funny pants”))) to accurately identify them when you put them in your suitcase and not confuse them with anything)

AT). Clothes for every occasion. For example, a warm sweater if you are going to a warm place in the heat of the day. It will take a little space, but in which case it will turn out to be the best friend to whom you will be grateful until the end of your days.

G). Underwear and socks. Yes, more, more! e). Sometimes a bathrobe, pajamas, etc. will not hurt. Well, it's up to you. Sportswear may also come in handy.

E). Shoes (slates, sneakers, slippers, boots, sandals (underline as appropriate), in a word, everything that seems superfluous, but in fact turns out to be necessary). g). Hats (hats, caps, scarves, panamas).

4 step Don't forget the kids too. TECHNICS

BUT). Camera, video camera.

B). Additions to them (memory cards, film, batteries, cassettes, chargers (and separately for batteries, too, if any).

AT). Phone and charger for it.

5 step Here they will definitely come in handy DIFFERENT NECESSARY THINGS.

BUT). Hygiene products (toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton pads and sticks, razors, feminine hygiene products, deodorants, etc.).

B). If you are a girl - decorative cosmetics, perfume, makeup remover, etc.

AT). Shampoos, shower gel, etc., towels. If the hotel is good, then not necessarily, although I prefer to use my own. G). Means for sunburn and after it, if you are going to sunbathe (write down the full list in your list).

D). A soft teddy bear, if needed))).

Well, that's all, good luck with your travels, good rest and unforgettable impressions. Tips & Warnings: You can print out the manual and use it freely when purchasing the necessary items. Choose suitcases and bags that are sized to have enough space not only for your belongings, but also for souvenirs that you will take back.

Choice of suitcase:

When planning a trip, think about the method of transporting your luggage in advance to insure yourself against the case when, a few minutes before departure, you have to convulsively push your weighty net into bags from supermarkets. For some, the task of choosing the right means of carrying things is as difficult as buying a power drill for the daughter of a diplomat. However, there are a few basic rules. Consider the nature of the trip, its duration, volume and weight of things, luggage storage conditions. If your trip is long and requires keeping things safe and sound, you will rightly choose a suitcase. Let's start with size and capacity. Here we are interested in height-width and volume in liters. Small ones (up to 50 cm or 21 inches in height) are classified as hand luggage and are only suitable for walking, or if where you are going has everything you need. Medium suitcases include specimens up to 65 cm (25 inches) in height. A tall suitcase is 72 cm or 28 inches. Meanwhile, each suitcase has its own width and, accordingly, volume. The latter is very convenient to be guided by when the problem of placing a suitcase under a chair or in the trunk does not bother you.

A suitcase up to 30 liters is suitable for a business trip or traveling alone. As a rule, the luggage of two adults fits in 50-80 liters, but for a family with children it is better to prefer 100-liter models. Suitcases are hard and soft. Made of plastic, leather or fabric. A rigid and solid suitcase will avoid wrinkled items and store fragile items. Remember that plastic is afraid of scratches and bumps (the exception is a polypropylene suitcase with titanium chips - even a belt grinder is not afraid of it).

The suitcase with metal shavings is especially durable. Leather does not tolerate rough handling, and the fabric is susceptible to dirt and often leaks moisture. An important factor is the weight of the suitcase. Leather, plastic, fabric - descending gradation. The wheels of the suitcase should be large - they are comfortable and maneuverable.

It is better to prefer silicone to plastic ones - they do not wear out and do not make noise. Choose the type of fastener based on how far your luggage will be from the zone of visibility and control. On the train, you can limit yourself to a zipper. Wide and proven. The participation of extraneous hands - loaders, airport workers or luggage storage involves the choice of a suitcase with a lock. Coded or locked with a key. Well, do not forget to pay attention to the pleasant little things in the configuration of the suitcase - hangers for clothes, compartments for phones, compartments for cosmetics and perfumes.

Choice of clothes:

Do you have a long road ahead of you because you are going on vacation?

