    Chopped lemon zest (from 3-4 lemons) is mixed with honey (50 grams) and mint broth (100 grams). Drink twice a day after eating 1 small spoonful.

    sorrel juice is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:2;

    lemon juice (a few drops) is added to mint infusion;

    in warm water (250 grams) add peppermint oil and lemon oil (2 drops each);

    dried apricot fruits are steamed with boiling water;

    cinnamon sticks (4-5 pieces) are mixed with apple cider (half a liter), put on fire and boil for 5 minutes, insist 30 minutes;

    dry chamomile flowers (20 grams) are poured with boiling water (250 grams), let it brew for a quarter of an hour, honey (40 grams) is added to the strained broth;

    mix the grass of nettle and St. John's wort, chamomile flowers, birch leaves, oak bark in equal proportions, pour boiling water (250 grams of boiling water per 20 grams of the mixture) and insist for 2 hours;

    small periwinkle grass is brewed with boiling water;

    mint and thyme are mixed in equal proportions and poured with boiling water (250 grams of water will require 20 grams of the mixture);

    St. John's wort (20 grams) is poured with boiling water (half a liter) and infused overnight, placed in a thermos.

It is necessary to rinse the mouth 5-6 times a day for 2-3 months.
