When the talc died. The killer of talc before his death went crazy and became obsessed with mysticism

Igor Talkov was killed less than a month before his 35th birthday

- Stop music! Now, please, a moment of silence. All the police in the hall should immediately cordon off the Yubileiny sports complex, since they had just shot at Igor Talkov, - with these words they interrupted the concert of pop stars in October 1991 in St. Petersburg.

Igor Talkov was killed on October 6, 1991 - less than a month before his 35th birthday. Thus, this year marks not only the 60th anniversary of the singer's birth, but also the 25th anniversary of his death.

Who killed Talkov

The answer to this question is still given. The death of Igor Talkov, perhaps one of the brightest performers of his time, was a real shock to his relatives, friends and numerous fans.

The singer and composer was shot in the heart minutes before going on stage. His death gave rise to many versions. Some call the murder of Talkov ritual, others do not consider the murder that happened behind the scenes of the Yubileiny SC at all.

For 25 years, countless unofficial and journalistic investigations into the murder of Igor Talkov have been carried out. There were versions that nationalists, anti-Semites, communists, foreign intelligence services and, of course, Masons could be involved in his death.

So, the head of the national-patriotic front "Memory" Dmitry Vasilyev stated that Talkov was killed "for too Russian songs." Supporters of the “nationalist trace”, on the contrary, point out that the singer was a provocateur and he was introduced into Vasilyev’s entourage in order to collapse the organization, for which he paid the price.

Igor Talkov

Mysticism in the death of Talkov

And they see a lot of mysticism in the death of Talkov. It is known, for example, that on the fateful day, Igor decided to go on stage in a black shirt, and not in the traditional white one. They indicate that shortly before the concert in the Yubileiny sports complex, strange posters of the Talkov group "Lifebuoy" appeared. On one, his dead green reflection is visible in the mirror, on the other, the dark silhouette of the singer in the heart is struck by a star. And if these “strange things” may seem far-fetched, then there are really amazing coincidences.

In 1990, Talkov starred in the action movie Beyond the Last Line, where he played the leader of a gang of racketeers. In the film, his hero is shot point-blank, and the shooting of this episode took place on October 6, 1990 - exactly one year before Talkov was killed in the Yubileiny sports complex.

TV journalist Mikhail Gladkov made a documentary about Talkov during the life of the singer. The artistic technique used by the author is noteworthy: according to the plot, Igor tells about himself from the next world. “I can say whatever I think. From a person who does not exist, bribes are smooth, ”Talkov said, having heard the creative intent of the television man. So, at least, Gladkov himself claims. The tape came out after the death of Talkov.

Singer Aziza

Who is to blame for the death of Talkov

Be that as it may, three people most often appear in the investigations into the murder of Igor Talkov: Talkov's concert director Valery Shlyafman, singer Aziza and Igor Malakhov - her director, security guard and close friend all rolled into one. Actually, the conflict, as a result of which the shots rang out, was provoked, by all accounts, by these people.

In 1991, the concept of "headliner" had not yet entered into wide circulation, but even then the artists perfectly understood the importance of the order of performances: the closer to the final, the more prestigious. The concert at Yubileiny was supposed to be completed by Oleg Gazmanov, and in front of him, according to the plan, were the performances of Talkov and Aziza.

Either Aziza really did not have time to prepare for the performance, or it was just show-off. The fact is that she asked Malakhov to talk to representatives of Talkov and change places with him. Malakhov was a hot guy - a professional kickboxer, and rather quickly the conversation with Talkov's security turned to raised tones. With one of the guards of the singer, Malakhov walked away "to talk like a kid."

“Another guard stood at the door to the dressing room and did not participate in the conflict,” recalled investigator Oleg Blinov, who was in charge of Talkov’s death, in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda. - And it seems that the conflict began to subside, the tone of the conversation decreased. But then the director of Talkov, Mr. Shlyafman, appeared, who, in a rather rude form, began to tease Malakhov: “Igor, are you scared?” The essence is something like this, but at the same time all this was pronounced in a very rude, cynical form, ”says the investigator.

Valery Shlyafman is one of the main suspects in the murder of Igor Talkov

Reconstruction of Talkov's murder

The investigation almost every second restored the picture of what happened. However, it is not so easy to understand who actually killed Igor Talkov.

According to Blinov, it was after Valery Shlyafman's jokes that Igor Malakhov, Aziza's security guard, took out the barrel - a revolver of the 1895 model, which he acquired for self-defense. The time was not easy, and Malakhov had a conflict with a criminal group six months before the incident. There were three rounds in the drum. Malakhov managed to twist quite quickly. But Shlyafman by that time had already alarmed the dressing room with cries of "Ours are being beaten." Talkov ran to find out what was the matter, grabbing his gas pistol (they were extremely popular at the time).