Maybe you are waiting for a vacation at the sea, or maybe you are attracted by the vast expanses of Siberia or the beauty of the Karelian lakes?
But wherever you plan to go, you have to go quite a long way, called the road. I have no experience of long journeys by car or plane. The maximum such trips were limited to one day. But on the train I happened to travel for a day, two or more. Therefore, this article is more focused on traveling by train. The choice of clothes for the road depends on which way you choose to get to the place of rest. The farther it is from you, the longer the journey ahead of you. This must be taken into account. As well as the fact that in any case, clothes on the road should be as comfortable as possible. Ideally, on the road, wear what you will later wear on vacation, so as not to take extra weight of luggage. For example, if you are going to the sea, then shorts will be a great option - without them, I personally can’t imagine a beach holiday, but take something specifically to wear on the road, and then don’t get out of it for the whole vacation at sea. Bags don't make sense to me.

I will say right away that the article is primarily my personal experience. And since we travel, by and large, only on vacation, and we mainly spend our holidays on the seashore, then the information will be mostly about what is most convenient to wear on the way to the sea. But this does not mean that when traveling on other routes, choosing clothes for the road is less difficult. Temperature difference and choice of clothes on the road One of the most important factors that influence the choice of clothes on the road is the temperature difference between where you are leaving and where you are going to rest. It's easiest when traveling.
You go in the summer and you can go in the same clothes that you get on the train. But even if this is the case, and you are going on vacation in a train, in a carriage, most often the temperature is higher than on the street and much more stuffy. Just like in a car. Therefore, it is wise to put on, first, comfortable clothes in which you are going to the station, and on the train, change into something very light - shorts, breeches with a T-shirt or a light sundress. It is desirable to choose clothes such that it does not wrinkle and well removes moisture from the body. At the same time, it should be comfortable to sleep in. Therefore, in my opinion, the option with shorts or breeches is preferable. You will then wear the same shorts on vacation. As well as T-shirts - T-shirts, which, in my opinion, are also indispensable during the holidays. If you prefer to rest in warm regions, far from your native places, it is worth considering that the temperature can vary greatly even in summer. You leave the seashore in light clothes, and upon arrival you are greeted by rain, wind and a temperature of just over 10 degrees Celsius.

After a warm climate on vacation, it is easy to get sick. Therefore, the choice of clothes on the road, especially in the opposite direction, needs to be approached more carefully. And, based on my experience, I advise you to put warm clothes at the top of your luggage - a windbreaker, a sweatshirt or a long-sleeved shirt. So that in the event of a sharp temperature drop, you are ready for this. For example, in 2008, we left the seashore at the end of June, where the temperature was 26-28 degrees, and returned to our hometown, where upon arrival it turned out to be only +15 and rain. Despite the fact that many go home by taxi, by the time you get from the car to the car, you will have time to catch a cold. Therefore, do not think that warm clothes will be superfluous to you, even if you leave and return in the summer. The weather is too changeable - so you need to be prepared for this. Features of fees if you go on vacation in autumn, spring or winter If you decide to go on vacation in the sun in spring, autumn or even winter, when the weather outside the window is far from the one that awaits you on the seashore, then you need to think about where you will go outerwear in which you will sit on the train, as well as warm shoes. When we went to the sea in November, somehow we didn’t think this moment through and got off the train to Sochi, carrying jackets, boots and so on in our hands. Not taking into account the fact that there were 2 bags with things. We were well received right at the carriage, otherwise we would have had a hard time. Therefore, decide in advance where you will put the clothes in which you will get to the train. The easiest way in this case is to provide a folding large bag. Like those in which "shuttle traders" trading in the market carry their goods. When folded, it takes up little space, and when unfolded, it holds a lot of things. If desired, it will be possible to take away souvenirs that are always sold in resort towns and villages. Footwear for the road Footwear for the road is also chosen depending on what you are going to have a rest on. Best of all, in my opinion, if you go to the sea by car or fly by plane, sneakers will do.
If you decide to get to the sea by train, a great solution is slates or flip flops. Flip flops on the train are preferable because they are much easier to take off and put on again. And on the train, you have to do this quite often, especially if you have an upper shelf. The first time we went to the sea, I did not think about what I would wear on the train. I had a top shelf. I used sneakers as shoes, and I wanted to buy slates on the spot when we arrive at the sea. It seemed that it was difficult to put them on, because I won’t tie the laces every time, I’ll just relax them to the maximum and tie them in a bow. But it was not there. Every time, going down from the top shelf, I first had to get up barefoot on the floor, then put on my shoes. It was problematic to do this while standing in a rocking car, I had to sit on someone else's lower shelf. It was very uncomfortable. How pleased I was on the way back, when I walked around the car in shales. And I realized that the right shoes for traveling are very important. Don't overlook footwear for children if you are traveling with toddlers. Children can easily rub their feet if they are shod without socks. Therefore, this should not be neglected. Choose socks that are not too easily soiled, because if the child forgets to put on shoes and runs barefoot, you were not excruciatingly hurt for spoiled snow-white things. It probably makes no sense to write that it is better for a child to choose the simplest socks, without adding synthetics, so that the legs can breathe. They may not be so beautiful, but they are much more pleasant to the body and the baby will be more comfortable in them. Open sandals or sandals with a closed toe will be optimal as shoes for the road. In more closed shoes, the feet will be too stuffy. Slates on the road for children are not the best option, because there is a high probability of stumble and injure fingers. What to wear when you arrive It will be great if you change into something more showy when you arrive. After all, this is the day you arrive. It would be nice to take a picture at the station as a keepsake! I myself love to take pictures very much and I start my visit with pleasure from this. I have photos from almost every station on the day of arrival. Looks great, despite the fatigue - I'm so happy and cheerful. After all, we finally came to rest on the sea. The road is behind, and there are many sunny days ahead. Later, on long winter evenings, beautiful photos from the sea will delight you, reminding you of those wonderful days that your vacation gave you. Might be worth a little dressing up! Yes, and to appear on the threshold of a hotel, boarding house or rest home in the clothes in which you walked without taking off for a long time is not very beautiful. In 2009, we went to the sea in a train. It was July. By the evening of the first day, the temperature in the car exceeded any allowable limits. By the end of the second day in the car, even at night, the temperature did not drop below 34 degrees.

