2. Other products: hard cheese, carrots and peeled eggs, divided into whites and yolks, three on a grater, but on a fine one.


3. Take four portioned salad bowls or one spacious one and place the first layer - potatoes.


4. Then comes the main ingredient of this layered salad - cod liver.


5. Sprinkle with green onion rings and apply a mesh of mayonnaise. It is best to squeeze mayonnaise out of the package; you can put it in a plastic bag, twist it like a pastry bag and cut off the tip just a little, through which a thin strip of mayonnaise will come out, and do not smear it with a spoon, then the layers will not squash.


6. Place the cucumbers in the next layer, but without excess liquid. Therefore, we squeeze them out before placing them in the salad bowl.

- pickled large cucumber (sour).
- cucumber from the garden.
- hard cheese (Russian) – 100 grams.
- mayonnaise - two tablespoons.
- ground pepper and salt to taste.
- one large potato.
- carrot.
- chicken eggs (a couple of pieces).

The salad is a puff salad. Before starting cooking, boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs, cool and peel. Open a can of cod, take out the contents, and mash it in any convenient way. Prepare a saucer in which you will place layers of grated products.

Stages of creating a salad:

Place half a spoonful of salad mayonnaise on the bottom of the plate.
Next, place a centimeter of potatoes that were previously grated, add a little salt and pepper.




Place the liver in a second layer, spread it evenly over the entire surface of the potato.
The next layer is grated pickled and fresh cucumbers. If the vegetables are very juicy, squeeze out the excess moisture, thereby preventing the dish from becoming watery. First add the salted cucumber and then the grated young cucumber.

- pickled cucumbers;
- salad mayonnaise;
- black peppercorns.

Cook raw vegetables and eggs in advance; they must cool before cooking. Mash the liver. Separate the yolks and whites. Lay out the salad in layers; use clear glass glasses to serve it in portions.

Cooking steps:

First, add the potatoes, previously shredded using a grater.
Place the cod fish liver, sprinkle with onion greens, cover with sauce, sprinkle with chopped peas.




Next, add a layer of grated pickled cucumber. If the cucumber mixture flows a lot, squeeze it out first.

Place grated carrots on the cod and coat it with mayonnaise.




Place finely chopped prunes on a layer of carrots and brush with mayonnaise.
Cover the prune layer with grated egg white and coat with mayonnaise again.




Carefully remove the plastic ring, sprinkle chopped egg yolk on top, and garnish with chopped prunes. If desired, garnish the dish with slices of pickled cucumber.



Salad with canned cod liver and avocado




To prepare you need:

A jar of cod liver;
- avocado - 1 pc.;
- a sprig of cherry tomatoes;
- one chicken egg;
- one red bell pepper;
- olive oil;
- sesame seeds;
- salt and pepper.

Cooking process:

Start preparing the salad by peeling and slicing the red bell pepper.
Cut the vegetable in half and chop it into strips. Season with salt and pepper and place in the center of the plate.