While the brawl was going on, the almost “twisted” Malakhov shot twice into the floor. This is confirmed by examinations carried out at the scene of the tragedy. According to the official version, the kickboxer simply physically could not shoot Talkov, because by the time he appeared he was already on the floor.

Talkov's death is a typical Russian roulette

“Shlyafman approached from the side of Malakhov, who was lying face down, and took a pistol from his right hand. After a few seconds, a click was heard, like a misfire during a shot. And after two such clicks happened, the only bullet that remained in the drum hit Igor Talkov," investigator Blinov said.

“A medical examination found that at the time of the fatal shot, Talkov's body was in motion. He struck Malakhov, squatting. And when he began to rise, the revolver fired. And the singer, apparently, saw a trunk directed in his direction. And even tried to hide from the bullet with his hand. In Talkov's palm, forensic criminologists subsequently discovered a wound - the bullet first pierced it, and then the heart, ”continues Blinov.

“We found that the shot was fired from a very close distance from Talkov. Almost close to his hand. Only Shlyafman could shoot from such a distance. So Talkov's death is a typical Russian roulette. They clicked, clicked and clicked," the criminologist sums up.

"Gentlemen Democrats" - one of the sharpest hits of Igor Talkov

Blinov emphasizes that his story does not contain the version of the investigation, but "the facts established by the investigation." Another wording of the investigator is also noteworthy: “it was not a murder, but an unintentional death of a person.”

Evidence as evidence of guilt

During the investigation of the murder during a search in the apartment of the common-law wife of Valery Shlyafman, they found a shirt in which the concert director was at the time of Talkov's death. Experts found gunpowder on her sleeves.

Not in favor of Shlyafman is the fact that soon after the tragedy he emigrated to his historical homeland in Israel, where he now lives under the name Vysotsky. He categorically denies his guilt, blaming Talkov's death entirely on Malakhov.

“To date, there is no main evidence - the weapon from which Talkov was killed, - Shlyafman himself told the same Kosmsomolka in 2012. - But they made me the main culprit, since traces of gunpowder were preserved on the shirt. But I took a Malakhov pistol in my hands, it could not be otherwise. I got home, changed, threw my shirt in the laundry basket. And the investigators came and made her the main material evidence.

Indeed, the gun was never found. Investigator Blinov claims that Shlyafman gave the gun to Aziz, she gave it to Malakhav, who took it apart and drowned it piece by piece in the Moika and Fontanka. Aziza herself categorically denies her participation in this chain.

Singer Aziza and her director Igor Malakhov in the early 90s

What happened after the death of Talkov

The tragic death of Talkov became the starting point in a series of tragedies. Under unclear circumstances, the singer's guards, who accompanied him to the Yubileiny sports complex in October 1991, died one after another.

Aziza lost the child she was expecting from Igor Malakhov. The singer claims that during the scuffle in which she intervened, the same Valery Shlyafman kicked her in the stomach.

Due to the stress, ten days after the death of Talkov, her beloved Elena Kondourova also lost her child. The examinations established that Igor Malakhov was not involved in the murder of Talkov. His guilt was proved only in illegal possession of weapons.

Among the singer's ancestors are Russian nobles, Cossacks, Poles and Russian Germans, class and ethnic groups that were persecuted in the Soviet years. Parents were repressed and met in Siberia in places of detention, where Igor's older brother, Vladimir Talkov, was born. After rehabilitation during the years of Khrushchev's rule, parents were never provided with housing in Moscow, the family settled in the Tula region. There, in 1956, Igor Talkov was born.

He was fond of music since childhood, and not knowing musical notation, he easily reproduced melodies by ear. He actively studied Russian history for at least two hours a day. At the age of 16 he began to write his own songs and created his first own musical group. After serving in the army, he began performing on the professional stage. Already in 1980, Talkov performed the first anti-Soviet trilogy about an old Bolshevik who had drunk his own composition, after which he was not released on stage for a long time, and the director of the club where the incident occurred was fired.

On October 6, 1991, rock musician, singer and film actor Igor Talkov was killed in St. Petersburg. But who killed him? The official version is that the fatal shot was made by its director Valery Shlyafman. But ... is it so clear?

According to Tatyana Talkova, on October 3 or 4, Igor got a phone call, and the conversation ended with Igor's answer: “Are you threatening me? Good. Are you declaring war? I accept it. Let's see who comes out victorious."