It is clear that everyone was sweating. T-shirts just stuck to the back. I can’t imagine that in the same clothes I will have to go to a hotel or a boarding house. I don’t know about you, but personally in this case I will feel constrained and uncomfortable. It is much more pleasant if, despite the long journey, you look fresh and beautiful. Therefore, consider what you want to wear upon arrival and put these clothes (and sometimes shoes) on top of everything. Also, when you pack a suitcase or bag, please note that at the top of the bag or suitcase must be the clothes and shoes that you change into on the road. A little advice on how it is more convenient to pack clothes on the road I will share one more advice. It is very convenient if you pack your clothes in a bag or in a suitcase in separate packages for the intended purpose, which you will need on the road. Not only linen separately, skirts and blouses separately.

Namely, for certain purposes. For example, in a separate package of clothes and shoes for the road, a separate package of clothes that you want to change into when you arrive on vacation. With this approach on the train, it is easy to immediately take out what is needed, and not choose it from a pile of things. More than once we ourselves were faced with the fact that we took everything we needed with us and tried to put it on top, but it is difficult to quickly find and get what we need. Something accidentally fell down the bag, something was stuffed into some pocket "for convenience", and which one they forgot, they didn't think of something that might be needed on the road right away. In general, it's inconvenient. As a result, we decided for ourselves that we put the things that we need on the road, as well as upon arrival on vacation, in packages for their intended purpose (clothes, shoes, spares), and then we put them on top of all luggage. It's much easier on the train. I took out the necessary package and everything you need is immediately in your hands. And finally, on the road, of course, it is important that the clothes are comfortable, but you should not dress in some shabby, ugly things - after all, you always need to look good! And also save those clothes for a more successful occasion, which will be a pity if you ruin it. After all, it is not uncommon on the train that you can pour yourself over, get dirty, because. the train sometimes abruptly moves off, slows down, etc. That's basically all I can advise on what clothing is optimal on the road. Happy travels.

So, you are going on a 3 day trip. What to take with you on the road? This will be discussed in our article.

Brief digression

For a trip, especially a long one, prepare in advance. There are things that are not done the day before departure:

  • execution of documents, bank cards of international standard;
  • purchase of medicines, currency, tickets;
  • copying documents;
  • hotel booking.

Make a short plan and act on it clearly. Then you won't forget anything.

Create two lists on your laptop: one for a summer trip and one for a winter trip. It will take several minutes to fill in the fields of the special program. Divide things into categories. Once compiled a list will be useful to you for each subsequent trip.

What to take on a trip

Category #1. Cash, Documents, Roadmaps

If you are going, include a road map in the list of things - it will definitely come in handy.

