Sverdlovsk region,

By decision of the Duma of the Serov City District, the municipality was divided into five five-seat electoral districts. Arriving at the polling station, Serov residents and residents of nearby villages will have to mark a maximum of five candidates on the ballot. As a result, 25 people will be elected to the Duma. Anyone could nominate their candidacy for participation in the elections until six o'clock in the evening on July 21. In total, 97 people in Serov expressed their desire to get into the Duma. If we take by party affiliation, then 23 of them were nominated by the United Russia party, 23 by the Liberal Democratic Party, 5 by A Just Russia, 3 by the Communist Party. The rest are self-proclaimed. District #1 In the first constituency, where most of the voters live in the village of Energetikov, 20 people put forward their candidacies for the elections. Attention is drawn to the person of pensioner Vladimir Ovchinnikov, the former head of the administration of Serov, the former manager of the Northern Administrative District. Vladimir Ivanovich, in particular, is known in connection with the so-called “apartment scandal”. The investigation accused Ovchinnikov of exceeding his official powers in resolving issues of providing housing under social lease agreements. In fact, Ovchinnikov was accused of providing housing to “the right people.” In 2015, the criminal case against Ovchinnikov was terminated under an amnesty announced in honor of the next anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. A simple pensioner goes to the polls from United Russia. Irina Shuklina, notorious in the “communal circles” of the city, submitted her candidacy not as the head of the Nash Dom management company, but as the director of the Teatralnoye cafe. Two candidates are employees of the First Concrete company and are considered close to one of the two city councils. The candidate from the LDPR party, activist and transporter Sergei Gudz, who participates in elections in both Serov and Sosva, also went to the first constituency. Gudzia's wife also participates in the elections. In this district, the manager of the Sushi Master Ural society, Konstantin Makaev, came forward. The same office delegated to the election of a universal cook and an administrator. But they go to other districts. District #2 Alexander Stolbov will compete for the deputy mandate here. Former "United Russia", a former "communist", who called for the resignation of the long-term leader of the party, Gennady Zyuganov. He was expelled from the party ranks - for violation of discipline. Party, of course. Stolbov voluntarily resigned as a deputy of the Duma of the SGO of the sixth convocation. Now Alexander Alexandrovich is non-party, he is associated with the Council “Serov is us!”. Having failed to qualify for the United Russia primaries, Stolbov went to the polls as a self-nominated candidate. In the second district, employees of Monolitstroy LLC, led by the director of the company Pavel Kozyaev, massively advanced. According to some reports, it is Pavel Kozyaev who is the main sponsor of the council “Serov is us!”. Will take part in the elections and Alexander Kozyaev, Pavel's brother, who declared in the fourth district. In “Monolitstroy's people”, acting deputies Alexander Orlov and Oksana Shishkina will compete for a seat in the new Duma. Representatives of the local political council "ER" - the head of the local branch of the company "Energosbyt Plus" Andrey Pikulev and Viktor Dektyannikov, head of the department of medical prevention in the outpatient department, went for deputy mandates. The second constituency is notable for the fact that it is the oldest candidate for deputies - Galina Kazantseva. In May 2017, Galina Konstantinovna turned 71 years old. In total, 18 people nominated in the second constituency. District #3 The same number of people applied for elections in the third constituency. Among the candidates, in particular, Olga Grebeneva, Deputy Director for Legal Affairs of the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant. The team of the Council “For the future of Serov!” the district is also represented by a ferroalloyer and chairman of the Public Chamber Valery Bolotov, deputy director of the steel plant and former police chief Serov Igor Sovchik, and current deputy Viktor Rakhmanov. The Liberal Democrats nominated student Alexander Kovalev, the creator of the meme “Nothing happens in Serov.” Vyacheslav Shafransky became a self-nominated candidate in the third constituency. Vyacheslav Anatolyevich directed the local television Channel C for 10 years. At the end of 2016, the contract was not extended with him, and on July 1, 2017, Vyacheslav Shafransky was appointed to the position of General Director of the Sever printing association. In the same district, Pavel Chazov, a well-known businessman in the city, the executive director of Stroytrest, will