At the concert, which took place on October 6, 1991 in St. Petersburg at the Yubileiny Sports Palace, many performers performed. A friend of the singer Aziza, at her request, asked Igor Talkov to perform first, since Aziza did not have time to prepare for the exit. Igor called the director of the singer, Igor Malakhov, to his dressing room, and a verbal conflict occurred between them. After that, two guards of Igor Talkov took Igor Malakhov out of the dressing room. Igor began to prepare for the performance, but a few minutes later the administrator of his Lifebuoy group, Valery Shlyafman, ran up to him, shouting that Malakhov had taken out a revolver. Talkov pulled out a gas signal pistol from his bag, which he had purchased for self-defense, ran out into the corridor and, seeing that his guards were under the gunpoint of Igor Malakhov, fired three shots at him. Malakhov ducked down, and the guards, taking advantage of this delay, began to neutralize him. Then he fired two shots, but they hit the floor. The guards began to beat the shooter and, covering his head, he dropped his revolver. A few moments later, another shot rang out, which hit the heart of Igor Talkov. When the ambulance arrived, the doctor immediately established biological death.

The city prosecutor's office opened a criminal case. Igor Malakhov, put on the All-Union wanted list, voluntarily arrived with a confession 10 days later. In December 1991, he was cleared of the charge of premeditated murder. After conducting examinations in April 1992, the investigation established that Shlyafman fired the last shot. However, in February 1992, the defendant had already left for Israel, with which Russia did not have an extradition treaty at the time, and the murder case was suspended.

Version of V. Shlyafman: “Everyone knows who killed Igor Talkov!”

Valery Shlyafman fled the country four months after the murder of Igor Talkov. It soon became clear that the concert director of the 80s idol, who became the main suspect in this heinous crime, was hiding in Israel. All these years, Valery refused to give interviews to Russian journalists... It was not easy to meet Valery Shlyafman. Fellow journalists in Tel Aviv do not know his address or phone number. After all, Valery always avoided the Jewish media, as well as the Russian ones. To confuse the traces, he even married a second time and changed his last name. Now, according to his passport, he is Vysotsky! ..

It's actually not that hard to find me. Everyone sees and knows me, - Shlyafman grinned wryly, stretching the first syllables in Odessa style and boring me with his slightly inflamed black eyes. - The investigators are aware that I am in Israel. Another thing is that until recently I did not want to communicate with the Russian media. For me, this is a personal tragedy - life collapsed ...

There were bandit times in the 90s. Anyone who was related to criminal structures was then considered almost a president. Igor Malakhov, the director of the singer Aziza, had a brother who was an influential person in the underworld. Malakhov himself was famous for collecting tribute at the Cosmos Hotel from prostitutes and small businesses.

We came to Leningrad at the invitation of Anatoly Sobchak to perform on Palace Square at the Rock Against Tanks show. And three weeks later they participated in a concert in the Yubileiny Palace and from there they were going to fly to Sochi. The host came up to me and asked: "Aziza does not have time to change clothes and wants to change places with Igor." Then they called me to go to the cafeteria, where Aziza and Malakhov, Lolita, Sasha Tsekalo were sitting. I politely asked: “Who is your director?” To which Malakhov got up, took me to a corner and began like this: “Valer, sit down and don’t rock the boat! We'll go earlier and you later." Now, at 48, I would have reacted more calmly, but at that time, at 27, hearing such a thing was like getting punched in the face. Young, the blood began to play ... I went to Igor, explained the situation. Talkov invited director Aziza to come to us. The thug jargon began again, and as a result, he was taken out.

Who drew the gun first?

Igor Malakhov took out his barrel. By the way, I saw real weapons for the first time. I immediately ran to Igor's bag, because he usually carried a small hatchet or a gas pistol. Talkov stopped me: “What are you looking for?” I explained, but Igor pushed me away from the bag. He himself grabbed his gas pistol and ran to Malakhov.

When you arrived, what did you see?

Fight. A lot of people fought. Including Igor's guards, who were listed as stage workers. In Russian show business then the concept of "bodyguard" did not exist. The guys transported the scenery, and at the same time served as security guards. Everyone knew that one of Igor's very close friends was connected with the Solntsevo group. So, I intervened in the fight at the moment when Malakhov's hand was pressed to the floor, and he was beaten on the back of the head. I heard clicks, the drum was spinning, I rushed and snatched the gun from his hands. At the time of the shooting, it was not clear whether someone was injured or not. Igor was not seen again until the moment when he was carried out in his arms.

How many shell casings were found on the spot?

One bullet hit the column, one else somewhere to the side, and one pierced Talkov's lung and heart. It is not clear what the investigators did, but a real examination was never carried out.

Where did the gun go? Elena Kondaurova, the last beloved woman of the singer, said that she saw how the murder weapon was removed.

I hid it in the toilet, in the tank. But Aziza and the dresser stole the gun, and then, together with Malakhov, they took it apart piece by piece. At the moment, there is no main evidence - the weapon from which Talkov was killed. Why did Igor Malakhov do this? There is a proverb: a hat on a thief burns. But they made me the main culprit, since traces of gunpowder were preserved on the shirt. But I took a Malakhov pistol in my hands, it could not be otherwise. I got home, changed, threw my shirt in the laundry basket. And the investigators came and made her the main material evidence.