Documents, bank cards, cash are best placed in a backpack or bag. Always carry them with you.

So, the most important list for the road:

  1. Passport, its copies. It is necessary if you are going on vacation abroad. To travel to your native places, do not forget your regular passport. Make virtual copies on a flash drive, email, phone. Play it safe. If you suddenly lose the originals, copies will come in handy.
  2. Air, railway tickets or printouts of their electronic versions.
  3. Printout of electronic hotel room reservation.
  4. Medical insurances of the international policy, their copies.
  5. Driving license, documents for the car, if you go on a journey by personal transport, a copy of them.
  6. Bank cards.
  7. Cash in the national currency of the country you are traveling to. Divide into 3-5 parts, put in different places.
  8. Small notebook with personal notes. Enter there the route of movement, addresses, phone numbers.

Category No. 2. Travel first aid kit

Another important point of what to take on vacation. Going on a trip without medication means risking your health. Many drugs are not sold abroad without a prescription. And the same cream for burns at the resort is many times more expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to take medicines on the road.

It is convenient to divide the preparations into two parts. In the first place, put the necessary products, such as an allergy remedy, motion sickness, or a medicine that you constantly take. Carry them with you. All other drugs belong to the second part. They can be folded into a travel first-aid kit, and put in a suitcase. better to know in advance and prepare them.

What to take with you on a trip:

  1. Medicines for diarrhea.
  2. Antipyretic, analgesic drugs.
  3. Allergy pills.
  4. Antivirals.
  5. Antibiotics.
  6. Creams for burns, stretch marks, bruises.
  7. Medications you take on a regular basis.
  8. Pills for motion sickness.
  9. Ointment for insect bites.
  10. Bandages, cotton wool, iodine, plaster, hydrogen peroxide.

Category number 3. What to take with you on a trip from personal hygiene items, cosmetics

In this category, enter only the minimum set of what you need. Women often take with them the whole arsenal of decorative cosmetics. As a result, most of the space in the suitcase is taken up by completely useless items. Take with you only what you really need!

What to take on the road:

  1. Toothbrush, paste.
  2. Shaving accessories.
  3. Hairbrush.
  4. Solid deodorant.
  5. Liquid soap.
  6. Washcloth.
  7. Shampoo-conditioner in samples.
  8. Roll of toilet paper.
  9. Packing of dry wipes.
  10. Wet wipes packaging.
  11. Cotton swabs for ears.
  12. Disposable plastic bags (10-15 pieces).

Addition for women:

  1. 5-10 sponges.
  2. Small mirror.
  3. A couple of hair ties or hairpins.
  4. Moisturizing cream.
  5. Tweezers.
  6. Makeup remover.
  7. Pads, tampons.
  8. Mascara, a small pack of eyeshadows, lipstick.
  9. Foundation or powder.

The last two points are needed only if you cannot imagine your life without applying makeup. If you are going on a beach holiday, then you need to paint only in the evening, if you go somewhere to go. This is not recommended for the beach. Therefore, you do not need 10 types of shadows and the same amount of lipstick and lip gloss. One mascara, a lipstick, a pack of two eye shadows and a foundation that evens out the complexion - this is the must-have list of things on a journey from color cosmetics.

Category number 4. What to take on the road from things and shoes

One of the most important items on the list of what will come in handy when traveling. Think carefully about your wardrobe.

Take things according to the climate of the place where you are going. Check out the weather forecast for your holidays.

Do not take a lot of the same clothes and shoes. Statistics say that half of the things on the list are never worn on a trip.

Take with you things that are combined with each other.

Choose comfortable clothing made from natural materials. Do not take with you new shoes that have not yet been broken in and rub your feet.

What to take on vacation:

  1. Pants or jeans. For a hot climate, light, linen ones are suitable, for a cold one - from natural wool or jersey, dense knitwear.
  2. Breeches or shorts.
  3. Two T-shirts.
  4. One blouse.
  5. Sweater.
  6. Pajamas, nightgown - what you are used to sleeping at home.
  7. Light jacket, such as a windbreaker.
  8. Sneakers, sneakers made of fabric. Put them on the road.
  9. 3 changes of underwear (based on what you eat for 3 days).
  10. Slates.
  11. Swimsuit (swimming trunks), pareo for a trip to the sea.
  12. Two pairs of socks.
  13. One dress for going out and shoes (sandals) to it.
  14. Sunglasses.
  15. Headgear - hat or cap.