compete for a place in the Duma. Elections to the new Duma of Serov and Sosva will be held on 10 September. Photo: archive "Evening Krasnoturinsk" District #4 The most popular county among the nominees. According to the list, 23 people applied for the election, but the director of the RSK company, Ilya Shipetsov, withdrew his candidacy and re-submitted an application. The dog catcher will compete for the mandate in the fifth district. Oksana Bogushova, director of the Palace of Culture of Metallurgists, was the first to apply for participation in the elections in the fifth district. In particular, she will compete with three housewives at once, one of whom is registered in the Krasnodar Territory, the second in the Moscow Region. And one is unemployed. Sole proprietor Dmitry Kireev, involved in the funeral business, turned up to vote not only in Serov, but also in Krasnoturinsk. Olga Kireeva and Anastasia Baranova, dispatcher IP Kireev Dmitry Yurievich also want to get into the Serov Duma. All go to the elections in the fourth district. Another candidate who went to the polls in two municipalities is Rustam Seytmagambetov, an ex-deputy of the Sosva Duma, who was deprived of his mandate by his former colleagues for late filing of income declarations. District #5 Another employee of the First Concrete LLC, the head of the garage, Olga Kasatkina, is walking through the fifth district. Yuri Tretyakov, a well-known individual entrepreneur and a member of the Public Chamber, will compete for victory here. Gennady Burganutdinov, the driver of the Ural-Recipe M company, had to submit an application for participation in the elections twice. The first time he was denied registration - he forgot to provide information about his criminal record. According to Konstantin Voronin, chairman of the Serov City Territorial Election Commission, Gennady Anverovich was tried under article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of moderate bodily injury.” In the same constituency, Tatyana Borisova, a well-known activist in the city, went to the polls. General Director of the Serov Water Supply Company Alexander Karpychev, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Duma Alexander Yakimov, Press Secretary of the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant Svetlana Zykina. A total of 19 people ran for election in the fifth constituency. In Sosva, teachers go to the deputies The Sosva city district was divided by the Duma into 15 single-mandate constituencies. The Duma of the sixth convocation in the Sosvinsky GO will consist of 15 people. In total, 71 people notified the Serov District Territorial Electoral Commission of their desire to participate in the elections. Remarkably, 7 of them are Serov residents: Danil Plotnikov, director of Law and Protection LLC (according to our data, his “second half” is also participating in the elections), Maxim Solovyov, gas rescuer of the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant Maxim Semkov, legal adviser of Narodnaya Zashchita LLC ” Mikhail Shulmin (he lives in Serov, although he is registered in Chelyabinsk), individual entrepreneur Sergei Gudz, deputy director of Narodnaya Zashchita LLC Dmitry Shulmin, State Housing Inspection employee Mikhail Skibskikh. Principals of schools went to the polls en masse: Irina Studitskikh, director of a school in the village of Romanovo; Galina Miftahutdinov, director of the school in the village of Koshay; Marina Kolesnichenko, director of the Sosva school No. 5; Irina Cheremnykh, director of the Children's Art School; Svetlana Zaitseva, director of the Sosva school No. 1. Among them, the figure of Galina Miftahutdinova stands out. In March 2017, the contract with Galina Ivanovna was terminated. The prosecutor's office found violations in the actions of the Department of Education. Then the story ended with an amicable agreement between Miftahutdinova and her employer. The director is back in office. Tamara Isakova, a pensioner, also put forward her candidacy, who complained to the Serov city prosecutor's office about the work of deputy Galina Pechkurova. Tamara Eduardovna was not satisfied with the lack of Pechkurova's reports to the voters. Galina Nikolaevna herself called these complaints an election campaign. By the way, Galina Pechkurova also showed up for the upcoming elections. But with Isakova they moved to different areas. The current head of administration, Gennady Makarov, will compete for a mandate in Sosva. The current head of the district, Alexei Safonov, did not go to the Duma elections. Among the political parties in terms of the number of nominated candidates, the leader was the LDPR, which sent 15 candidates to the Sosva elections. On the second place "United Russia" - 14 candidates, on the third - "Fair Russia" (4 candidates). From the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, 3 candidates will participate in the elections.