When did you decide that you should flee the country?

I came to St. Petersburg for interrogation, and the investigator from the prosecutor's office said: “You need to leave. Go to Israel with your parents. Two witnesses testified against you." At the entrance to the prosecutor's office they put Igor Malakhov in order to put pressure on my psyche. Malakhov had nothing. For some reason they decided that the third shot was made by me. He himself spoke in court about two shots, but did not confirm the third, which became fatal. Although, according to my sources, in drunken conversations he confessed to the murder more than once...

The Russian prosecutor's office made so many requests about me! And the Israeli prosecutor's office told them: send the case materials, if guilty, we will judge, and if not, leave it alone. The case was not sent. Nobody wants to be carried through to the end. And then there were rumors in the Russian press that Israeli intelligence organized the murder! Rave. About eight years ago, they sent a paper that the case was closed due to prescription. I had to sign, but I refused. After all, this meant that the crime was not solved and this folder could be opened at any moment. I stated that I could only sign a termination for lack of corpus delicti. It would plead my innocence.

Is it no longer important for you that Talkov's murder is solved?

Important. But there is nothing to look for the killer. Everyone knows who did it and how. For me, the culprit was found on the very first day when the tragedy occurred. But all the evidence has disappeared, so today it is unrealistic to find the culprit. And so it was. Malakhov was hit on the back of the head, he automatically reached for the gun. Shot. It is surprising how easily he was released, so many legal laws were violated. People from the criminal world even then had a connection with the authorities.

A month before the incident, Talkov wrote a revealing song about President Boris Yeltsin and sent it to him. Everyone said, "What are you doing?" I know Igor got a call before the fatal tour. Tanya heard Talkov say: "You will not intimidate me." From here, rumors began that organs were involved in the murder ...

This story had a strange effect on the fate of all participants. As it turned out later, Aziza at that time was expecting a child from Igor Malakhov and lost him because of her experiences. She broke up with Malakhov, but she could not give birth. Elena Kondaurova had a miscarriage from Talkov, and she is childless. All the guards involved in the fight tragically died one by one under strange circumstances, you have...

Life is also destroyed. When I left for Israel, my little daughter remained in Moscow. I haven't seen her for many years. I tried not to communicate with them and hide them so that the press would not ruin their lives. Even in Israel, I avoided talking to journalists. When I first arrived, I opened a grocery store in the town of Ramatgan. People came in only to stare at Talkov's killer. I changed cities, took my wife's last name. Many thought that this was a nickname - Vysotsky. Now I am raising children and living a normal life as an average Russian Israeli...

For 22 years there was no information about the director of Aziza, Igor Malakhov, during a fight with whom singer Igor TALKOV died. His acquaintances said that he left Russia for South Africa and is engaged in a business related to precious stones. And only when Igor Malakhov recently ended up in the intensive care unit of one of the capital's hospitals, the truth became known ...

It was from the pistol of Igor Malakhov, who was a member of the Solntsevo criminal group, that Igor Talkov was shot dead. Although the St. Petersburg investigators, relying on ballistic expertise, decided that the director of the singer Valery Shlyafman, who allegedly snatched the weapon from Malakhov's hands, fired the shot, many continue to suspect Igor. Singer Aziza, whose director Malakhov then worked, never talked about his whereabouts. But, having learned that he was dying, she could not remain silent.

Igor is in the hospital, dying, - says Aziza. - When I found out about the incident, I began to call him. Nobody picked up the phone. After all, he has a severe form of diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver... Blood transfusions are done every day. I asked the musicians to donate blood ... Igor drank heavily at one time, it was. Mutual acquaintances said: when he walked, blood oozed from under his toenails. He did not listen to anyone, he rejected doctors, he was treated with herbs ... I told him about the diet, but he did not follow it. Igor left people. He lived with his family in the forest, prayed to God. I almost fell over when I found out he was in the hospital...

After the death of Talkov, he became nervous, strange, inadequate. He broke down on me, scandalized. We both decided to leave. Everything worked out for Igor: his wife, he has children, but I don’t ... Only recently I became the godmother of Talkov’s grandson, Svyatoslav. And now I’ll go to Malakhov’s hospital, I’ll bring the priest. I'll help you with medication. Igor's poor mother - Galina Stepanovna: one son was killed, the second is dying ...

For 22 years, journalists could not find Igor Malakhov for a simple reason: he did not go abroad, but to a remote village and changed his last name. According to his passport, he is now Igor Viktorovich Rus. By the way, the second suspect in the murder, Valery Shlyafman, having fled to Israel, became Vysotsky ...

I remember those days, at first everything seemed to be clear who shot, and then suddenly the director of Talkov himself was declared guilty ... It was a rather strange feeling when in television programs the investigator - a frail, ugly little man - pronounced Shlyafman's name with obvious malice. The question directly begs itself: “So, V is an anti-Semite?”