Category number 5. What to take with you on a trip from technology

It all depends on personal preference. Someone takes one mobile phone, the other - a dozen items.

The optimal list of things on the road:

  1. Mobile phone;
  2. MP3 player.
  3. A laptop, if you can't imagine your life without it.
  4. Flash drive, external hard drive.
  5. For travel by personal transport, a navigator is useful.
  6. Camera or video camera.

The last point is easily replaced by a mobile phone with a good camera. If this is not the case, then take a camera - you need to bring beautiful pictures from your vacation.

Pack your equipment in a separate bag. Do not forget to each charger. If you're on an airplane, take a bag with you in case your luggage gets lost.

It is not safe to connect to a public network while traveling. Use a VPN.

Category No. 6. What to take with you from food and other important little things

If the path to the resting place is not close, and you do not eat, for example, on an airplane where food is served, be sure to bring snacks with you. It is undesirable to arrange a meal in road cafes - the quality of products there is difficult to check.

Take water on the road at the rate of 1.5 liters per person. From food, dried fruits, apples and pears, peeled nuts, vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers). Wash all this beforehand, cut it and put it first in foil or parchment and only then in a bag.

If you go for a long time, for example, a day, it will come in handy:

  • boiled eggs;
  • chopped loaf, bread, thin pita bread;
  • boiled or fried chicken fillet;
  • hard cheese;
  • pastries with raisins, prunes;
  • crackers, bagels, biscuits.

Do not forget tea bags, coffee, sugar.

Important little things:

  • jackknife;
  • matches, lighter;
  • flashlight;
  • tee, extension cord for those who take a lot of equipment on a trip;
  • toothpicks;
  • food film;
  • boiler;
  • plastic mugs;
  • set of disposable tableware.

Category number 7. What to take with you on a trip with a child

If you are traveling with a child, the number of necessary items on the road increases. Take care of how to take the baby on the road, what to feed, pick up clothes and personal hygiene products.

List of things to travel with a child:

  1. Documentation. The photo of the child is pasted into the parent's passport or he has his own passport. He is issued a visa, medical insurance. You will need permission from the second parent in case of traveling with one mom or dad. These documents are required for traveling abroad.
  2. Clothing. Take the same things for a child as for an adult. Just double the amount of hiking clothes in case your little one gets dirty.
  3. Medicines for a child with chronic diseases.
  4. Food and drink. For toddlers, stock up on fruit and vegetable purees, baby food, juices, water, chopped fruit, and biscuits.
  5. Personal hygiene items: diapers, wet wipes, paper towels.
  6. Pillow under the head and a small blanket.
  7. Toys. On the road, organize an interesting leisure time for your child. Take along a couple of books, a coloring book with pencils, 2-3 favorite toys. Some take a tablet or download cartoons to their phone.
  8. Foldable stroller or baby carrier for very young travelers.
  9. Bottle, pacifier.
  10. Folding pot.

What not to take on the road

I would like to take with me things dear to my heart, from which there is little use. In order for the suitcase to be lifting and not cause trouble, it is necessary to abandon items that are not useful on the way. Approach the list with a cool head. Think about what you can easily do without.

There is no room in your suitcase for the following items:

  1. Fen. It is in any decent hotel, and it does not make sense to take it from home. For an independent trip, cut your hair so that styling is not needed or simply collect your hair in a braid (tail, bun).
  2. Books. They are heavy and take up a lot of space. Readers will love the e-book. Download several works on your mobile phone at home.
  3. Decorations. Put on a minimum: a gold chain, a pair of rings. It is better to leave the bracelet and earrings at home, especially if you are going to the sea. They are easy to lose in water. A gold watch with precious stones, a brooch and other jewelry are not needed during the trip.
  4. Road iron. Take with you things that do not wrinkle. In case the thing is very wrinkled, it can be sprinkled with water and hung on a rope. Or take an iron at the reception in the hotel. But an iron on a trip is a completely unnecessary item.
  5. Scissors, wire cutters, corkscrew, screwdriver and other sharp-piercing objects. The only exception is a small folding knife.
  6. Women's bags. You won't need a clutch when traveling. One small bag or backpack containing the essentials is sufficient.