No, even then I understood that “somewhere in our country sometimes” takes bribes, but for the investigator to impudently ruin the case - then it was still wild for me ... Alas, the truth in the case of the death of Igor Talkov is unlikely can now be installed. It remains only to mourn the murdered Russian singer.

Once Igor flew to a concert in Tyumen with his band. When the plane hit a thundercloud, everyone started to worry. Then Igor Talkov said: “Do not be afraid. As long as you are with me, you will not die. I will be killed in front of a large gathering of people, and the killer will not be found.” After this incident, the song "I'll be back" was written.

On the day when Igor Talkov was killed, he was supposed to perform the very song “Mr. President”, really dedicated to Boris Yeltsin, whose recording he had previously given to close people from the entourage of the first Russian president.

According to the journalist Alexei Alikin, who visited the Moscow Museum of Igor Talkov, the exposition dedicated to the life and work of the singer is hiding in an inconspicuous Moscow lane just a few minutes walk from the Novokuznetskaya metro station. The hall can be walked around in a circle in three minutes, but a Talkov fan can spend several hours here. The collection has been assembled with great love - covered with newspaper clippings, posters and posters, the walls of the museum are somewhat reminiscent of the bedroom of a devoted fan. There are also audio cassettes, a whole stand of books about Talkov, including collections of poems dedicated to him, even several portraits of the singer, painted with a brush.

Prostotakov

In one of the windows you can look at guitars and an accordion, on which Talkov performed his hits, for example, "Clean Prudy", "I'll Be Back", "Mr. President". Black leather jackets known to any fan of his work, a white shirt and a tunic of an “officer of the Russian army” (apparently an attempt to copy the officer’s uniform of the Russian Imperial Army), decorated with four St. George’s crosses, also hang here. Talkov put on an officer's uniform and awards during the musical performance "Court".

A photo

A simple pectoral cross hangs among the concert costumes. A legend about a curse is associated with one of Talkov's crosses. Allegedly, after the death of the singer, the pectoral cross came to the soloist of the group "Tender Bull" Alexei Blokhin, and soon Blokhin fell ill and almost went blind. Then he presented the cross to the young musician Petliura (Yuri Barabash). Petlyura tragically died in a car accident in the fall of 1996.

The "nail" of the collection is a concert costume with Talkov's blood stains. In this suit, the singer was going to perform on the day of his murder, October 6, 1991, at the Yubileiny Sports Palace in St. Petersburg. Then a fight between him and the guards of the singer Aziza ended with a shot that ended the life of the musician.

25 years ago, on October 6, 1991, in St. Petersburg, during a combined concert at the Yubileiny Sports Palace, Igor Talkov was killed. The director of the singer Valery Shlyafman was found guilty of the tragedy. But it was not possible to condemn him: the man left for Israel, where he still lives.

Despite the verdict of the investigation, many versions of what happened were discussed.

Recently, a retired lieutenant colonel Sergei Valeriev told reporters that the artist got the fatal bullet from the former director and lover of the singer Aziza, kickboxer Igor Malakhov. Like, the blame was put on Shlyafman, since Malakhov had serious connections - both in criminal circles and in law enforcement agencies.

On the eve of the next anniversary of the death of the singer, Komsomolskaya Pravda spoke with Oleg Blinov, who in those years headed the investigative part of the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg and investigated the murder of Igor Talkov.

I worked on this case together with the investigator Valery Borisovich Zubarev, - says Oleg Blinov. - And he established that the fatal shot was made by Shlyafman. Whoever claims anything, I know: this is not a crime, but an accident, ordinary male stupidity. When, during a scuffle, Malakhov's revolver ended up in Shlyafman's hands, he began to pull the trigger with trembling hands, without checking whether there were cartridges or not. And clicked ... (see "What happened behind the scenes.")

- But what about the version of a certain Valeriev that the investigation covered Malakhov?

I remember all the operatives who participated in the interrogations of Mr. Malakhov. There was no Valeriev among them.

First the bullet pierced the palm, then the heart

- Why, in your opinion, Igor Malakhov could not shoot Talkov? The singer was killed from his weapon ...

Malakhov could not shoot, because at that moment he was blocked by Talkov's guards. In this position (being actually opposite Talkov) only Shlyafman could shoot! This has been proven by expertise. Talkov saw a weapon aimed at him, tried to take him away, but the bullet first pierced his palm, and then his heart ...

I was interested in the postures and disposition of the people during the skirmish. And I additionally turned to the military medical academy, where they conducted a serious study. Experienced experts put everything on the shelves. The picture of the murder was recreated with drawings, photographs - in those days we did not have computers. If there was the slightest lie, it would immediately jump out. All this is reflected in the case file.

- Shlyafman immediately hit the run?

He did not hit the run, he left the problems because he did not want to be extreme. Shlyafman left for Uzhgorod, as I remember, and from there he slowly left for Israel. I followed him, I found him. He ran to his curator at the Russian consulate in Israel: “Give me a car, I will catch it and bring it!” I was told: “We are sitting here, establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, and you will take it and ruin everything with your actions?” I was not even allowed to interrogate Shlyafman. Those times were...

We did not think that Shlyafman would leave. It was a matter of trust. When Talkov died, the singer's friends and relatives asked us to let them go to the funeral (to Moscow. - Ed.). Like, don't worry, we'll be back. But then they refused, they did not come to St. Petersburg. If Igor Talkov had not been such a well-known figure, I would have simply put all the participants in the conflict in a cell and received detailed confessions.

Malakhov had to work during the murder

Nevertheless, I got Malakhov to be punished for illegal possession and carrying of weapons, continues Blinov. “Although it was not easy to do so. Firstly, the main evidence - the weapon from which Talkov was killed - is not. We found out that from the hands of Shlyafman the revolver got to Aziz, and she handed the weapon over to Malakhov. He dismantled it and threw it away (he had previously hidden the gun in the cistern of the toilet in Yubileiny. - Ed.). Malakhov is not a local, and in the course of an investigative experiment, he could not remember which channel of St. Petersburg he threw the weapon into.

An interesting detail - I have not told anyone about this yet. There is a Sevastopol court in Moscow. The criminal case against Malakhov was kept there. As it turned out, he was convicted of a serious crime (robbery and robbery), but for some reason did not begin to serve his sentence (see extract from the document). I was told this in court. Malakhov apparently had a serious patron.

It turns out that during the skirmish with Talkov, Malakhov had to serve his sentence. This was not reflected in the Talkov case, since it did not concern his death. But life itself put everything in its place. 25 years ago, Malakhov was a man with the body of Rambo: physically developed, rich, handsome. It turns out that he was unable to resolve the conflict without shooting, like a man, he was punished by fate ... (Recently, Igor Malakhov died of cirrhosis of the liver - he was 53 years old. - Ed.).

Aziza cried on Petrovka

Aziza has been suffering for many years from accusations from Talkov's fans, saying that because of a woman's whim, a man went to the next world.

When we summoned Malakhov for interrogation to the Main Department of Internal Affairs, Aziza came with him. People in this profession are known to love attention. While we were interrogating Malakhov for hours, Aziza was sitting in one of the offices of the Main Directorate. When I entered the office, Aziza was drinking tea alone and crying...

SPECIFICALLY

What happened behind the scenes

The conflict flared up because of the order in which the artists appeared on the stage, - explains Oleg Blinov. - Aziza did not have time to put on make-up and wanted to postpone her performance to a later time (performing closer to the end of the concert is more prestigious for the performer. According to the regulations, Aziza was supposed to go on stage first, then Talkov, and Oleg Gazmanov ended the concert. - Ed.). The director of the artist, Igor Malakhov, approached the director of Igor Talkov, Valery Shlyafman, to agree in a rather ultimatum form that his ward performed before the singer. Shlyafman replied: "I'll go and ask Talkov." Having come to the singer, Shlyafman began to be indignant, they say, why is our performance being postponed at the behest of some Malakhov, who fancies himself an authority, a businessman of the shadow economy and threatens? Then Talkov, who initially did not care when to speak, asked Malakhov to be brought to his dressing room. Shlyafman brought Malakhov.

At the dressing room, Director Aziza was met by Talkov's bodyguards. A verbal altercation began. One of Talkov's bodyguards suggested that Malakhov step aside and talk "like a kid." They moved five meters away from the dressing room. The conflict had already begun to subside, but Talkov’s director Shlyafman began to tease Malakhov in an insulting manner: “Igor, are you scared?”

Malakhov got angry, stepped back a few steps and took out a revolver revolver of the 1895 model. (Later he will tell the investigation that he bought a revolver and cartridges for self-defense. - Ed.) He directed him towards Talkov's bodyguard. Then Shlyafman shouting "He has a gun!" rushed to Talkov's dressing room.

The singer ran out of the dressing room with his gas pistol. Talkov fired several shots from it - the corridor was filled with gas. One of the bodyguards threw Malakhov face down on the floor. During the struggle, the revolver fired twice: one bullet was later found in the corridor, the other hit the box from under the equipment.

Malakhov first stood on all fours, then he was pressed to the floor. The body guard placed a knee on his back so that he couldn't move. Talkov, who ran up, hit Malakhov on the head with a gas pistol several times. Then one of the bodyguards began to shout to Malakhov: “Where is the barrel?” Shlyafman approached Malakhov and took the revolver. He repeatedly pulled the trigger, aimed at Malakhov and shouted "Lie down!" (Shlyafman's behavior looks illogical. The enemy was disarmed, why was it necessary to pull the trigger? Most likely, Shlyafman was so agitated by the skirmish that he did not give an account of his actions. - Ed.) After two clicks, a shot rang out. A second before that, Malakhov, seeing a revolver pointed at him, abruptly recoiled. And the only bullet remaining in the revolver hit Talkov.