We collect the suitcase correctly

The list of travel essentials is impressive. But competent styling will allow you to collect everything in a suitcase with a volume of 45 liters.

First of all, lay out the items for the trip in separate piles by category in front of you. Place your shoes at the bottom of your suitcase. On top of her warm clothes, tight jeans. That's where the technique is. Roll up knitwear. In separate compartments, put a first aid kit, personal hygiene products, cosmetics. They are easy to get if you suddenly need them.

In hand luggage, take documents, money, house keys, phone, life-saving medicine, a notepad with notes. Put the road map and all the documents for the car in the glove compartment.

Don't forget a separate bag of food and drink. If you are traveling with a child, you should have diapers, wet wipes and items for interesting leisure time with you.

Do not pack your suitcase all the way. Many airlines have weight limits (20 kg for one piece of baggage). Leave room for souvenirs.

Pack liquids in a tight bag. Separately fold shoes, clothes and other things and distribute them evenly throughout the suitcase. Put your underwear in a special pocket. In another pocket, pack cosmetics and various little things.

Place a folding bag on top of the folded items. If there is an overweight, put some things into it. The same bag is convenient to use when traveling for shopping or on excursions.

A cover or film will help protect the suitcase from dirt. Pack the suitcase itself, and it will be visible from afar on the luggage belt.

If you are traveling abroad, take a phrasebook with you. The road to your destination is a great opportunity to practice a foreign language. Or download audiobooks to an MP3 player.

While you are on the road, there is plenty of time. Download a movie that you have long wanted to see on your phone or laptop, read a book, make a plan to improve your performance. In a word, do something useful for which there is no time in ordinary life. You can just sleep. As a rule, there is no time for this in everyday life either.

When traveling to a new country, take a travel guide with you. You have time to explore the culture, local cuisine, sights, laws and regulations of the new society.

Take with you things that provide individual comfort. Someone is used to sleeping on a single pillow, someone is mortally disturbed by mosquitoes. Stock up on insect repellant. Many children are accustomed to sleeping with their favorite toy. Items will not take up much space, but with them you will feel more comfortable on the road.

Take a maximum of 2 pairs of shoes with you: flip-flops for regular walks, going to the beach, and shoes (sandals) for going to a restaurant or disco. Put on closed shoes (sneakers or sneakers). They also come in handy in case of cool weather or rain. As practice shows, shoes take up a lot of space in a suitcase, and most of it is not used.

Epilogue

For many, packing a suitcase for a trip of a few days turns into a test. Do not take two or three pairs of jeans with you - they will definitely not come in handy. Several types of the same clothing are allowed only with underwear, T-shirts and socks. One skirt, one shorts, one dress - this is enough for 3 days for sure.

The same goes for personal hygiene items. Take shampoo in disposable bags, gel, shower foam is replaced with liquid soap and a washcloth. Remember that this is easily bought in any store. The exception is a trip to the forest, where there are no benefits of civilization.

Take a snack with you, it is better to find out in advance.

The main thing! Do not forget:

  • documentation;
  • cash and bank cards;
  • house keys;
  • medicines that support life (insulin, for example);
  • mobile phone and charger. Check your bill in advance and find out about the rate. Do I need to activate an additional service for calls abroad, for example?

These items are really necessary for a successful trip.

During the summer holidays, many compatriots try to go on vacation to the sea. Beach, sun, swimming and entertainment - all this contributes to the restoration of working capacity and health promotion. To make your vacation a success, make a list of necessary things at sea in advance - clothes, medicines, documents, etc. Take this moment seriously, otherwise the trip with the whole family will be overshadowed. Thanks to this, the collection of suitcases will take place without any incidents.

What to take to the sea

It is necessary to make a list of things on vacation at sea in advance - preferably 3-4 or more days before departure. Otherwise, in a hurry, you will forget a lot of essentials. In addition, this approach will help get rid of unnecessary things that you really will not need on a beach holiday. Organize all useful accessories into specific categories so you don't miss anything. The universal list should consist of:

  • clothes for adults: separately for women and men;
  • children's clothing;
  • baby food;
  • personal hygiene items;
  • medicines;
  • technology;
  • cosmetics;
  • products.