From the testimony of witnesses: “The mortally wounded Talkov screamed, got up from the floor to his feet, the gas pistol fell out of his hands, and he “half-bent” began to move away from the center of the corridor, holding his stomach with both hands ...” The bullet damaged the heart and left lung. By the time the ambulance arrived, the artist was already dead.

Igor Talkov I'll be back... 720p HD.

At 62, it's time to take stock. So many years would have turned this year to the singer, composer and rock musician Igor Talkov. In a mansion in the dense forests of the Moscow region, the main person involved in the case (now deceased) Igor Malakhov was hiding for more than 20 years - the fatal bullet was fired from the revolver of the bodyguard of the singer Aziza. Perhaps a coincidence, but immediately after it was announced, all of his close relatives disappeared from Malakhov's mansion.

Irina Krasilnikova, a close friend of the family of Igor Talkov: “According to the materials of the criminal case, Malakhov could not inflict a mortal wound on Talkov, as evidenced by the combination of the following data: the nature of Malakhov’s movement at the scene, the position of Malakhov’s hand with a weapon.”

These materials of the criminal case have never been published in the press. A close friend of the Talkov family has been conducting her own investigation all this time. And here it is worth paying attention to several things. First, the murder weapon was never found. Many conclusions were drawn on the basis of ballistic and situational expertise. Secondly, the investigation never questioned key witnesses.

So what was it? Accidental kill in a fight, or was the fight a carefully planned prologue to the murder?

It happened on the day of the concert with the participation of the brightest stars of that time. The headliner, as they would say now, is the performer of the hit "Russia" Igor Talkov. But shortly before entering the stage, the representative of Aziza Malakhov demands that the director of the idol of the 80s, Valery Shlyafman, give way to the lady, that is, to perform as an opening act for her. In a few minutes, the singer will be killed. Valery Shlyafman is the same person who did not yield to Malakhov then and who is now considered the main suspect in the murder. Now, under the name Vysotsky, he works as a simple manager in a Tel Aviv travel agency.

Malakhov bursts into Talkov's dressing room and, in a raised voice, demands that the singer give up his turn to Aziz. But when the guards escorted Aziza's bodyguard, Shlyafman already behaves strangely: having caught up with Malakhov, he begins to provoke him. Malakhov takes out a revolver, Shlyamfan again flies into the dressing room shouting "Igor, he has a gun!". To which Talkov, with the words “We have our own for his gun,” takes out the barrel and also runs out into the corridor. Talc opens fire first, but he has a gas pistol - a popular at that time, but rather harmless means of self-defense. But the enemy has already been neutralized - he was twisted by Talkov's bodyguards. If the singer had returned to the dressing room, everything would have ended differently. But Talkov begins to beat Malakhov - and then two shots sound. At that moment, none of them became fatal. The mise-en-scene at the time of the third fatal shot looks like this: Talkov is kneeling on the left, Shlyafman is half-sitting on the right at an elongated distance, between them is a crowd of guards and Malakhov lying on the floor. According to the case file, Shlyafman is holding the revolver at that moment. But that's not all. Talkov, after being wounded in the chest, was still alive for some time, and two people in white coats rush to help him, introducing themselves as students of the medical university. And either out of ignorance, or through some secret intent, they give him a heart massage, which is why the bullet went even deeper. They say if they had waited for the ambulance to arrive, the artist could have been saved. It turns out that Talkov had at least three chances to stay alive that day.

What happened

Writer Fyodor Razzakov in his book "A Dossier on the Stars. Behind the Scenes of Show Business" and the media described in detail the events of that day.

On October 6, a gala concert was held at Yubileiny, in which the singer Aziza (Mukhamedova) and Igor Talkov were supposed to take part. The conflict allegedly arose over who would be the first to take the stage. So, Aziza's friend Igor Malakhov allegedly demanded that she be later. Talkov's administrator Valery Shlyafman was categorically against it.

Around 16:00 Malakhov approached Talkov's dressing room and announced his desire. They began to argue with Shlyafman, a skirmish ensued. Talkov's administrator shouted a conditional: "Ours are being beaten," after which the singer flew out of the dressing room with a gas pistol in his hands. And Malakhov turned out to have a revolver of the 1895 model. Aziza's friend shot at the floor, after which the guards, who were on site, twisted his arms.

The pistol, which had two more rounds in it, flew out of his hands. A few seconds later, someone grabbed him and started shooting. One bullet hit Igor Talkov in the chest.

Taking advantage of the confusion, Malakhov rushed to run. Already on the street, as described, Aziza caught up with him, grabbing a gun (according to another version, Aziza handed over the weapon through Ella Kasimati, artistic director of the Scarlet Flower charity concert organization). One way or another, the weapon was returned to its owner. He jumped into a taxi, and later dismantled and threw away the firearm: some into the Moika, some into the Fontanka.

Talkov died a few minutes later at Yubileiny. As it turned out later, he had a gunshot bullet penetrating wound to the chest with damage to the heart and lung, as well as huge blood loss.

By the time doctors arrived at the scene, he was already dead. However, the fans demanded to save the idol. Fearing reprisals, the doctors took him to the hospital, and from there the body was already transported to the morgue.

The investigation into the murder was taken under maximum control. The examination and establishment of the circumstances of the incident was carried out by the doctor of medical sciences of the Military Academy of St. Petersburg.

Malakhov?

The first person suspected of the murder was Aziza's bodyguard and friend, who pulled out a gun.

Four days after the tragedy, he was put on the All-Union wanted list. True, Malakhov himself, having learned about this, voluntarily appeared to law enforcement officers and began to testify. Two and a half months later, at the end of December, charges of premeditated murder were dropped against him. However, the investigation did not rule out that Malakhov could have shot Talkov by negligence.

Valery Shlyafman

In the spring of 1992, the results of a series of examinations were ready, which helped to determine how people were standing at the time of the incident. According to them, the shot was fired by the administrator of Igor Talkov, Valery Shlyafman. It was assumed that the murder was committed through negligence.

In May of the same year, an arrest warrant was issued, but the accused ... was not in Russia. He left for Israel.

Shlyafman himself continued to blame Malakhov for everything. So, in 2012, in an interview with Express Gazeta, he stated that "the culprit was found on the first day." According to him, on October 6, 1991, Talkov's guards hit Malakhov on the back of the head. The latter reflexively reached for the pistol and fired.

In 2013, the investigation was suspended, reported " Interfax"The fact is that Shlyafman remained in Israel. And Russia does not have an agreement with this country on the extradition of citizens.

At the same time, the official representative of the TFR of St. Petersburg, Sergei Kapitonov, then emphasized that the case had been solved.

Aziza

As the killer of Talkov, fans have repeatedly called Aziz. The motive for this was the fact that the gun returned to Malakhov not without her help. Aziza herself said that she was not threatened with reprisal, however, as he wrote " businessman", she spent more than one day without getting out in the St. Petersburg hotel" Pribaltiyskaya ".

In addition, in 2016, in the program "Live", Aziza stated that she was pregnant. Three days after the tragedy, the baby died in the womb.

I ran out of the dressing room into the corridor, saw a lot of people, Malakhov was bleeding from his head. I ran, tearing off my jacket, and covered Igor's Head. Valera kicked me in the stomach. All this in a gas cloud, it hurt my eyes. When I howled from pain, horror, I saw that Shlyafman was standing in front of me. He noticed this and ran to the dressing room, she recalled.

Accident

Vladimir Solovyov, a senior forensic investigator of the Main Directorate of Criminalistics of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, a former consultant in the case of the murder of Talkov, did not rule out that the singer was killed by a fatal accident.

While working on the case, I got the impression that there was an accidental murder. His producer accidentally fired and there can be nothing new there, it has already been heard many times. I supervised this case when he was killed, I, as a forensic scientist, studied these materials, gave some advice, I was not an investigator, but I knew the materials, and I got the full impression that it was an accidental murder, - Vladimir Solovyov commented to Life .

He suggested that Shlyafman grabbed a revolver and wanted to discharge it somewhere into the ceiling.

He clicked once, two, three, there was no shot, and then he could accidentally hit Talkov, believing that he was empty, the drum was discharged and there were no cartridges in the revolver, Solovyov noted.

political assassination

Former intelligence officer Mikhail Kryzhanovsky spoke about the political version of the publication "Gordon Boulevard".

In September 1991, after the failed anti-Gorbachev putsch of the State Emergency Committee, Talkov wrote an appeal to Yeltsin on behalf of the people - the song "Mr. President," Kryzhanovsky recalled.

He described this song as a direct call for the overthrow of Gorbachev. Kryzhanovsky was sure: Igor Talkov wanted to perform it then in St. Petersburg. And in November, also to sing during a concert in the "Olympic". And publicly they allegedly decided to remove it, so that "others would be discouraged." By the way, the version about the political motive of the crime became one of the most common in the 90s.

The son of a murdered performer, , in a comment, Life said that he also considers the crime politically motivated.

It seems to me that we need to look deeper, more philosophically, why poets are killed, why my father was liquidated at that time. Everything was checked by the secret services. To destroy a person who had a social platform, who could educate people, - he said.