What clothes to take to the sea

The most difficult stage in collecting a suitcase is choosing the right clothes. In this case, you need to provide absolutely everything, because, for example, no one will guarantee that there will be no cool weather in your chosen vacation spot. In this regard, take care of choosing more or less warm clothes in advance - just in case. At the same time, give preference to light fabrics made from natural threads - linen, but cotton is better. In such clothes, the skin will “breathe”, so you will not “burn out” from the heat.

Video review with life hacks

Most travel, whether it's a vacation abroad, a planned business trip or an outing into nature, is like a multi-level quest. At first, fees, the road, local arrangements, entertainment or business, and then everything is repeated in reverse order, until the inevitable return ...

Experienced travelers say that solving current problems becomes much easier, and the rest is more pleasant if you know exactly what you take with you and what you leave at home.

Universal travel list

Compiling a universal list of necessary things (having done it once, you can use it all the time) will save not only time, which is sorely lacking before the trip, but also nerves. Based on the main one, it is easy to create other collection instructions tailored to certain parameters: a specific route, climatic conditions, purpose of travel, etc. After all, the “equipment” for skiing will be somewhat different from what you need to take with you on a romantic trip, for example.

So, what to take with you on a trip, the list of the most necessary things:

  • documents (passport, international passport, insurance, driver's license, vaccination certificate, student ID, etc.);
  • tickets;
  • cash, payment cards;
  • guide;
  • notepad and pen, where important phone numbers and addresses will also be written down;
  • phone, camera or video camera;
  • tablet or laptop;
  • portable chargers;
  • hair dryer with comb;
  • things "to go out", home and for sleep;
  • outdoor, beach, shower shoes;
  • headdress for the season;
  • underwear suitable for the selected sets of clothes, socks;
  • cosmetics for care and decorative;
  • personal hygiene products (toothpaste / brush, cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo, wet wipes, handkerchief, scissors and nail files, deodorant, toothpicks, razor, chewing gum, toilet paper, etc.);
  • . You should take with you on vacation those that you take if you have chronic diseases. And also just in case: lip balm, antispasmodics, antipyretic, antiallergic, motion sickness, activated charcoal (the body may not immediately adapt to a change in the type of water), iodine, patch, broad-spectrum antibiotic, ointment for burns and other skin problems;
  • little things like thread with needles, a mirror, a travel iron, earplugs, clothespins, tape, an extension cord, a book, a folding knife with a corkscrew, a small board game - can also be useful on vacation;
  • food that is allowed to be carried if a snack is planned on the way.
In the same list, you can enter a “reminder” of some things that you should take care of before the trip as the top line. This is copying documents, buying currency, washing things, purchasing medicines, issuing bank cards and choosing a convenient international communication tariff. Also, consider watering the flowers as well.

What to take with you on vacation

If buying point #1 before going on vacation is a pharmacy, then point #2 is clothing stores, especially when traveling with children. You need to take panama hats and thick sweaters with you, even if warm days are predicted. So that your vacation at the seaside or in a sanatorium is not overshadowed by constant ironing, and when you get off the bus, the outfit does not look “chewed”, it is better to take with you on vacation only what does not wrinkle (or practically does not wrinkle).

Choose clothes that complement each other (like safari-style shorts to match a tank top, t-shirt, etc.) that are comfortable and have been worn at least once. The latter is especially true for shoes. After all, if it turns out on the spot that the fashionable sandals bought the day before rub your feet, you will have to buy new ones. And with these, either part immediately, or drag them back. And who needs "ballast"?

Keep in mind that, in addition to the above things, you will need to take something extra. For example, if you plan to sunbathe on the beach, you need to take a swimsuit, sunglasses, a pareo, sunscreen and burn cream, flip flops and a hat. And for skiing you will need a snowboard jacket and gloves, boots lubricated with a special cream, a fleece jacket, thermal underwear, a hat and protective equipment.

Are you flying by plane? The rules for packing baggage, the size of hand luggage and the list of items and food prohibited for transportation can be found in the article, or on the airline's website.

It is clear that traveling light is more convenient. However, things like a spoonful of spices will affect the taste and aroma of your food, but not the weight of your luggage, which means that it would be foolish to give up your usual comfort. When packing your suitcase, do not forget to leave a place for souvenirs.

If you still missed something, don't worry. The hotel room should have bath towels, soap, bathrobe, shower gel and other important little things. And in order not to forget anything on the way back, it is better to take with you on a trip a list that you were going to.
